I highly recommend you never ever come stay at this place it has no free WiFi it doesn't work they serve you a lousy tea bag only and their shower is pathetic trust me there is places cheaper than 600 in jhb and it's 10times better

The amenities were impressive, including hot water, air conditioning, secure parking, and a convenient bar. The standout staff member was Dakalo, the receptionist, who provided a warm welcome upon my arrival. The gateman also deserves praise for his exceptional service. However, I noticed that the other receptionists could benefit from additional training to improve their guest response skills, as they weren't as friendly. The hotel's quiet and cozy atmosphere was a major plus, but its age is starting to show. Some maintenance and renovations would be beneficial to preserve its charm. A few minor drawbacks included small TVs that seemed unnecessary and weak WiFi. Nevertheless, my overall stay was enjoyable. The hotel's location is ideal for business travelers visiting T/Ndovu, making it a solid choice for those in the area."

Not good. The place isn't very clean, there was a really dirty carpet on the floor. The shower didn't have hot water, only there in the bath. It has a student hostel feel. There were cockroaches in the dining hall. Not worth the price.

Cold water. ||Old TVs.||Res like beds. ||Tacky decor. ||||It's a hotel by name but looks more like a hostel. ||||However the ladies at the reception are a delight, the beds are affordable, the beer is cheap and colder than me ex's heart so you get a 4-Star rating from me.

I got to my room last night and switched on my air con and the air con was leaking water. They moved me to another room and I wanted to have a bath. The bathroom's tap was broken. They moved me then to another room only to find out this morning when I wanted to bath the bath was leaking water and there was no hot water. They told me to go to another room to go and have a bath. That room also didn't have hot water. So I left the hotel without bathing. Will never stay there again and also there are cockroaches and ants everywhere you look. Not worth the price.

The worst experience! Let’s not even discuss the design and decor. Construction nightmare. Stairs aren’t even, or uniform. Door frames and doors are dirty, paint job isn’t neat. Tiles creak beneath you as if they’re not cemented properly. Worn out gaps between tiles are not filled, allowing insects through. Shower is uncovered. Toilet didn’t have a toilet seat. It also didn’t flush. Had to use the dustbin to collect water from the bath so that I can fill the cistern in order to flush it. Only one light works in the rooms. The rooms have 4 side lamps, which don’t have bulbs, so you’re compelled to use the overhead room light.

Had 4 technician's stay there for 4 nights without hot water. When I queried this I was told they do have hot water...only in the baths. When I asked for the duty manager.. he wasn't there...his assistant not there...seriously u shouldn't be in business. ..who gave u a 3 star rating which u display on your page. Honestly. .you shouldn't be in business. ...
