The best spa we found in South Beach Miami! Anthony was a great host and made us feel welcome. He was a pleasure to talk to. Our massages were amazing and the facilities were clean and inviting. Highly recommend and we'll be back!

Great overall experience. We had the couples experience, and picked the massage. The masseuses were professional, attentive, and very friendly. However, the couples option had one benefit only above the regular services: having the massage and the after shower together as a couple. If you do not care for that, the amenities are the same. You can have the steam room shower each individually after the massage (that will save you some $$).

I loved everything about my experience here. It is super clean. Anthony and the front desk staff and everyone include my masseuse made my bday here special. I got special skin care gifts and champagne for my bday as a special surprise. Definitely my favorite spa here in south beach miami. Total bill for 2 massages one for 30 mins and one for 60 minutes was $350. Including automatic 20% gratuity. It does include this amazing detox chlorophyll juice and sauna access.

Ahhh. This place. Amazing experience. Took advantage of there couples special for the month. We had the facial with the couples massage. Experience was great! I could have did it without the facial, they used the facial sheets you honestly get at Ulta or Target. Maybe it was something different in the sheets, but seemed pretty straight to the point. No roller, serums or anything. However, massage was great. Gigi was a great host, gave us champagne after the massage and champagne to go. The beach was great too, good weather and the beach service was a nice touch. Nothing like sipping a drink on the beach. They give you umbrella, chairs and towels. Would come in here again.

Best spa I have ever been to!! My boyfriend surprised me with the couples package on our 3 year anniversary and I don’t think either of us will be able to top this experience. From the beginning Anthony and Marie welcomed us like family, we were given delicious detox lemon water & clean, comfy and stylish robes. We were guided to the spacious and luxurious locker rooms to change and head to our massage and facials. I came out of the women’s locker room to my boyfriend laughing with Anthony as if they had been friends for years. Tatiana and Lauren took over upstairs with our massages and facials and it was the epitome of perfect relaxation. My boyfriend hates facials and he told me and Tatiana that her hands were magic. Lauren’s massages are purely spiritual and revitalizing. They took their time to make sure we really got the most out of our experience and truly made our moment so special. The steam shower was the icing on the cake. We had a private lunch with a bottle of champagne before heading down to the beach for our free chairs and umbrella. We had conversations with Marie, Anthony and Kristine before leaving & I did NOT want to leave 😂 I will never go to any other spa in Miami. Period. This was a wonderful anniversary and we are now regulars, thank you Away Spa!!!

If I could give 1 million stars, I would! You NEED to go to AWAY Spa! This is the best spa experience I've ever had! Kristen, Vivian, and Ali greeted us so warmly and professionally! The spa attendants Marie and Gigi were THE MOST SWEETEST LADIES EVER! We absolutely love the massages therapists Lauren, Analia, Lilian, and Toama for giving us the most relaxing massages and facials! Everyone made my mother's 55th birthday the best birthday ever! The entire experience was so amazing, we have zero complaints! We will definitely be back! Thank you again ladies!

Price brochure in the hotel rooms were not accurate to the spa services. I called to book a massage and it ended up being over $100 what I expected. They said it was peak pricing. Experience was definitely not worth the price tag. For context, it’s $495 in the pamphlet and at check out it was over $700.

Annette was my massage therapist. She realized I wanted to work on my back and shoulders and customized my treatment to focus on these areas. Such a great massage!!

The most relaxing way to spend an afternoon! I was able to make a walk-in appointment around noon on a weekday. The next available appointment was an hour later, so I got to make full use of their amenities in the meantime. They have showers, a steam room, and a lounge area. The steam room was amazing and felt like a complete detox. The attendant was kind and kept the whole space extremely tidy. The massage service was great - I had a 90-minute deep tissue massage and I walked out feeling reborn. The Away Spa will be my go-to during future Miami visits. I really appreciate the cleanliness and professionalism of this spa.

I have no other words to say than: this is the most upscale, elegant, modern and chic spa I have ever been to! Time and time again, I have been revisiting as the services are divine. From their hospitality, attentiveness, attention to detail for the overall experience, and the service itself is executed so well. The rooms have modern electric massage tables, the music selection is soothing, and the service providers are so serene and professional. You don't even hear their shoes when they are walking inside of the room!

@annainthe305 I came here for the Miami Spa Month deal. It is definitely the best deal I could find. The spa itself is gorgeous, putting me in a peaceful mindset as soon as I stepped in. The attendant in the woman's locker room was a sweetheart. She made sure I had everything I needed and brewed me some hot tea after my massage. I had the hot stone massage. My masseuse, Pedro, was fantastic. I felt completely rejuvenated when it was done. The deal also included beach chairs. So afterward, I had some time to relax on the beach. It was an absolutely perfect daycation.

I absolutely loved the service and spa at Away. I booked a couples massage and this was the best spa experience I have ever had. The couples suite has a steam room that you can use after with salt scrubs and mud. The staff was so friendly especially Marie, she was just the sweetest. I will definitely come back again for this incredible service. The massage will cost you $$$ but it's so worth it.

For miami spa month and as a local this was a pleasant experience. The spa offers complimentary chair and umbrella at the beach with complimentary valet. The spa facility was spotless and service was top notch. My wife thoroughly enjoyed it and that is the best part of it all!

Worth it! Went for my birthday. Exactly what I needed. Can't wait to return. With spa service I was able to access their private beach and pool. Had a great day at the spa. Staff was wonderful

The best spa experience I've ever had so far in life was at the Away Spa. Truly incredible. 10/10 recommend. It's a beautiful, calming space and you instantly feel relaxed once you arrive. The staff were also so lovely and really just enhanced the overall experience: David greeted us at the front desk and then Gigi was our hostess before and after our treatments and took such great care of us, and my masseuse was Danielle who literally put me to sleep with the best massage I've ever received. Can't wait to come back!

Scored a last minute appointment from the plane on my way to Miami! Massage by Maurice and facial by Tatiana...both were super professional, skilled in the craft, Knowledgeable, and friendly. Ms. Marie & David greeted me and guided me to/from each station. The whole experience from start to finish was outstanding!

Great experience from start to finish! The facility is super clean and comfortable. I had a detox facial and hydrating body wrap. 10/10 would recommend. The team found out it was my birthday and put together a little gift/had the staff sign a birthday card. Completely went out of their way on no notice to make me feel at home and special- Anthony is the best ! I will definitely be coming back for any future spa services.

BEST spa I've ever been to in Miami! I've been able to have treatments at a few spas in Miami and none of have been comparable to AWAY. The staff was incredibly professional, attentive, kind & thorough. I had a facial service with Joanna and she was absolutely incredible. She used prestigious products and walked me through each step while also making me feel relaxed. The spa itself is beautifully designed, open, airy, clean and embodies such a calming aura.

I don't ever plan to go to South Beach for anything since I am a native resident of Miami but, for this spa I will sit through the traffic and drive for an hour because it's just that good. (Suggestion: if you are going to the spa and not staying at the hotel I would book an early appointment so that you can get there earlier. A-lot Less traffic.) This spa is amazing they have everything you want and could ask for. The service amazing, the locker rooms gorgeous and with snacks. Complimentary valet parking. Spa water which was delicious I had spurilina lemon water made by the staff. The most luxurious and plush robes, I bought one. They take off your shoes for you and give you spa shoes that are so comfortable. I felt amazing and luxurious. The eucalyptus shower, stunning. The decor and the vibes absolutely beautiful. I had a 60 minute aromatherapy massage. The best massage I ever had. Next time I'm getting a longer massage it was truly out of this world. This place is not cheap!!! But we'll worth every single dime!

Very nice spa inside the W South Beach. Super friendly staff that are enormously helpful. I had both the manicure and facial. Both technicians were experienced and made the experience very comfortable. Will definitely be back.

I loved this experience! my husband and I had such a relaxing time together. Highly recommended and we will come again next time we are in Miami.

What can I say... Z is a detox massage magician... she created an amazing space for the treatment and did wonders with her hands. I highly recommend seeing her if you're ready for something truly special.

Beautiful spa, and the massage services were excellent. We scheduled the massages through Miami Spa Month, and we were 4 ladies, and we all enjoyed the treatments. We were each offered a beach pass (towels, chairs, etc..) as part of the Miami Spa package. However, the spa didn't let us utilize the lockers or return to the spa after we went to the beach to shower and change. I have done other Miami Spa packages, and had never been told by a spa that we couldn't shower after utilizing the facilities (like the pool, or beach). We understand that the spa is relatively small, but there was a staff member there, and he was not helpful, and didn't really seem to care that we had planned to stay at the beach, and we couldn't use the lockers/bathrooms. There was another staff member, and she was much nicer. I think when spas participate in Miami Spa month, they need to keep in mind that they are showcasing the facilities and services, and treat their guests with hospitality.

Joanna was an ANGEL! She did my facial and was so welcoming and sweet ! She made the environment so relaxing and I felt like a whole new person leaving there. I HIGHLY recommend getting a facial with Joanna and then enjoying the spa amenities.
