I had a pleasant two-day stay at Avenue 11 Hotel. The ambience was calm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a short getaway or business visit. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout my stay, and I truly appreciated their prompt service. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and city spots. Overall, a great experience — would definitely recommend it to others looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in the city. Thank you, Avenue 11 team, for the hospitality

Beautiful location. Staying next to Celebrities was a Very memorable experience. Took a walk in the evening to Rajini sir house , Jayalalitha Mam house and Dhanush house. Very Clean and Neat rooms. Best to book a new room called the Garden Suite which accommodated 4 of us. Very difficult to get this room but it is very much worth it. Loved every minute of it.

Had a great stay at Avenue 11 in Chennai! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely helpful. A special mention to their team for providing us with an umbrella when we needed it—it was a small but thoughtful gesture that made our experience even better. The location was convenient, and the overall service was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Very good Location covered with trees. Quietly tucked away from the Hustle and bustle. Just a few minutes away from the Main road. Manjal restaurant was the best Non veg restaurant around. Thanks for the recommendation from the staff at reception. Superb Hot shower with super pressure

Stayed in Avenue 11 Chennai in March. Stayed in their Madurai property last month so while visiting Chennai wanted to come here too. I was surprised to see that I was living among celebrities. It was a very different experience. Rajinikanth house was a stone throw away. That made my day

It's a good service apartment. Very clean and comfortable, however it's slightly expensive. Breakfast is hardly any thing for the charges they are taking

Stay: November 14 to November 21 2024. Three adults.|Traveling from Sydney, Australia||* Location: Very quiet and pleasing - unusual to find such a quiet place|* Accommodation: The room was adequate |- maintenance needs to be better; the shower needs to be updated or spruced up at least - the water pressure was good - initially we had some issue with hot water but it was fixed soon enough.|- the room had a safety locker which we used. However, once it refused to accept our code and it was late at night and we were about to go away the next morning. The owner made a special trip late at night (he himself was going away next morning for 2 days) to fix the issue - very much appreciated as we had our passport etc in the locker. |* Booking (after an initial hick up) was easy and confirmed to us via email - we booked well in advance sometime in March 2024, I think)|* Communication: Was a bit challenging when we talk on the phone - unless if the owner happened to be there and it was quite easy but mostly he is not present.|The guy who manages it is OK except I find communication somewhat challenging with him even though I could speak at least the local language and a couple of other Indian languages as well.|* Food: If there was one reason that I could state that would make me go back there again this would be it. It was like a home cooked meal every time. The breakfast while limited was varied every day and having limited choice (but adequate) was what I preferred. Lunch and dinner was also available if you wanted it. Very pleased with the food provided. They even went out of their way to make some dishes my wife wanted.||All in all, I would not hesitate to go back there again.||I do hope they are able to spruce it up a bit and update the bathrooms as well.
