Axel Beach Ibiza

It was my first time in Ibiza, and staying at Axel Hotel made it absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the experience was top-notch. The hotel itself is stunning, and the ocean view from our room was just breathtaking. Huge thanks to the amazing staff — everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. Special shout-out to the room service team — our room was spotless every single day, and we felt so well taken care of. When we asked to extend our stay and keep the same room, the team went above and beyond to make it happen with zero stress. And I have to mention Nabila and Jorge at the front desk — they are truly the sweetest and made us feel so welcome from day one. Highly, highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Ibiza. You won’t regret it — and I’m already planning to come back! 🌊💫

Had a wonderful week at the Axel beach Ibiza. Travelling with my 20 year old daughter. We had a sunset suite room 418 it was an amazing view with lots of space and everything we needed. All staff were great very polite and attentive with excellent customer service. Breakfast was very relaxed with a huge variety for all tastes. Pool area was very clean and sun loungers extremely comfortable. Bar staff around pool were great very polite although they were busy still very friendly. I would highly recommend Axel beach especially if you are able to stretch to sea view, it’s well worth it for the gorgeous sunsets. Sorry to be leaving. Would love to return.

This hotel is not fabulous. It is SUPERB. They are extremely friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough about them, they deserve 10 stars, not 5! Roberto at front desk gave me an upgrade to awesome sea view room. Just amazing. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Bath towels are deep cotton you just wrap yourself into. Location is fabulous. Sound proofed room. Even if there was a party elsewhere, you wouldn't hear it. I travel a LOT (as I'm nomadic/remote worker) and this is the best hotel I've stayed in. Sublime

We had a great time at The Axel Beach Ibiza, on arrival we had a great check in service from Alex, the breakfast was amazing, housekeeping was done promptly and Roberto checked us out and called a taxi for us and it was there within. Rooms and view was stunning. The spa massage was Heaven to Earth. Overall our stay was great. I would come again. The Axel Beach Ibiza rocks 💃💃💯👌

Nabila and Bianca at Axel Beach Ibiza — they were absolutely amazing during our stay. Their energy, hospitality, and attention to detail made the entire experience unforgettable. Whether it was setting the vibe at the pool, making sure everyone felt included, or simply being their fun and authentic selves, they truly went above and beyond. You could tell they love what they do, and it made all the difference. Axel Beach is already a great place to stay, but Nabila and Bianca brought it to another level. Can’t wait to come back and see them again — they’re the heart of the place!

We will not return. The property is worn out and the crowd is young heterosexual partiers. Not our vibe. Positives: The staff are generally helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable. The massages (shout out to Juan) are excellent. Negatives: The furniture is worn and the televisions are antiquated. The supposed daily cleaning was infrequent and unreliable. And, contrary to its marketing, at least during June, it is decidedly not a gay hotel. The crowd was almost all straight 20something partiers. Not a relaxing vibe, and not a gay vibe. With a little work and a different clientele, this could be a great place. But now it just isn’t.

What a wonderful stay we've had! The room was lovely, having a separate bedroom to seating area/dining and kitchenette makes a huge difference. The noise level is much lower than other hotels we've stayed in the area. The walls seem to be extra noise proof which is a huge plus when you need sleep. What made the stay extra special was the treatment from all the staff. The cleaners didn't speak English, but always made an effort with google translate to hear my request about clearing our room last (when needing a lay in) The reception staff were always accommodating and welcoming special thank you to Alex, Tom, Sylvia, George and Roberto! We always enjoyed seeing them, even on a long shift, they were always happy to see us 😊 The staff by the pool area also helped us with the dietary requirements when ordering food, they were very happy to change the ingredients which were intolerant and the chefs took extra precautions for cross contamination. The spa area has really been an extra treat, we enjoyed this every day, there was an issue a couple times, it was always attended to straight away by staff. Update May 2025 - we again had an amazing time and felt well looked after by our guests. The skybar (pool area) did a great job serving us, the room cleaner also did a great job! We stayed in the full sea view room, which if you can budget for, you won't be disappointed. The view is spectacular! We were 3rd floor, but I can imagine the floors above to be even better. My only minor disappointment was the pool and sauna could have done with a little more regular cleaning (I nearly asked for the cleaning net to go swimming one day) and for two days the hot tub was unfortunately still cold, we mentioned it on the first day in case it could be fixed. But overall, we will still be back next summer, more due to the amazing staff! (it's our 3rd year staying at axel and this year we brought all of our friends totaling 7 rooms in the hotel) 15 guests altogether

Sublime hotel, very modern and stylish. The staff are mega helpful, and they are openly LGBTQ friendly, and we love that. Come and be yourself, no judgement, just pure acceptance and kindness. We will definitely be back
