This was an amazing experience, amazing food. However, we learned that Bruce the bar tender manager was willing to educate us on rum. We spent over an hour exploring different tastes and regions of rum production. What a great team, thank you

This was the absolute best restaurant on the Cayman Islands in our experience. We made last minute reservations and the staff was super accommodating. Located in the Kimptom Hotel with amazing views of the pool. Everything we had was perfection! We ordered some of our favorite dishes crispy artichoke, char grilled octopus, and lamb rack with mashed potatoes. Dessert was a delicious mango coconut cheesecake. Our sever Chanaka delivered exceptional service. I highly recommend!

Came for dinner with my family , from being dropped off at the hotel everything was great . The guys at the door walked us in and showed us the restaurant entrance. We did not have reservations but the hostess was able to make it work . We were sat quickly and met our server , Sheila. We were staying at the adjacent restaurant and had to check in with the host. Sheila addressed us by name the entire evening, it’s the little things like this that make you feel good. She explained the menu and the specials. The food was awesome we had appetizers, drinks and entrees all were amazing and our little guy had dessert . It was a five star experience from beginning to end and if there could be more stars to add they should go to Sheila I hope her supervisor or management reads these because this restaurant is lucky to have her here. Her personal touch and knowledge made this top notch

A huge thank you to Chef Mariyon for the wonderful omelette. It was light, fluffy, and perfectly seasoned. A simple dish made exceptionally well. It was the highlight of my breakfast!

We recently celebrated our anniversary at Ave, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and outstanding service from our waiter AP and Rico, the Manager, made us feel incredibly special. The food was absolutely delicious, with vibrant flavors and perfect presentation. The ambiance was great, creating a wonderful vibe for our special night. To top it all off, the team at Ave went above and beyond by writing us a heartfelt Happy Anniversary card, with each staff member signing it. They even surprised us with a delectable mango cheesecake, making the evening even more memorable. We highly recommend Ave for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. Thank you, Ave team, for making our night so special!

We dined at Avecita for dinner our first night. Food presentation of the tapas was nice but I wouldn’t come back again with so many other restaurants on the island that offer a wider seafood selection. It was a convenient place to eat since it’s located right in the hotel but there are definitely better restaurants outside of the resort! Although the food wasn’t the best, the service was amazing!!

We visited Ave at Kimpton Seafire hotel and were thoroughly impressed with the ambiance, service and overall vibe. We opted for the tasting menu and boy oh boy was it more food than we bargained for! Luckily we were staying at a condo so we were able to bring leftovers home and reheat the next day. So while we appreciate the generous portions I don’t know that I would refer to it as a tasting menu, more like a pre-fixe three course meal. We sat outside for an early dinner and were completely wow’d by our entire experience. AP, our server, did a lovely job. Really cool cocktail menu. Warm ambience. Would recommend the octopus, burrata, and pork belly for apps. Then for dinner had a fabulous grouper and lobster risotto - all generous portions. Dessert the mango coconut cheesecake was very light and fluffy, so if you like a more dense, true cheesecake like we do, that’s not for you. Check out, Ave!
