👎WORST NYC shopping experience. The staff in the store was arrogant, lazy, and somewhat racist. Long waiting time, but came out nothing, and they just forgot what item you wanted to see. They often pretended not to understand what others were saying. I had an urgent need for a suitcase, so I quickly bought one suitcase and two bags, otherwise, I wouldn’t have purchased anything at all. The service was terrible, and the staff were extremely impatient. I’m very disappointed.

The lady pictured in the last reviewers post is super sweet and funny. They showed me all sorts of nice totes I’ve been a dedicated away fan and advocating for the brand for years to my friends who are also into it now. This location goes above and beyond to help customers. I even left my phone accidentally in their store after they closed and they helped me give it back to me. I appreciate the excellent service I receive from this location 🚀

The pros : wide choice of products (probably more than in the stores in the UK) and colors. Good service and personalization of luggage tags. Good value for money compared to high street brands of luggage. The cons : some of models were out of stock.

Good service and long line already in B the morning. We love the dog bag they sell here. The bags are expensive but it’s definitely better quality than any thing out there. Service is quick on early hours. They gave us the wrong color first time but no problem bring back to change.

I brought in a wrecked suitcase with a broken wheel and Jair was able to nurse her right back to health. He was so patient, kind and went above and beyond to try to resolve my issues. Customer service 12/10.

They don’t lie with that lifetime warrantee! I brought in my well-loved large suitcase of eight years that had been manhandled by the TSA a few too many times and left with a brand new suitcase to last for the next decade. The process was super easy and quick, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Love this brand!

Let's start by saying that I regret buying here. I purchased Away suitcase and asked to deliver it to my hotel. They checked and charged me 25$. When I called the next day to ask about the package, they said it was delivered to the front desk. Checked with the hotel and there wasn't any luggage delivered. Called again, and the employee started screaming at me that I should check with the delivery, and she never said it was delivered. Lucky me, the suprivoser took the phone and said that he would check. After calling again, he said that they delivered it outside the hotel. They didn't think someone would take it?? Eventually, he said, "Come take a new luggage and this it coming towards me. Comming towards a customer would be delivering himself the luggage to the hotel and not asking me to carry it. Maybe compensate for the way the employee treated me and the time I was waiting to go back and carry myself the luggage after paying for that.i hope the owners will understand that it's not only about advertising.

Amazing product, hit or miss staff. Angela was really helpful. In stock items were a little crazy because it’s black Friday cyber Monday weekend. The battery inserts should come with options for different dongle. I would love to see a battery option with USB-C ports instead of USB-A. It would be really cool if the store also had demonstrable overhead compartments that you could open and load a suitcase into to get the real feeling. The handle placements on the away suitcases are excellent, and I don’t think they’re showing that off enough.
