I had a really bad experience staying at this hotel for last two days. It's a very old hotel that needs good maintenance before welcoming guests. Fridge had water leaking and I would hv just slipped. Window was broken with mosquitoes in; no mosquitoe repellant in the room. VERY NOISY WINDOW AC IN ALL THE ROOMS. At midnight; I had to change my room as window panes were damaged and noisy. Hv shared that video.Bed linens are too old; dirty and worn out. The food is really not upto mark. Buffet breakfast had just 3 dishes and that too not of good taste and quality. One thing that was good was the staff behavior. 4/5 to the staff for being courteous; polite and trying to fix the issue. But if ur room has so many problems why allot it to guests. I couldn't sleep the two nights and booking here was a total disaster. Never ever book ur stay here. You hv many cheaper and better options nearby to stay. Airport being close and hotel on Main road add to ur troubles making it a noisy place 24×7. I spent 6k / night staying here which were a waste. Never recommend this.

Booking was done via modified American Plan. Rooms were average but food was terrible, chicken pieces smelled and staff refused to adjust the booking as the service was not satisfactory. Worst experience. Location being too close airport, they offer free pickup service to lure public which is immaterial. Not recommended for middle class families.

Hotel has pathetic service and rude staff. It’s being a prime location does not care about hospitality and thus staff takes their guest only as customers who will pay and go. We saw 3 ladies also at reception asking staff to be but hospitable. Female staff at reception will hung phone while speaking and unable to resolve issues. They do not recharge their TV so please scan it by yourself and recharge if you want to see tv. They give only 1 small water bottle in entire day and rest they charge 64 rupees for water bottle 500 ml. Timing for BF is 10:30 but they deny after 10am. We were at our business trip as well and thus less time in hotel we spent. Thank God! Else hotel staff would make you feel unwanted every minute.

Good hotel near to Mumbai international airport and good option for transit passengers. they provide airport shuttle with affordable price. recommended for transit passengers. Also consider for proximity location near airport.Location and Staff service is good but Hotel room interior and mattress are so old fashioned. And no couch for extra bed.

Staff is not friendly. Services are not up to the mark. Though location is amazing its bang on western express highway and very close to domestic Mumbai airport.
