Avenue Hotel

I stayed here for a long weekend to watch Il Lombardia and then participate in the Gran Fondo.|The hotel is very nice and located on a quiet street in central Como, and only a minute from the shops restaurants, bars and shops. A 5 minute walk will see you arrive at Lake Como.|The staff were excellent. They were all approachable and friendly, and helped with any questions I had. I had a single room, but this was very well equipped, clean, tidy and perfect for my stay. The food here was lovely as well. Sitting outside the front of the hotel enjoying their lovely coffee and watching the world go by was great.|I will be back to Como next year, and I’ll definitely look to stay here. Very much recommended.

I live on Lake Como but recently stayed here overnight. This is a great little hotel, situated on an intersection within the pedestrianised area. It's close by the main shopping area, the Duomo and the Lake. |I stayed in a double room, which had everything I needed for my overnight stay. All staff I encountered were extremely helpful. I was given a welcome glass of Prosecco upon arrival. |The room was very comfortable, with a well equipped small bathroom and I didn't hear a sound from the street or other guests.|I enjoyed my breakfast the following morning and I highly recommend the avocado toast. |The small magnet, you gave me when I left, will remind me to book my next stay here very soon.|Grazie di tutto !

We stayed here May 2024 and had a lovely and stress-free visit. The breakfast each morning was so delicious. The Prosecco and coffees started the day off in the right direction. Very clean and comfortable room. Will definitely stay with them when returning to explore Como further. Have already recommended your hotel to my family and friends.

We had an impromptu visit and chose this hotel based on reviews. This was a good decision. My italian is poor at best, the check in lady was brilliant and patient with me. Slick check in and then shown to our room. Room was an accessible room however was warm, comfortable and functional. Breakfast was excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Centrally located and just away from the hussle. Lake literally a 5 minute walk away. (Suggest you Book in advance for a boat ride). All in all if we return to Como we shall look to book here again. My lady and myself would highly recommend this hotel.

For breakfast they made us waited too long because there were not enough space. They had other customers not from hotel, because of that they cause their own customers to wait… it is something not normal and dissapointing.. never again and I don’t advice this place to anyone. They don’t respect their own customers

We had a lovely stay at the Avenue hotel. The staff were phenomenal and took great care of us. The hotel itself is perfectly located right in the heart of Como, short walking distance from everything. The suite was perfect with ideal furnishing and great air conditioning. The Bistrot is also excellent! We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Como. Thanks!

It's a cozy small boutique hotel with clean quiet rooms. Great location with 5min walk to Como downtown and ferry / bus stations. 13min walk to/from Como St. Giovanni train station. Good breakfast offered in hotel cafe, worth including in your reservation. Standard Room is clean but small specially with luggages. Friendly staff soaks English and accept touchless payments.
