AWAY Spa Budapest

Trisa took care of us the second we stepped inside the door. She gave us impeccable service and treated us incredibly well and really wanted the best for us. If we come back to Budapest, we will definitely visit Away SPA again!

This spa is definitely a must visit if you come to Budapest! We were staying at the hotel and they also allowed us to access after check out. We had the honour of being served by Verma who was truly amazing and made the experience even better, thank you again for your hospitality! She went above and beyond. She prepared some tea and snacks for us upon request. The facilities and amenities available are 10/10 and we will definitely be coming back and raving about it to our friends and family in London. Thank you again Verna!

Visited the spa today to avoid going to the packed public baths. Overall we had a good experience as it was quite empty the majority of the time we were there, the staff were really nice and the spa itself is beautiful. However for the price of 30€ it's very overpriced. When we came the sauna was closed, there were no fruits, snacks or lemonade as advertised on the website. All we could do was swim around the very small pool and go in the steam room that was way too hot to sit in for more than a few minutes.

Everything was absolutely lovely! The spa treatment by Dian was incredibly soothing. Verma at the pool was exceptionally kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous spa and amazing treatments! I had an amazing experience with Dora. She has an great touch, applying just the right amount of pressure throughout the massage. The spa's ambiance was truly beautiful and created a relaxing environment that enhanced the entire experience. Highly recommended!

The spa is absolutely beautiful and my facial was nice. However, it was the most expensive spa experience I have had and not worth the money whatsoever. More importantly, I paid for a service I really needed for my leg (jet lag) that stopped working after 5 minutes because the battery died (reference photo). When no one came to check on me, I climbed out the suit to connect the staff and I was offered a bottle of champagne (I do not drink) and a face mask after notifying the staff. A refund in the amount I paid or gift certificate sounds appropriate given how much I paid - and I didn’t even get to use the machine! Also, I was doing a couples spa and only 1 person was assisting both of us which resulted in each session being delayed. I appreciate her effort, but if you don’t have the people to support a couple then do not book them for services. If this is what an AWAY Spa experience at the W is worth, you will not be seeing me in one again.

We had a wonderful experience at the W hotel and the Away Spa. The wondrously designed spa facility, the hospitable customer service, and our attentive and amazing masseuse complete the experience of our spa trip. However, I strongly recommend calling the spa directly for booking rather than doing it online especially if you're booking anything last minute.

Her attention to detail and dedication to ensuring each guest had a memorable experience were truly outstanding.
