Standard room is hardly 100 sq feet including bathroom. No window in room. You will hear the flush sound of next room. Not worth 5k. Hardly should be 2k. Bf don’t have much option. Overall avoid booking this hotel. Pic shown in good are old pic. Current condition is very poor +++ Below comment is after the feedback from owner as I didn't have option to reply 1> I didn't find where in platform(makemytrip), it's mentioned that room without window, rather it's mentioned 'city view'. So I don't know how from a closed room without window can have city view 2> Room size mentioned 144 sq feet, which is again not correct 3> In your website only, you have mentioned check-in time as 12.00 pm so please share the right info. Yes it's true that you allowed check-in at 10.00 am and this is also true that we didn't spend a hour in whole day because of suffocating room. Used only for sleep and even though return flight being at afternoon, we checked-out just after breakfast as we felt spending time at some mall/restaurant/road is better then spending time at hotel room. And not going on bf option, that's again a different story. So do update with right info like no window, room size, check-in/check-out time and as extra facility *music* in form of flush sound from next room

I had a lovely 2-night stay here. The check-in/check-out process is smooth, and the staff is very helpful. They allowed us to keep our bags before check-in, and after check-out too, when our train was early/delayed. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom too was very spacious and clean. Housekeeping and reception services were also very prompt. The location is fantastic and very accessible. We easily got around using MTC buses and Chennai Metro, although autos and app-based taxis are also easily available. There are also some great restaurants/cafes within walking distance from here. One improvement could be breakfast to start a little earlier than what it does currently. Would definitely go back to this!

Beautiful location. Staying next to Celebrities was a Very memorable experience. Took a walk in the evening to Rajini sir house , Jayalalitha Mam house and Dhanush house. Very Clean and Neat rooms. Best to book a new room called the Garden Suite which accommodated 4 of us. Very difficult to get this room but it is very much worth it. Loved every minute of it.

We had 2 nights in Chennai, found the Avenue 11 a very pleasant stay and a safe area. The hosts were very helpful, courteous and attentive.|Breakfast was delicious!|Great location to be able to zigzag all over Chennai in Ubers!

Had a great stay at Avenue 11 in Chennai! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely helpful. A special mention to their team for providing us with an umbrella when we needed it—it was a small but thoughtful gesture that made our experience even better. The location was convenient, and the overall service was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Very good Location covered with trees. Quietly tucked away from the Hustle and bustle. Just a few minutes away from the Main road. Manjal restaurant was the best Non veg restaurant around. Thanks for the recommendation from the staff at reception. Superb Hot shower with super pressure

It's a good service apartment. Very clean and comfortable, however it's slightly expensive. Breakfast is hardly any thing for the charges they are taking
