The condos are beautiful but after a year of living here ill be moving because of numerous reports of car vandalism. My car was broken into last night along with another neighbor's car. The HOA will do nothing about it and do not bother providing camera footage to the police either. At this point my car is the millionth car to be broken into in the last few months at these condos. So live here at your own risk.

Pest Infestation This place is INFESTED. No matter how clean you keep your unit, they keep coming back. I’ve reported it multiple times, and management just sends out a generic email about “being proactive,” but they refuse to do any real pest control. Avoid at all costs!

If i had the option not to select a star I would have done that. Worst builder. who in the world will put screw in the water pipeline because of that water leaked through the pipe. Roof flooded because of this issue.

Been here twice and it was for both Celebrations of Life for two of our family-friend whose very close to us. Within a span of 6 months it was really sad this happened. Too fast and too soon. They were father and son . Anyways, the place is really huge about a 100 to 150 people I think could fit. It's clean including the restrooms and well-maintained. However this is only available for the residents around the area though. And parking is really a big challenge. Other than that everything is okay

Very nice and clean clubhouse. I have hosted a couple birthday parties here and am currently planning another one in the partial gathering room. Liability insurance required.

This place will rent out the rec area and allow outside people to park on our streets taking away all parking for people who live here and have parking permits. I had no other parking option but to park halfway on the red line since all the other spots were taken by event people. My car was called in by the complex and towed even though I live here.
