Avion Hotel

Stayed here recently and the place is exactly what it looks like—old construction, old furniture, and in some rooms, even an old-school window AC. But to be fair, everything works. Nothing felt broken or unusable. Bathrooms are small but properly cleaned, so no complaints there. Rooms come loaded with basics: mini-fridge, safe, cupboards, sofa, chairs. So functionality is better than what the building exterior suggests. They also include free breakfast. The spread isn’t big, but every item they served was genuinely tasty—quality over quantity. The biggest plus point: their staff. Both reception and restaurant teams are genuinely friendly and efficient. That’s what actually lifts the whole experience. Overall: Not a modern hotel, but clean, functional, and backed by excellent service. Good stay if you value convenience and hospitality over fancy interiors.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its proximity to the airport. Beyond that, the experience was extremely disappointing. The room was untidy, with hair strands scattered across the floor, giving a very unhygienic impression. It appears the property has not been maintained for years. The room design is poorly thought out and feels outdated. Upholstery and bedding are old and worn, and there was a persistent smell of dampness throughout the room. Surprisingly, there was no wardrobe or proper space to keep clothes. Given the condition of the property, the pricing is completely unjustified and overly expensive. Adding to the frustration, the staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. Overall, a pathetic experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless airport proximity is the only concern and expectations are extremely low.

The hotel is the excellent, located near the airport, making it convenient to travel. It also has very clean and well maintained rooms thanks to the housekeeping staff who are not only curious and professional but also go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. One must not miss the dinning experience as the food is delicious and worth it.

Some of the reception staff, such as Mr. Javier, Mr. Kuraishi, and Mr. Rohan, were very helpful and courteous. However, the service from the rest of the staff was not satisfactory. Considering the room rates, the facilities provided were quite disappointing. The AC was noisy, most of the TV channels were not available, and the bed was not comfortable at all. Cleanliness was up to the mark, but overall, the amenities did not justify the price. Breakfast was average, and lunch and dinner were highly overpriced. While the location is good, there is a need for significant improvement. The service quality does not meet the standards of a three-star hotel.

Outdated hotel. The property is very old, and even the reception staff seem outdated and not comfortable dealing with new-generation guests. Breakfast quality is very low, and the rooms have a strong, unpleasant smell with no modern facilities. Not worth the stay.

Great ambieance of banquet hall.Less capacity for having food. Counters are placed at the same seating area. Food quality was average as it was earlier.
