I recently stayed at this hotel along with my family and was thoroughly disappointed with the service and hospitality. The rooms were average, but the real letdown was the breakfast experience. The complimentary breakfast was not replenished regularly, leaving guests with limited options. Despite repeated requests, the staff failed to refill the buffet, making it a frustrating experience. The hotel's hospitality was lacking, and the staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected much better. Unless they improve their service and hospitality, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are small but very thoughtful designed to fit a lot of things. Some of the rooms have the toilet and bath area separate. And the hand basin is attached with the room partitioned with a glass wall. The breakfast is average. Not many options but whatever they served were good. Coffee was good too. Although sometimes there were no options for vegetarians. Coming to the staff, I found the receptionist a bit uninterested to answer your questions. Kind of bored of work. If they are overworked, the hotel management needs to give them a little time off as they are the first person guest interact with. The location of the hotel is amazing. Walkable distance to most of the attractions. And right opposite the Ben Thanh market.

This hotel is in a great location right next to Ben Thanh Market. The bathroom area is spacious and the room is clean. The only downside is that the windows are very thin and so you can hear the noise from outside.

Hotel located near market which was handy. Rooms are tired. Lots of steps up to reception. Loud music from nearby club until early hours. Poor sound insulation on rooms or windows.|Breakfast minimal selection.|Would not visit again plenty of selection out there

Good location but stay elsewhere. Very close to Ben Thanh and lots of great restaurants but a bit further for points of interest. Some customer service was great on arrival and departure like helping lug our bags up the stairs, but some of the younger male staff were rude. We booked a cot for our baby and they didn’t have one when we arrived, very annoying and they refused to compensate or admit it was their problem as on Agoda it says cot available. We had to move the mattress onto the floor so he wouldn’t get hurt if he fell out and he had to sleep top to tail with his sibling. Very poor service there. The beds say king size too but they’re Queen. Blankets very thin and no spare. Nothing at all in the mini bar despite having a mini bar menu. Low shower pressure. Tv channels are all in Vietnamese unless you know how to change the settings every time you turn the tv on. Average buffet, you have to ask for eggs if you want them but there’s no signage to tell you that. This one middle aged guy with floppy hair kept trying to make my son eat out of a takeaway container because they don’t have plastic plates for kids. The rooms were clean but small. Fridge isn’t very cold. Stairs out the front were sucky and there’s no lift up to reception. No pool. Wouldn’t stay here again.

They have the comfiest bed. It was always great to come back at the end of a tiring day to this bed. ||The bedroom is open, there are no walls, only glass dividers so if privacy is a concern, this might not be for you. ||There was a balcony outside the window that we couldn't access but other people could access. I think the staff can access it because there's an open space beside it. When changing clothes, just make sure the curtains are closed. ||I highly recommend this for small groups and if you're looking for separate beds in the city.

One of the worst hotel and experience in Ho Chi Minh city. The breakfast closes at 9.30am and at 9.00am itself they stop refilling everything and start packing up. Staff extremely rude, unfriendly and almost hostile. Very unlike the rest of Vietnam. My suggestion - don't ever stay here!!

Good location but service need to be improved. Receptionist need to be trained in communicating pleasantly. Bell boys should not show tired faces and asking for tips.
