The room is very clean Staff are nice and professional You step outside and see bên thành supermarket in the front of you. Restaurant clubs and tourist bookings are few feet away. The breakfast is very good and the price is reasonable. The front desk staff are very helpful. They can speak English and Vietnamese. They know the town well. They can call transportation for you at the right price. I definitely will come back to this hotel again. Life will be short so just enjoy it

This hotel is perfectly located in the old city centre. All popular sites are in a short distance. There are lots of cafes and shops near it. Rooms are clean, comfortable beds, tea-coffee making facilities, slippers, free Wi-Fi. Stuff is friendly and really helpful. Breakfasts: good choice of meals, drinks, fruit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers who looking for central location.

The hotel was totally amazing. It was near the different tourist destinations. The staff was very accommodating and the buffet breakfast was a blast. We will surely go back here if we travel again here in Vietnam

The staff is very kind and friendly. You can’t do anything by yourself, you just have to ask, they will do everything they can to help you and get thing done. Room very clean, large and non smoking room. And the view is spectacular, from the window you can see the city or the market. Breakfast’s very variaty. If you are vetgetarian, you can ask staff to prepare food for you. But if you want take away, you have to tell them as soon as possible so they can make a preparation. I have concluded. This is the place that I’ll possibly come back again many time if I get a chance to come back to Viet Nam again. Viva Viet Nam.

Highly recommended to tourists here in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam! Very affordable for a 3-star hotel.Staff are very kind and hospitable. Food are delectable and rooms are spaciuos and comfortable.

Great location. Just across the famous Benh Thanh Market. Hotel is also next to restaurants and massage parlors. Room is small but functional and clean. No view. Staff hardly speak English. Bellhop very helpful and speaks better English than Front Desk staff. Money changer is the same as the Tour operator which makes it very convenient. They should clean the street entrance. Staircase leads to lobby. No elevators from street to lobby.

Very nice location. Few steps to Ben Thanh market. Nice room with beautiful view. The receptionists and staff were so helpful and friendly. There is a new tourdesk at the lobby. Amy was so lovely. She introduced us the nice places to walk and shopping around even we did not book any tours. |Highly recommended this hotel

I am glad I made a good decision by staying in this hotel after searching for numerous hotels before coming to HCMC. It has a perfect location and the Pho2000 hotel's restaurant has delicious meals. Staffs are all friendly and speak good English.
