Always happy to rent a car from this location. The manager and workers are kind and nice. Good job, guys.

I rented a vehicle before Thanksgiving and the day I post to return it was Thanksgiving Eve so I extended it for two more days till Friday clean the vehicle and everything myself fueled it there shouldn't be no issue Right? Situation now I still haven't got my deposit back and everything is checked and cleared I even called corporate they said everything is good you should have got your deposit back so why are they harboring my deposit?? whoever the supervisor is over there they need to change something over there you can't tell people that it just disappears That's not a valid reason if there's no issue with the vehicle when returning it you should get your deposit back period 😡🤬

The worst. The customer service is terrible. Books a car but doesn't have any cars to rent. This branch needs to be closed. Only said, "You have to ask Avis, I just rent the cars."

At first, they seem like a really good place… But you know what they say if it’s too good then it most likely is… They overcharged me on my account and they try to justify it… Please be aware. I called numerous times to fix this… But they ended up, just leaving me on hold, and all I got was an automated voice

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I had made a reservation for a 12 passenger van. The day before my trip they called. I was at work so I couldn’t answer and they left me a voicemail saying another person extended their trip so they couldn’t provide us with a 12 passenger van. I called back 1 hour later and they were closed. I called the morning of my trip to get this situated the receptionist was no help and just said my boss called you talk to him. I asked for his number and she’s couldn’t provide me with information and he wasn’t available at that time. She said he would call me back. My pickup is at 10 am and it’s currently 9 am and still have not heard back from anyone. I live 45 min from Fresno so I cannot afford to wait last minute for a vehicle. I called to get back my $37 back and they said they can’t do anything about that. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE THEYLL CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION LAST MINUTE!

Wonderful had zero hasstles, no problems, very knowledgeable employee and quite reasonable prices. The car was clean. Nothing else could I have asked for. Thank you Avis
