Rented a car and returned it almost 2 weeks ago. They took a $250 deposit and never returned it. Every time I call, which I've called 7 times now, they push the deadline further and further back. First it was 5 business day after the return of the rental, then it was 2 weeks, then it was a month. The deposit charge disappeared off of my bank statement and my bank is saying the transaction never occurred. Now no one know where the money is at and I can't connect to an American or higher rep to solve this issue, it's always a foreigner that says the same scripted stuff and the issue is never resolved. I'm now going to sue this company for the deposit+fees and anything else I can. I'm sure I'll get the same generic response without a solution to my review, but it sure won't stop the lawsuit. I also got a $13 mystery charge with the car being returned with a full tank and in immaculate shape.
