I enjoyed my first visit so much that I came back for a second round the following day, just to try more of their unique Absinthe selections. Each drink is crafted with care, and you can really feel the passion behind the bar. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates calm and elegance.

I am staying in a little boutique hotel nearby and had passed this place in the day time plenty of times. Tonight I finally had a chance to stop in and I am so glad I did or I would have missed the most incredible hidden gem of a classic cocktail bar. The service: attentive and thoughtful. The cocktails: classic yet inventive and thoroughly explained in the most beautiful handmade menu booklet. Think TikTok style collage scrapbook but way cooler. Big praise for the artist that made those. The food offerings were perfect accompaniments for the cocktails and the atmosphere was *chefs kiss*. I can’t wait to go back again and tell all my friends.

Aviation is by far one of the best and unique bar in Saigon. The location is tucked in a small alley. The interior design of the bar is like a Roman Museum with heart warming decorations, furnitures and art. The drinks made by bartender Duc and Tom will exceed your expectations and leave you speechless. The menu looks like a treasure chest and is carefully hand made bringing uniqueness. Most importantly, the vibe if this bar is relaxing and comfortable. An unforgettable experience. Truly a pleasure to have been here.

Aviation Chamber is a hidden gem in Saigon's cocktail scene. Their signature Aviation Crystal is a must-try, showcasing their innovative mixology. The bartenders are not only attentive but also deeply knowledgeable, enhancing the overall experience. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it an ideal spot for both solo visits and small gatherings. With an impressive collection of around 500 curated spirits, including a dedicated absinthe cabinet, there's always something new to explore.

The place has a very chill vibe with amazing drinks and food. Suitable for a small group or a solo hangout. Highly recommend ordering drinks that are out of the menu for fuller experience

So happy that we stumbled across this bar in Dakao district. The drinks were amazing and handcrafted to absolute perfection with so much care and attention to detail. Had a great chat with the owners and made to feel very welcome. It seemed like the biggest gin selection in HCMC and the owners selected a few for us to sample before we ordered. A beautiful interior too and great music. Definitely seek this bar out. I still have my head in the clouds ☁️☁️
