I visited the Therme only two times, and while the facilities are all right, at both times we found there is a serious need to improve A) customer service, B) receptionists. They are selling packages on the Therme's website that customer finds themselves explain what is included in it to the receptionists and have to ask for each line separately, also got shorter massage out of miscommunication, the first time. This second time, they confirmed via email a package for 128 EUR that included *1 day ticket for the AVITA Therme including Sauna Garten Eden and AVITA Lady's Spa. *Bath bag packed with a cozy bathrobe and towels for your stay, *Your reserved lounger for the wellness day
*Free activity program, *€ 10 voucher for the Medita Thermenrestaurant *€ 60 voucher for treatments at the AVITA Premium Spa AND * 20% discount on a product in the AVITA Premium Spa. They confirmed a bed in the sauna are and made me book a amasage (because beaty treatments were not available on Sundays). Upon arrival, the receptionist is telling me only my massage is booked for 50 min, and I have no package AT ALL, but can enter for 51 euro to the lady spa and Therme and have my massage for 84 euro (that was a compromise on my end in the first place), and that she will look into the correspondence which ALL was a miscommunication. When I left and asked for whether she figured out what happened, it was obvious she did not check, instead she shared her opinion that I should spend the entire day there from morning to evening to worth the money. Zero accountability and respect for the customer. Not cool. I will not return.
