It was a very nice experience at a beautiful resort with excellent service from all staff – warm, attentive, and professional. The stay was very relaxing and memorable. The only area for improvement is the breakfast and dinner buffet. The food quality was very good, but the process can be a bit slow due to the current serving style. For example, waiting to get eggs takes quite some time even though other food is ready to eat, and at the BBQ dinner buffet, we had to wait a long time to get grilled items. We also didn’t receive clear information that guests needed to bring the food to the grill station themselves, which was not very convenient. The location of the resort is a bit far from the airport and the city center, but the hotel provides a shuttle bus service, which makes it more convenient. Overall, highly recommended!

Lovely hotel! I stayed here with my son just one night on 7th Aug in a pool villa for a trial of the room and location. We loved it and don’t mind coming back. Pros: - Room: pool villa is extremely beautiful, new, clean, comfortable beds. Worth every penny. - Staff: they are very professional and helpful. From reservations, reception, recreational, technician, to restaurant teams. - Breakfast: good coffee and quite big variety for everyone. (We also had a dinner here. The food tasted good, but the price is a 5 star hotel price.) - service: service is prompt. In addition, hotel provides free interesting daily activities like cycling, kayaking, too. Cons: - location: it’s very far from everything. I would highly recommend you to rent a car or a motorbike. I had a rental car and I was very happy. - beach: not suitable for swimming because very shallow but I could still enjoy stand-up paddleboard instead.

Avani+ Samui Resort Our experience at Avani+ Samui Resort was absolutely wonderful. First impression From the moment we arrived, everything looked perfectly maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere at the resort was calm and relaxing. Every day we saw the team working hard to keep everything clean and well cared for. Rooms We stayed in our own villa, which was definitely a highlight. The room was spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything you could need: bathroom amenities, an iron and ironing board, slippers, coffee and tea facilities. The bed was also very comfortable. Facilities All facilities were well maintained. The swimming pools were clean and beautifully designed. On top of that, there were extras such as bicycles and pedal boats available free of charge. Food & drinks Breakfast was varied every day, offering both European and Thai options. Lunch and dinner were à la carte with a wide selection of very tasty dishes. The value for money was excellent. There were also several bars serving delicious cocktails, mocktails and soft drinks. Location & accessibility The resort is located on a private beach, surrounded by nature and peace. On foot, it is quite a distance to reach the center, but shuttles are available to the town, shopping areas, and the Seen Beach Club. Of course, Grab taxis are also an option. Service The service was outstanding – whether in the restaurant, at reception, or via room service. A very nice extra was that on our last day, after checking out at noon, we were still allowed to use the spa showers following our boat tour organized by the resort. Value for money For us, the price-quality ratio was excellent. Suggestions for improvement If we could suggest a couple of small improvements: it would be convenient to have more frequent shuttles running to the center and the beach club, giving guests more flexibility. Also, a better-stocked minibar would make the in-room experience feel even more complete. Conclusion Avani+ Samui Resort perfectly combines peace, comfort, and top-notch service in a beautiful location. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Location is a slight minus because of how far away it is from everything. But they do have a free shuttle that goes twice a day to some locations where you can get off like the central mall or beaches. And they do pick you back up at a scheduled time. There’s nothing nearby so you either have to rent a scooter (available at the hotel) or get a cab (grab) which can cost quite a bit due to the distance. If you want to eat then the only option is to eat at the restaurant (essence) inside the resort which is not bad but a little expensive. Oh and you have to buy water, that’s crazy. I do t understand why they can’t just serve regular wear with ice. You need to buy bottles of water. They do have a happy hour between 4-6pm. Overall the food was decent but can’t say it was value for money. The staff was very pleasant and friendly as they are all over Thailand. The beach is accessible but with low tide most of the day and the fact that it is a bay, means that there’s hardly any water and you need to walk about a KM to reach the waterline . Renting a cab at the airport will cost you around 1500B but the same driver offered us a pick up on our trip back to the airport after checkout for 900B. I also saw a taxi operator near the hotel offering the same rates. A Grab would also cost you around the same. Overall a pleasant stay, rooms were really good. Service was great but they can do more about their restaurant by providing better costs and serving water instead of having to buy it.

Really nice hotel! It is suitable for vacation, escaping from the noice of city and enjoy the holiday. But if you want to buy things from convenient shop, it will take about 20mins walk. You can also rent bike from the hotel to walk around.

We got married at this resort and it was amazing. The team who helped us plan our wedding were incredible. The staff who served us were always so nice and I think genuinely wanted us to have a nice time. The beach is perfect for a wedding because we didn’t have anyone wonder into our wedding. Our two bedroom suite was beautiful. We used the resort babysitting service and the baby sitter was so nice and really looked after our son like her own. The food was good and the cocktails nice. There is nothing we didn’t like. We will return one day and spend more time relaxing at this beautiful resort.

A True Slice of Paradise We stayed in a pool villa, which was exceptionally spacious and featured a large dressing area and a generously sized bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. Dining was a pleasure, with a diverse à la carte menu offering both international and Thai cuisine of high quality. On our final day, we enjoyed the floating breakfast — a truly memorable experience. We would gladly return and highly recommend this resort.

I had a fantastic stay at Avani+ Samui Resort. The location is perfect, quiet and peaceful, but still close to beautiful beaches like Bang Po. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel special. The room was spacious and comfortable, and having a private plunge pool in the Pool Villa was a real treat. I spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool, enjoying the views and the lush surroundings. The food was excellent too, especially breakfast with a great mix of local and international options. The resort’s main pool was massive and the perfect spot to unwind. Overall, it’s a great spot for a relaxing getaway with great service, amazing food, and a chilled vibe. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to relax in Koh Samui!
