Aveiro Rossio Hostel

Excellent hostel with friendly staff. Really clean and cosy. Probably, one of the best hostels ive been to with excellent breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend

I really liked staying here to see Aveiro for a day and night. There’s lots of local flavor in this town. The dorm room was great. My room had no bunkbeds. Bathrooms were clean and efficient. The lounge / living room area had a guitar and chairs on one side, a tv in the middle area, and a table with chairs in the other. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you may need to make a complete meal. And breakfast was included and tasty. Manuela at the reception was very kind.

We recommend this hostel for a few days in Aveiro. The staff was great and always available to help. There is also the possibility to leave the luggage at the reception free of charge after checking out. The location is ideal.

Great hostel. Super friendly and helpful staff. Noisy outside at the weekend

I stayed there for 12 days. The staff is really friendly, the breakfast is also very nice and after just one day I was already feeling like I was at home. Haven't had problems with anything. Cleaning ladies clean the hostel every day so everything is always tidy and clean. I enyojed being in the living room because of the nice vintage and retro vibe. Also the prices are very cheap. I would recommend this place 10/10.

The communal areas of the hostel - kitchen, dining, living room and outdoor area are all great and it was very calm and relaxing. Breakfast was included and it was great. Staff also friendly and helpful. However the dorm rooms and bathrooms were not great. They crammed 8 single beds into a room on the top floor that had a creaking door, squeaky lockers and you shared one bathroom with another room of three people. My locker unfortunately opened onto another girl’s head when she was sleeping. You can use the downstairs bathrooms but no one explained this on check in. The room also smelled really funky even though we kept the window wide open! So I wanted a calm relaxing place but unfortunately didn’t sleep well at all.
