We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. We checked in around 8:00 PM on October 2nd. The lady who assisted us with check-in (unfortunately, I don’t remember her name) was extremely kind and welcoming. The complimentary welcome drinks and candies were a delightful surprise!||During check-out, we were helped by Beam, who was also amazing—friendly, professional, and made us feel truly cared for. The overall communication was smooth, and her warm attitude left a lasting positive impression.||As for the breakfast, while the variety wasn’t particularly extensive, the food tasted good, and the staff was very responsive to any requests we had.||The view from our room of the mountains and sea were excellent. We definitely hope to come back and stay longer next time, so we can bring our family and fully enjoy everything the resort has to offer. Highly recommended for a relaxing and pleasant getaway!

we had an amazing time here. the staff were super friendly and upgraded us to a villa. the villa itself was gorgeous and really clean. the buffet had tons of options, including some great veg indian dishes. the resort felt like the perfect escape, peaceful, clean and well kept. we bought the wellness package, it came with a complimentary massage. we upgraded to an oil massage for 800 baht and honestly, so worth it. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a chill, high quality stay.

An absolutely amazing, worth the money experience at Avista hideaway Phuket. Us a group of 5 boys, totally loved the stay here. 1. The check-in experience was great, the staff are welcoming and ensure to take care of you. 2. Rooms are large, spacious and is well stocked. The bathroom area is neat, clean and there are enough number of towels in the room. 3. The hotel boasts of a number of pools and you can choose to be in any one of them depending on how much crowd is present. 4. They have a fire-show every evening which is enthralling to watch. 5. The buffet breakfast and spread is large. The service is top-notch and each of the serves take and effort to make and deliver your order. Overall Avista is worth the money and you will have a great time here.!

The staff was nice. They offer free rides with a golf cart around the property when needed. They also get you a taxi when needed. They also have someone to help book different excursions or activities for you. The location is not far from PaTong beach or Bangla Rd if you want to go out to clubs/bars. They offer free buffet breakfast which wasn't that good and the food was cold. My only issue was the bed was hard. I really enjoyed the view from my room. It was a good stay while in Phuket.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in Phuket. Everything was clean, tidy, and beautifully maintained. The staff were more than amazing — especially Sasi, who is truly a gift to this hotel. She’s smart, professional, and incredibly welcoming, and she made my stay even better. The only thing I didn’t like was a slight smell in the bathroom coming from the sewer, but apart from that, everything else was perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. The cleanliness was very high, and I felt completely safe during my visit. The housekeeping service was excellent, especially a staff member named Boy, who was very polite and professional in his behavior. I also want to thank the breakfast staff for their wonderful attention and care — they were kind not only to the adults but also very thoughtful and friendly with the children. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. I had originally planned for 3 days but extended it as I was enjoying my stay so much. My room was amazing, with a beautiful ocean view. In terms of facilities, the 3 pools are outstanding, the largest pool has a very good view too. The personnel were very friendly and welcoming. I thank Majda, Bibi and their teams for making it such an enjoyable stay. Overall, this was a very enjoyable experience, which exceeded my expectations.

The pools were a highlight, with plenty of spots to unwind and enjoy the scenery. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which really added to the overall experience. The breakfast spread had a good variety, and the dining options within the resort were satisfying. What I appreciated most was the calm and serene atmosphere, making it a great escape from the busy tourist areas, yet still close enough to reach Patong when needed. Overall, Avista Hideaway Phuket provided an excellent stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing yet memorable vacation in Phuket.
