Very irritated and disappointed with Avis. Reserved a large SUV to take my grandkids to the beach for the first time, when I went to pick it up I was told they didn't have any available rentals and they asked corporate to cut them off early but they didn't do it. Suggested I try another location and to call and have reservation transferred for same price. Get to the airport site and can't finish transaction because that location only accepts major credit cards, not debit cards of which I didn't have so went to Enterprise and got one! So, after ruining my trip, I'm on the road to beach at 3:30pm! Thanks for NOTHING Avis! FYI - next time a location says to cut them off early, DO IT!!!
