AWAY Spa at W Bangkok

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews, I honestly had a really pleasant experience. The spa matches the overall theme and vibe of W Hotel nicely. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches: a cold, refreshing towel at the start and a warm towel at the end, which made the experience feel complete. There are toilets and showers available as well, they’re just located in a different area of the spa. My masseuse, Huan (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name), was excellent and very skilled. Overall, a lovely visit.

Absolutely no one was here while I walked in for a session. The spa is very clean, quiet. The service and price is the same as western spas so it is not a steal by any definition. For the same amount you can get multiple services at different spas in bangkok so I find it hard to accept. However the service by Gant was very good. The steam was not working and the sauna is small and very warm at best.

I didn't take a pics a lot. Anyway it is gorgeous! I stayed w hotel 6days. Last night, i visited here. And experience the highest customer service. Warm welcoming with beautiful smile. At first, checked consultation form, touring their facility. Steam sauna, jacuzzi and rest space. Also you can choose your room colour. Everything was tailor-made. During treatment, therapist asked to me pressure, room temperature, comfortable or not. That process was seems like dancing in the water. I have only 3hours to flight time. So i didn't fully enjoy away spa. But really thank you for away spa to make my vacation perfect. Price is little higher than Thailand's average. But it worthy!!!
