My stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. • Sharoon was extremely helpful and courteous throughout my stay. • Arosa made sure all my requests were handled with a warm smile. • Manzoor provided excellent service and was always available whenever I needed assistance. • Nida and Aiman was very professional and made the experience even more comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience thanks to the amazing team. Highly recommended!

The event was very well organized and managed in a professional manner. The overall environment was pleasant and everything was arranged smoothly. The tea service was excellent, and the lunch service was timely, hygienic, and delicious. Special appreciation for Chef Mishel for the quality and taste of the food, and Rehana for her polite, cooperative, and efficient service throughout the event. Overall, it was a very satisfying and memorable experience.

Overall, hotel is good option to stay around for your personal and professional trips. However, I would not rate it as a first choice hotel. Mang areas of improvement are there. Rooms are pretty outdated. For example my room 314 is old fashioned and cockroach was wondering 🤔 around. Room service is excellent and timely cleaning is ensured. Similarly, laundry services are also upto the mark. Akash, keep up the good work. I liked that you came back on your own to check up on pressing of my additional suit.

Umar Rauf, Saba, abd Aneeqa, all along our near 4 week stay were absolutely professional, friendly, and helpful. They were understanding of our needs and culinary tastes. Their style in reaching out to us clients was definetly aimed at making us comfortable. We enjoyed every bit of our stay.

The staff is extremely courteous, everyone smiles and offers assistance. Delicious food, Service is prompt and meticulous. Mr. Faraz at the Concierge is exceptionally efficient. Rooms could be tidier. Please use fresh white sheets, softer mattresses. Upgrade to smart TVs.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) I stayed at Avari Hotel Lahore from Nov 3 to Nov 13, 2025. The location is great and the area feels very safe. The hotel has an old charm, but it really needs some upgrades the TV should be smart, and the A/C control didn’t work properly. The breakfast menu was the same every day, and it would be nice to have a TV in the restaurant area for guests to catch news updates. That said, the staff were absolutely amazing and made my stay very comfortable. The Executive Lounge team — Hafiz, Imran, Shamim, Shahid, and Qbac provided exceptional service; they were always friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The housekeeping staff, especially Rizwan and Awais, Kamran, also did a fantastic job the room was always clean and tidy, and they were very helpful and polite. Overall, a pleasant stay thanks to the wonderful team. With a few upgrades, Avari Hotel can truly become one of the best choices in Lahore.
