The hotel location is great 5 min Taksim square. But what is really amazing is the staff especially the front desk (Mert). Also, the breakfast team and food were extremely excellent. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel as a family and I do recommend it for families and for future visits

I had an amazing stay at Avantgarde Hotel! The location is perfect, very close to all attractions. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making me feel at home. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Highly recommend this hotel İlhan was exceptionally kind and helpful during my stay. He went above and beyond to assist with everything I needed and gave great local tips. His professionalism and warm hospitality made my experience unforgettable. Thank you so much, İlhan

Don't know how they got 4 star rating for this hotel, without proper lighting, shower space, even the basic amenities like a bottle of water keeping inside the room. We were a group of 13 people with kids on this hotel for 5 days, couldn't use the pool these days & they are saying like its under maintenance. Staff are enough friendly, most of them don't know English at all. The breakfast was the only plus , I can say...... Wont recommend this hotel on 4 star prices.

Good location. Nice Turkish bath and staff. Poor information at the reception at arrival. Room to the back is quiet when window is closed. Bad quality juice at breakfast - to have fresh orange juice you have to pay extra.

Special thank you to the staff, they were all very nice and friendly, especially there was a bellboy called Nuri he helped us a lot, and his service was on point, so thank you. And everybody at the reception and at the breakfast area were caring, And Nazife, the housekeeper, was very warm and nice as well. Thank you for making my stay at this hotel enjoyable, you were all very generous.

““ MUST READ”” Hey guys, I just wanted to share an important experience with you! I live in Canada, and my parents booked a hotel while they were in Istanbul to do their biometrics. One night, they returned to their room and realized that someone had entered it. When they brought their concerns to the hotel reception, the staff didn’t care at all and did nothing to help. Long story short—DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL unless you’re okay with a good chance of your valuables getting stolen!!!

First of all, the hotel and rooms do not match the photos. Located at the end of a dark alley and poorly lit entrance. Cold and unwelcoming staff. Swimming pool closed on our arrival without explanation. Gym that looks more like a closet than anything else. Spa where you have to pass the reception in a towel so no privacy. Add to that lots of repairs that are not done (see photo) which is not worthy of a hotel at this price and even dangerous (visible electrical cables and worrying electrical connections). Finally, know that you can be robbed in your room with complete impunity. The hotel manager lied to us by promising us compensation, so dishonesty to boot. Move on, there are more reliable hotels for the same price and above all where you feel confident.
