Excellent small, cosy hotel in a quiet area and convenient location. A family business offers a friendly and calm accommodation. Clean rooms with adequate amenities and with great view to old town and the sunset. A swimming pool completes the scenery but with numerous beaches around the island don’t think it’s worth it. There is an optional breakfast and a free parking.

A nice and cozy hotel in a strategic spot , just ten mins walk from the old village, with a stunning view to the ‘chora’ and the sunset from all its rooms. It’s quiet and offers more than its price: exceptionally clean rooms, good amenities, comfortable bed and great service. Breakfast is optional but it’s worth to try it since it’s home made.

Wonderful! You will love to stay here. Margarita and Katarina are incredible and went well above being hosts when I was unwell. The whole experience was very special. The whole property is so well cared for, as are the guests. We stayed in a larger room and enjoyed the extra space and view. You are so close to the main town, but far away enough for it to be peaceful too. The pool is a great size to do laps in and there's comfortable outside lounges to relax in too.

We couldn't possibly have chosen a better hotel on Ios! The hotel looks,smells and is "brand new". Location with great view to "Chora", as well as sea-view and a 5-10 minute walk from the centre. Our room with a balcony was very spacious (about 30 sq.metres), with nice, modern minimalistic style; impeccably clean, and daily serviced; electrical and hydraulic installations new and in perfect working order. Having the (optional) full buffet breakfast with a view was a joy, and you can enjoy your breakfast on comfy chairs outside by the pool, too. Very attentive staff. |Should we wish to visit Ios again, we certainly know where to stay!

The hotel was amazing. Very clean and everyone was very helpful. The hotel is run by a family that is very kind and open to show us the island and the exhibits. Such a beautiful island-money totally well spent. Definitely visiting again in 2025

I visisted Ios island for an athletic event in Feb2024. Me and my wife needed a place to stay for 3 nights and the season was out of tourism. In addition as a wheelchair user I needed an accessible place with decent space and bathroom . Ananti owners offered us their place which almost was fully accessible for me and my car. Though the season was closed they opened their resort and we will never forget their politeness. The point where Avanti settles is unique and the view over Chora of Ios is amazing. We will never forget our stay there and I would highly recommend the place .|Margarita and Thoma thank you so much !!

We stayed at the Avanti for 3 nights in a junior suite.|The hotel is located 5 minutes outside of Ios Chora. The view is breathtaking from the pool terrace and also from our balcony.|The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. |Pool was very relaxing. Staff was great and the breakfast was good.|We booked a transfer from and to the port which was very easy.||Don't hesitate to stay here. It is a very nice hotel, nice people and totally relaxing experience.

Staying at this hotel you would think you were staying at a $100 or more night stay! The pool and pool area is nice. The rooms are pretty and clean with a nice view. The showers are a nice size and the balcony is beautiful. The receptionist was very helpful and it is near to the center of town. I will recommend this hotel to those I know and if I ever come back to Ios I will be staying here again.
