Great location and quiet, staff are really friendly and helpful. Loved the pool, felt safe staying here with kids. Our room needed some minor repairs but it was very comfortable. Upstairs rooftop space is great.they arranged a driver for a day trip who was so friendly, accommodating and easy going. Would definitely recommend! It felt very homely.

Very traditional hotel with a small pool outside. All the staff were very nice and our room was cleaned everyday. My score I’ve given is because the room had a really strong smell of a drain cleaner which didn’t go and the bed was like a brick to lay on. Also having to take your shoes off before you go into the hotel and then struggle with all your luggage up all these stairs bare foot was extremely uncomfortable. On a plus though the hotel is in a good location to walk out to wonder around the streets.

LOVED our stay at Awana House. Such a great value in an exceptional location within the walled city. We loved the colorful tiles and decor throughout the whole hotel. Great staff and comfortable bed.

We had such a great stay at this hotel. Excellent location. On a quiet street, but still within walking distance to everything. Bike rentals available next door for $1.50/24 hours is a great way to get around. Very helpful staff. Ask them for recommendations for what you need like the post office or tours. The pool is clean, shaded, and very refreshing. The rooftop terrace was a lovely way to relax and watch the sunset. It's spacious with lots of seating areas, fans, and beautiful views of the city and mountains. We enjoyed watching the sunset in the evenings there. Our room was quiet, very comfortable bed, clean shower, and drinking water was provided daily.

Lovely little guest house in a really quiet little side street yet very close walk to centre.. Its very simple but comfortable and clean with everything you could need. Staff were very helpful with luggage storage and lockers. Nice breakfast.

Great location near the walking street, restaurants, and temples, but still in a quiet area. Really nice covered roof deck. We sat there rather than our tiny balcony. Warm and helpful staff. Limited breakfast options but everything we tried was tasty and good value.

I first Room was way too small for two people, so we moved to another room which was great except that a sewer smell came up from the drains in the bathroom and was so bad that you gagged going in there and it kept me up at night honestly. Location was great next to the gate, but I don't think I would come back here or recommend it to other travelers. They only give you one room key which means you can't stay out after 10:00 or you get locked out of the gate if the other person in your party is still in the room.

This hotel is my favorite one in Chiang Mai. It’s in a great location close to restaurants and other sights but down a quiet alley. They have a lovely area to hang out on the top floor as well as a nice swimming pool. The rooms and the rest of the hotel is tastefully decorated. I love staying here and am a repeat customer.
