Such a beautiful surprise in Dubai 🌿 We spent the day at a treetop climbing park, and it was honestly the perfect escape from the city. Being surrounded by trees, fresh air, and nature felt so refreshing that you completely forgot you were in Dubai. We were travelling with kids, and it was a huge hit. My 8- and 11-year-olds absolutely loved it, challenging enough to feel adventurous, but still very safe and well run. The staff were great and made the kids feel confident in the courses. There’s also a lovely café on site with genuinely good food, which made it easy to relax while the kids played (or refuel after climbing!). Highly recommend if you’re visiting Dubai with kids or want a break from malls and skyscrapers. Such a fun, grounding day 🌳

Hoping after this short period id be able to come back🥺.. i was so honored to receive great service from Vanessa who welcomed and guided me from registration and followed up on my after activities experience which made me feel so welcomed and at home. I needed to unwind but realized it might not be the best time yet to come back. I wish to meet her and the rest of the team on my next visit ❤️

This place is such a great all round experience for kids and family. My kids are 9 and 11 and feel confident as they navigate the high ropes. Food is fantastic and healthy too. Highly Recommend making the most of the great weather. Excellent day out !

Thanks so much for helping us to celebrate the birthday of company, We all had amazing fun, The food and drinks were served on time and guests loved them, I also appreciate and enjoyed the activity they made for us at the event. Big Thanks to Shamma to arrange all our things in order.

Beautiful park. But. 1. Parents need to pay extra for just entering to watch their small children. That’s extortion. 2. If you arrive in between briefings which are every 30mins, then you and your kids will have to wait in a small area with nothing to do. You can’t even enter the playground for the smallest kids. 3. The harness system is too complex, especially for younger children. This adds significant (!) time waste. We’ve never seen this harnessing type and the complexity is unnecessary. Children struggle continuously which requires additional staff which then in turn drives the prices up. We’ve been to many such parks around the world. This one we won’t repeat.

We are annual pass holders and regular visitors. We would like to share a few observations: In the outdoor restaurant/waiting area, an intermittent unpleasant smell (similar to animal urine) appears, possibly from nearby bushes. It affects comfort and appetite, especially in good weather. On the rope courses, if a child gets stuck, others often wait a long time until staff arrive. Additional staff positioned along the course could improve response time. In restrooms, toilet paper is sometimes missing from holders, while loose rolls are placed on toilets and may fall on the floor, which is unhygienic. We share this feedback as loyal guests and hope it helps improve the experience. Thank you.

I had a nice experience overall; however, I have a serious equipment safety concern. The rope tore apart while I was using it. You can see the injury it caused to my hand. this could have easily affected my eyes or face. I notified the management team, and I will also be informing the authorities to help ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else in the future.

Park entry is quite high for everyone entry, there shuld be some family packages and offers for the kids wanna do more physical activities or more camping plans shuld be arranged by them
