Absolutely beautiful guesthouse with the most wonderful hosts. Rooms were so spacious, beds super comfortable and breakfasts were out of this world! |Lots of places to visit and see on the doorstep…..couldn’t recommend this place any more! |Every day you get to choose your breakfast from their menu…..something for everyone. The sourdough bread and traditional soda bread are baked fresh by John every day. I would highly recommend getting the breakfast included! Very personal and warm hosts. Mary and John are exceptionally welcoming and also light hearted. |John's a very talented cook and quality, menu and flavors of the breakfast was excellent.|Our first time exploring East Cork and Youghal and all it had to offer.|Excellent short break.

😊: It’s amazing accommodation for single travellers as well as families. We had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend it! The rooms are clean and tidy, and the dining room is straight from the movie (really beautiful!). The breakfast is above all the compliments! The hosts are amazing, too, and happy to advise/share knowledge!.

😊: Welll situated. A short walk to the town centre and central to other points of interest. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The town of Youghal was a pleasant surprise. Relatively quiet, scenic and friendly.. 😢: Wish we could have stayed longer..

Good location right on the EuroVelo 1 cycle route in the center of Youghal lovely B&B , are hosts made us feel so welcome and John's home made bread was great

Our hosts Mary and John were the friendliest and most welcoming we could ask for. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained. We were given plenty of filtered water and amenities which included facilities for tea, coffee etc. Their gorgeous house is in a lovely spot in Youghal, and so close to the town centre and the beautiful beaches. Our favourite visits were to St, Marys Church, the Cinema and the Golf Club. We were even driven to various locations of interest by the lovely Mary! What a memorable and wonderful holiday! We'll definitely be making a return visit.

Avonmore House is a beautiful bed and breakfast. Five minute walk to the town. Mary greeted us at the door and was delightful and most welcoming. Gave us a bottle of filtered water, before showing us to our room. The bedroom was spotless and linen so very fresh. She has great knowledge of things to do and see in the town. The breakfast was amazing and huge...John's home made bread is delicious. Would highly recommend this dwelling and if in Youghal again will definitely book it.

I wish I could give more stars! We stayed here the night of our wedding and the night after, as did 8 of our friends. John and Mary, the owners, couldn't have looked after us better. The breakfast is as organic as possible and utterly delicious. Fresh organic bread is baked in house. Our bedroom was spacious, bright, cozy, clean and decorated very well. The overall setting and outside seating areas are lovely as well. I'd highly recommend a stay!
