Avenue Plaza Hotel

Stayed 2 nights in the Executive Suite,excellent large and well equipped. Had couple minor issues which staff were happy to correct immediately. Joana on front desk was very professional and welcoming. Ariena made absolutely sure we were happy and comfortable with our stay at all times. Great pool with a magnificent gym! Will definitely stay again.

Had some issues with our stay, but I was truly impressed by how the staff handled it.The air conditioning wasn’t working properly in the middle of the night as I had hoped, I brought this attention to the front desk during the morning and I have to say, their response was quick and professional. They apologized for the inconvenience, and within a short time, they resolved the issue, fixed the problem and gave us free goods from the hotel.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Lovely rooms and facilities. The food was great but I didn't like how they cooked the lobster. Could've been just me because the lobster was a bit undercooked. The dining area was very lovely. Can tell that it's a popular place for celebrations.

Upon arrival in the hotel we were warmly greeted and helped by the staff of the hotel, they very friendly and accommodating. Serrvice is utmoat excellence the only problem is that the rooms needs to be updated, it needs to be cleaned, restroom needs to be maintained. When we reached our rooms there are no towels and when it was delivered it is like beige already because it is too old. The food served is also decent, this hotel is nearby a good place with lots of reataurants out side. I hope they can update the hotel soon. They have such a good spot and it just needed to be renovated. By the way we saw a cockroach in the room also but again the staff helped asap. I will still consider my stay here very good because the people are really nice. And anyway the bed is not dusty. So all good.

Location is good. Hotel has a good gym and long enough pool to do laps. Room is ok. Bathroom need repairing / upgrading. My sister’s room had termites hiding along the bedside table( rm 306). Breakfast buffet spread was decent. Coffee needs improvement. Overall, its an ok hotel but management must improve their maintenance program.

One of the best customer service I have encountered, they have welcome fruits and pastries. It is located in an area where a lot of commercial establishments are built. This hotel ha as 3-floor gym so for those who are gym enthusiasts, this is a good hotel for you to choose. The hotel needs maintenance though, but every time their guests encounter challenges they immediately address it and change rooms or upgrade it. So accomodating. I would.be happy to book here again.

Stayed here recently and I enjoyed the stay . Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Kudos to Rodel, Dennis, Mikay, Queenie and Tristan.|The room I got was spacious and elegantly decorated. WiFi can be a bit spotty at times. The hotel makes good use of natural light in some areas .|Starting to show its age but still a nice place to stay .|Cheers!

This review is not to smear the hotel but to make an honest review of my experience during my stay. I have high regard with this hotel as it was once a highly rated and is well-known as the only “5 star hotel” in Naga City. The staff are friendly, accommodating and they will treat you like a king/queen. That is really welcoming and warms my heart. The location is convenient, there are shopping boutique nearby and restaurants which are walkable.
