We stayed at Axel Hotel Berlin from 4–7 November and absolutely loved it. From the moment we arrived (early, before standard check-in), we were warmly welcomed by Ishan at reception. He was outstanding, friendly, efficient, and genuinely lovely. Check-in was smooth and fast, setting the tone for a great stay.||We booked a junior suite and it was stunning. The standout feature? That glass-walled bathroom with a red overlay as it’s so sleek and sexy, gives the whole room a bold and modern edge. The glass shower screen adds to the open, luxurious feel. It’s not your typical hotel, and that’s exactly why we chose it.||Axel is proudly tailored to the LGBTQ+ community and proudly heterofriendly (not the other way around), which creates a refreshing, inclusive atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfy, and we slept like babies every night thanks to the fantastic blackout curtains. Waking up to a gorgeous street view each morning was the cherry on top.||This place oozes character, comfort, and cool. Highly recommend and another special shoutout again to Ishan for making our arrival feel so special. We’ll be back!

Hotel booked as part of a packaged holiday by my wife. We had some apprehensions after finding out it was primarily targeted to gay couples. Our stay was great. The staff were friendly and helpful and all interactions with other guests pleasant. |We decided to give the jacuzzi and spa a miss, we attended breakfast which had a good selection of cooked and continental.|My wife disclosed that it was my birthday. We were treated with a bottle of of fizz

Amazing stay at Axel Hotel Berlin – truly wonderful staff! I had an amazing week at Axel Hotel Berlin! From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were warm, efficient, and welcoming. I especially want to mention Kevin, who took care of me throughout my stay — always friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. He made me feel at home every single day. The maintenance team also deserves a huge thank-you — every encounter with them was pleasant, and they were always helpful and smiling. It’s rare to meet such dedicated and positive people in every department of a hotel. Thank you all for making my week in Berlin truly wonderful. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

We are an Asian gay couple and had a wonderful stay at Axel Hotel Berlin. Kevin at the front desk was incredibly friendly — he upgraded our room and helped us with everything we needed. The room itself was very comfortable, and the gym and jacuzzi were great places to relax and meet people. The hotel’s location is super convenient, just a short walk from the U-Bahn station. It’s hard to believe the rating is below 4 — we truly think it deserves better!

Google
Already stayed a Axel a few time as I like the location close many LGBTQ+ locations and Ku’damm, gym and spa with the outdoor jacuzzi. This time had really pleasant check-in experience. Roksana was genuinely nice and incredibly helpful at giving practical advice, providing loads of genuinely useful tips for restaurants and markets. Hopefully one day they will open a rooftop bar too.

This was my sixth visit to the hotel. Last year I celebrated my birthday and this year I returned to celebrate again because it was so successful. Unfortunately, the hotel was bad this time. Do yourself a favor and just avoid coming. Noisy renovations at the hotel from 9am. The locker rooms on the spa floor are closed due to renovations. The jacuzzi didn't work - freezing water in winter and the sauna didn't work either. The elevator didn't work, the room wasn't cleaned, apparently even before I arrived and when I complained they said I asked them not to clean it - which never happened and so they didn't clean it. They ruined my birthday. And I haven't even talked about the amount of sexual harassment that people older than my grandfather allowed themselves to inflict - a nursing home/geriatric center atmosphere.

Very nice hotel, located in the center of the city and in the heart of the gay area. Although a little bit old, this hotel has everything you need for a perfect queer stay - whether you want to relax, party or have fun. The staff is very friendly and professional, helping with everything needed. Special thanx to Ishan for being there for us ☺️

Google
stayed at the Axel Hotel in Berlin and felt really great! From the reception, with Ishan who welcomed me and made me feel at home, to the room — comfortable and clean. The facilities were also excellent, including the gym, sauna, jacuzzi, and rooftop terrace. I highly recommend staying here during your days in Berlin!

Yelp
We are staying at this hotel for a week and it's very comfortable with a lovely staff especially Ishan at the front desk. Very helpful and always with a smile. We recommend the Jr. Suite including breakfast. They serve more than enough food and happy to give you more of anything. Also location is an easy walk to the underground transportation, hop on/ hop off bus and around the corner from many gay bars.

Yelp
I should have read the reviews about this hotel before I booked.... because there is absolutely no air-conditioning in the hotel. It was a hot couple of days in Berlin and after a full day of traveling, all we wanted was a cold room and rest. This was impossible. We asked the front desk if the air-conditioning was working and they said it was -- and came to the room to insist it was working. If you read lots of reviews here, you will see this is FALSE. We asked for a fan and there was none available. We had to take cold showers throughout the night in order to cool down and sleep. The staff did nothing to compensate for the lack of air-conditioning. So again, please do not book this hotel if you are looking for air-conditioning because this hotel is hotter than the Egyptian desert in July. Now, while we were upset with the situation, others who don't need air-conditioning will love this hotel. For us, it was right in the center of the bars and clubs. There are about 30 gay bars and clubs within walking distance. The hotel has a nice jacuzzi on the roof and we were the only ones wearing swim trunks, so beware that many hotel guests prefer to be naked. PROS: Great Location Fast Wireless Internet Rooftop Jacuzzi CONS: No Air-conditioning No fans Also, if you like privacy, beware because the bathroom is open and is glass - so essentially, the person in the room can watch you shower. If you are traveling with friends, this might be an issue. Regardless, the housekeeping staff is great. Front desk staff is nice. The hotel just needs to inform guests that air-conditioning does not exist. It is 2019 and I never thought I would have to search for reviews for good AC. Overall, 3 stars and that is being very generous.

Yelp
This place needs extreme updating. Black walls are not chic, and the whole vibe is a dirty 90's bathhouse. Dirty as in it needs a deep cleaning. For starters, Mike at reception is ridiculously rude (he's unfortunately the only person of color we saw working here). When we walked in he was standing outside smoking. I thought he was a guest until he walked in a few minutes later and begrudgingly helped us. When I told the manager about the numerous times he was rude it was met with a quick and dismissive apology. Other members of the staff told me they get the same complaints but are afraid to tell the manager because they think they have more than a professional relationship. The rooms smell HORRIBLE. I got a spray disinfectant that I sprayed every day and kept the windows open as much as possible (dangerous, btw. The floor to ceiling windows open fully and there is no guard. Our room was also not cleaned properly. It was totally dusty. We found a condom wrapper, used q-tips and used lollipop sticks behind our bed. Oh, and what we assumed was blood on our pillowcase. If you stay here, upgrade. Though the room is super odd, with black walls, pink lights and a full window from the bathroom to the bedroom, it's worth it to get the extra space. The top floor has a small workout area, a sauna, a hot tub that looks over the city and lounge chairs. It definitely needed cleaning but we had fun here and it was fine. What frustrates me the most is this apparently what Axel Hotels think the gay community would like. The area is perfect. Right next to KaDeWe and some of Berlin's best gay life. I would only consider staying here again if they give the place a great wash and paint (get rid of the old school dark colors) and do some research as to what LGBT clientele actually like. Oh, and also they need to get rid of Mike. There are plenty of hot black guys in Berlin that are actually hospitable. He's not one of them. There's more but what's the point? The manager did take some of our frustrations seriously and did not charge us for our upgrade. Two stars because of location and because hotel has such great potential.

Yelp
This is basically a bath house disguised as a hotel. First, our room was 2 hours late being ready. We did not have hot water in our room every day of our stay until we called down at least three times per day to ask about the water situation. The heat in our room barely worked and we had to wheel a space heater between rooms depending on where we wanted to be at that time. Upon checkout they offered me the option of cash or card to cover the taxes... when i put down cash, they said they did not have change..... so why even offer me the option??? Lastly, the place is dark and a hall of mirrors. It's easy to walk into them and many people have, given the amount of cracked mirrors. Sketchy men constantly walk up and down the halls with duffle bags and we got asked for drugs when exploring the rooftop and gym/hot tub. The location is convenient and that's why they get at least one star.

Yelp
Where to start. I booked this hotel for 3 nights while on vacation in Berlin. I chose Axel after wonderful experiences at their Barcelona and Miami Beach properties. Berlin is very different. The hotel is in need of a major renovation. Dark hallways lined with stained red carpet lead you to your room. The rooms.... Small. The showers water temperature was never consistent (mostly cold) The hotel has no bar unlike the other Axel properties. The Sauna worked 2 out of the 3 days there. Pro's- location Con's- hotel aesthetics, no bar, small rooms, dirty hallways While this hotel is in a ideal location for gay nightlife, I'll choose a quick Uber ride with a stay at a nicer hotel next time in Berlin

Marthe A.

Yelp
the hotel staff is very accomodating, pleasant and they go above and beyond to make their guests feel special. that being said this hotel needs a major update . the air condition in the room we stayed in did not work. it was blowing air and somewhat noisy. the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. the cleanliness is up to par. we also enjoyed the surrounding area, very good location indeed. the staff deserves 5 stars out of five.

Yelp
the hotel is dirty. the rooms are small. very noisy. the bathroom is not comfortable. They just withdraw extra money and never get it back. I don't recommend it.

Yelp
We stayed from March 13th Friday to the morning of March 16th Sunday because of the coronavirus. We were supposed to stay until March 22nd. I actually would like to get a refund as opposed to a voucher because I don't plan on coming back to Europe in the next year and the voucher is only good for one year and I do not intend to make another trip as of now. The full amount on 10/29/2019, which I would like to get returned. This is a lot of money to not be returned for not staying the full time. Obviously, had things been different it would have been a great time but sadly if the world was closing down would you stay stranded in another foreign country or try to return home? Thank you,

Yelp
This place was definitely surprising when I arrived, as a straight guy. It's kind of a place where gay couples go I'd say? The other guests certainly got more lucky than me that night! The front staff were super inviting, I also asked them if there was a place nearby to get a sim card for my phone so that I have data to help me navigate the city. He recommended a spot just up the street and premepted me that I will need my passport to get the card since that is required in Germany by the phone company. The room I felt lacked a few things. There is no coffee or tea machine to make a hot drink, I feel that is a necessity to have even if they don't use it. I like the fact that this had an in-room safe for my passport (beware of pickpockets). Don't walk around in Europe with your passport or anything in your back pockets... Back to the room! The bathroom, they really should have a glass door separating the shower and the toilet. It is so close that the water can spray on the toilet seat from the shower head. Also, since there is no door, I had water seeping close to my bed and had to put a towel down to soak up the water. Bed and towels were clean, my key card malfunctioned on me one time and that was addressed promptly. The room lacks yes, but hotel staff are great.

Yelp
Hot! Rude! Theft Ridden! Run Down! The Bad (click to read much more) 1. The air conditioning doesn't work at all. 2. The breakfast the claim to have is expensive. 3. The front desk staff are rude, except for a handful. 4. The showers are just awkward, they tried for a modern flair and it ended up clunky and dangerous. 5. The 'Terrace' roof top is just a rooftop. There is no terrace you walk out to a stark open rooftop with pathetic plastic chairs and a mediocre seating area. 6. LOCK UP ANYTHING YOU WANT TO KEEP!! TWO PEOPLE REPORTED THEDT DURING MY 4 DAY STAY. NOT SURE IF IT WAS INTERNAL STAFF OR PEOPLE FROM THE OUTSIDE. The Good 1. Centrally located in the LGBTIQ area of town. 2. Clean and tidy 3. Good Wi-Fi Summary: If you are staying in cooler weather like fall, winter or spring then this place may be ok. The the air doesn't work in the to cool it may or may not work for warmth. If the temperature is hotter outside than you want it to be inside this is NOT the place for you. I understand Europe doesn't really have air conditioning but in 95° heat sleeping is unbearable. This mark with the rudeness place this at the lowest I have rated any foreign hotel including the tent with no electricity in Africa. The final straw was they cancelled my reservation because two people with the same sur and formal name was registered. Different bookings entirely by different people. They did fix it, only after talking me into an upcharged room at +€5.00 a night. For no air, no customer service and no advertisised breakfast. That makes €195 a night while we were there two people had items stolen.

Yelp
This place is a dump in desperate need of remodeling and refurbishing! Their website makes the hotel look stylish and comfortable but in reality the hotel is tired and needs to be totally refurbished. The junior suite that I booked was nothing more than a regular room with a small desk area. The bed was uncomfortable with an obviously cheap mattress where I could literally feel the mattress springs sticking into my back. As for the bathroom, it felt dirty and uninviting. Finally, the air conditioning hardly worked so a fan was sent up to my room. A really disappointing hotel that negatively impacts the AXEL brand!

Yelp
Unfortunately I stayed at this hotel with five straight guys. If I'd been with five gay guys and in town for partying, this would have been a great place to be! The place is definitely forward-thinking, and it was a kind of interesting atmosphere. Like it's got an older, classy feel to it but with a modern skankiness on top. The walls are all painted black. There's a lot of gold and white accenting. The rooms were uncomfortable for a group of backpackers, as there is no wall between the shower and bed... and lots of mirrors. Let's just say that I would have loved this place back when I was in a relationship, and the rooms would fit right in in Vegas. Beware if you're not someone with an open mind when it comes to alternative sexualities, as their slogan is "hetero friendly". (Which I absolutely loved... I'm sad I didn't buy a t-shirt!) Also, they had an additional option besides the usual "clean" and "do not disturb" placards you place on the door handles: "PLEASE disturb". Hahaha, love it. For what we needed -- a place to sleep that was easily accessible from the rest of Berlin -- it served its purpose. Had we known the community it caters to, we probably would have chosen another hotel. (Hotels .com wasn't very clear on this point.)

Yelp
Rooms here, while being small are pretty chic. I wouldn't recommend paying 125plus Euro here, but I've definitely stayed in worse for more. I went to the spa and wash shocked at the lack of service. I don't mean people attending to me...I mean, a working shower or even TOWELS! There were none. Overall, given the location I would say it's definitely worth checking out, but if paying a premium, there may be other options...unless of course you want the gay experience :)

Yelp
I'm the hetero part of the "Heterofriendly" equation, and I felt completely comfortable and welcome (more than welcome) at Axel. I was the only female guest I saw during my 4 day stay there, however. I thought the prices were more than reasonable and actually - fairly cheap given the overall quality and amenities. I felt slightly predatorial in the sauna/spa on the top floor - the gym equipment faces the wet area, and I was the fully clothed hetero chick leering at all the naked men. My ear-to-ear smiles were just from an endorphin high, I promise. I am pleased to report that all smiles were reciprocated and returned. Or maybe it was because they were looking at the KaDaWe sign behind my head. Either way, despite the confrontational layout, there is an elliptical machine, a stationary bike, and free weights. Sauna and hot tub are good sized and co-ed. As other reviews have stated, the hallways are pitch black except for mirrored interludes/corners which adds to the mysterious sexy vibe. Upon arriving, I was so delighted to see what I thought was another female walking towards me, except it was my own reflection in the pitch black hallway. #narcissism. Don't worry, I didn't give myself a brain concussion by running into the wall mesmerized at my own image. Bed and in-room lighting super sexy and comfortable. I had a room with a transparent wall, large soaking bathtub and blacklighting with red undertones - unbelievably flattering for the obligatory belfie one must take while at Axel - regardless of sexual orientation. Location is great - easy access to Charlottenburg. As other reviews stated, very different from the Barcelona hotel where I've also stayed. But, you're in Berlin. Things are inherently grittier and grimier. I loved it.

Yelp
I have stayed at the axel in Madrid where the staff was very accommodating and pleasant. This one is the exact opposite. Attitude only. Was hoping for an experience similar to the one in Madrid and sadly this is not the same. Better options in the area
google avatar

Yelp
I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was all very nice, they had some nice amenities like the rooftop spa and gym area, even the breakfast I was surprised to find included in my room was tasty each morning. The rooms are a tad bland as to much black in design is never a good thing but we were comfy for the 4 nights in town
google avatar

Yelp
Axel is in the heart of gay scene and in reasonable proximity to airport and train station. While the hotel was a good value, we found it lacking in guest service. The front desk was consistently indifferent to questions and requests. As experienced travelers, we have learned to read between the lines when planning trips via online research and our experience here simply did not meet expectations. The rooms at Axel, while chic in design, are tight with little storage space and no closet. Bathrooms (ours, at least) are very nice but clearly designed for couples. We paid a premium for the New Year's event held in the hotel and it was very disappointing, hosted by a broken down drag queen that was running another gig around the corner at the same time. Free wifi but for ONE device only and connection is very slow. I am sure Axel is the perfect location and accommodation for many...just not for us.

Yelp
I wish to write a better review than Jamie D.'s with her stupid "had we known the community it caters to" bullshit. However, I have stayed at the Axel Hotel Buenos Aires and this is NOT a twin to that hotel or its experience. The hotel layout is odd. There seems to be more room than is needed after the hotels and when you finally get to the rooms. Once you get to the rooms they are laid out as Paul M stated "like a bathhouse". Well I don't know what community he is part of but suffice to say I saw none of such action. Jaime D does state quite rightly that the showers are indiscreet but the wall for the shower, though glass was red glass and didn't allow for a clear shot while you were showering because that glass wall faced the door to the room which was closed. We had to wait a half hour to get into our room though we arrived long after check in. We were encouraged to take a seat at the bar and we did and we drank. In the guide it will tell you you get a welcome drink complimentary but sure enough it showed up at an elevated price on our bill. The room was small. The hotel spa & fitness center was a shadow of the large (2 pools!) recreation and fitness area of the Argentina hotel. For the gays, & frankly, I think everyone, the hotel was convenient to everything with a centrally connected train station, just a short block away. The staff are super friendly and helpful for gays looking for places to go though their idea of "not wild" and your Non-Berlin idea of "not wild" may be very, very different. This is not a nightlife for the innocent. I may stay here again if I was ever in town but only if the price was right. Everyone else had friends staying at the much acclaimed Soho House and that seemed well worth the price point.

Yelp
A tasteful, ultra modern hotel aimed at the gay market, though badged as 'hetero-friendly'. Almost all the walls are black, except for those that are mirrors, which can make finding your way around feel a little weird on the first day. Nice comfortable rooms with plenty of space and a huge walk in shower. However, beware that the shower is entirely housed in glass, so whoever you might share a room with can see you in the shower! Also, most of the artwork is rather homo-erotic. Very friendly English speaking reception staff and bar staff. I found that the bar on the ground floor was the perfect meeting place for a drink before heading out for the evening. Cross the road in front of the hotel and less than 5 minutes walk brings you to Wittemburg Platz with its U-Bahn station and the famous KaDeWe store. Rooftop spa is a nice place for an afternoon relax including the outdoor hot tub. However, beware, the floor can be extremely slippery with wet feet. There is a rooftop bar which would be a nice place to relax in the warmer summer months, however as I visited in January it was closed. Good, fast wifi thought the hotel. I'll definitely return. A nice place to stay, though it's just a tad too expensive for what it is.

Yelp
Reasonably priced hotel in Schoenberg. However, rooms tiny, bizarrely designed, no window in toilet, no grab-bars in tub. Breakfast and other food at Hamburger Mary's is unspeakable. Desk personnel range from very good down to incompetent! Wi-fi works. Laundry efficient but expensive. Charmless place. Decent sauna and hot-tub. I would recommend with minor reservations. Excellent Turkish bakery across street for breakfast.

Yelp
Nice hotel. Kind service. BFast was ok. Quite clean. Very close to Ubhan station. Very small SPA. Too expensive for what it gives.

Theo A.

Yelp
I would expect to get a bit more for the price we paid. great location , though our room was getting loud at times as there is a busy road next to the hotel, staff seems to be friendly, but service is a problem here everywhere and in the hotel it was not different.
google avatar

Yelp
Dark corridors, indifferent staff, mediocre breakfast, pricey rooms for the size. You can do much better elsewhere. This place is like a cross between a hipster boutique inn and a male brothel.

Yelp
AC doesn't work properly. Hot water is intermittent. Room is OK - needs upkeep. Overall meh. Good location.

Yelp
This hotel tries a bit hard to be something more than it is. By contrast the Axel in Barcelona is sexy and immaculate but Axel Berlin needs new management. The rooms are fine if a bit small. We had upgraded to a jr suite and it was great however, housekeeping does the minimum required. Black walls date this hotel and rooms. A refresh is overdue and some deep cleaning is needed especially in the water closet area. Even the lounge needs updated. The staff is mediocre compared to every other hotel I have stayed in Berlin. This management needs to take lessons from Axel Barcelona on how to manage a hotel most of all they need to be NO SMOKING in all of the rooms, it's 2017 and time.
google avatar

Grosos A.

Yelp
It was my first experience in such a hotel (hetero friendly). Axel is a gay hotel so as you could expect is very openminded. The room was small even the one I booked was a superior room. The room had a funny smell which wasn't really pleasant shall we say. As well there is a lot of black in the hotel so is a quite dark hotel, rooms have a lot of dark and open shower, so if you need privacy this is not the sort of hotel to share a room with a friend. The shower was for sure designed for a crowd since is really spacious. The staff weren't the most polite either, a bit "precious" and unprofessional. The hotel has a spa area which is nice. And is on the top floor, where they as well have a roof terrace and bar.

Tina W.

Yelp
For me, I couldn't take the decor. Black walls, floors, furniture. Just not an inviting place. Also not terribly clean. The bartender was friendly and gave a good restaurant suggestion.
google avatar

Jeffrey C.

Yelp
Location was great, building and facilities were nice. Room has little storage space and no closet space. Key card didn't work (even when key card was "fixed" once), safe malfunctioned more than once, stain on bed sheets when I entered the room. Hotel staff worked to address problems but didn't seem sympathetic to my escalating frustrations with the overall experience. Never have I had as many problems with a hotel room, nor been met with a staff that didn't try to overcompensate for a bad experience. I'll try other hotels in the area before I'll use Axel again.
google avatar

Yelp
This was a hotel with attitude that did not earn it. It is more like a wanna sex club with black halls and rooms. The cleaning person only cleaned one out two days stay and smelled so bad it lingered in the room. They returned my laundry request unclean because I left it outside my room inside of delivering it to the front desk. They were less than helpful with guidance about the city. It is connected to a hamburger Mary's that has no business. I expect this hotel not to last and with this level of service it should not but here's the review anyway

Moe W.

Yelp
I've stayed at the Axel Hotels in both Barcelona and Madrid. They were classy, clean, hip, comfy, and delightful. The Axel in Berlin is a disappointment. The room is beautiful BUT the water doesn't work in the tub, there is trickling hot water in the sinks, the key cards stop working for no reason. The spa? is not really a spa at all. Just a steam room and sauna for the boys to play. I definitely will return to the Barcelona and Madrid Axels - not this place. It's NOT the staff's fault in my opinion. I find that the EXCELLENT desk person is overworked. He has no support staff. It's the fault of upper management.

Bill G.

Yelp
Average hotel at a high price. The room was dark thanks to narrow windows and black interior. The pillows were awful. The shower faucet design was not intuitive - form trumped function. Very easy to flood the entire bath area. The bar doesn't open until 8PM, rendering it useless to me. Definitely showing its wear. There are other options in the area - Mercure and Ibis, for example - that should be investigated. I wouldn't stay here again.

Dennis J.

Yelp
I book a room at the Axel for my 40th birthday and had 3 other friends book rooms there at the same time too. It all started out great and the hotel was nice. Our Junior Suites were a nice size, had great bathrooms and the blackout curtains were very helpful. Everyone was very accommodating especially Paul, Davey and Don in the lounge. I had two issues. The first was one of the front desk guys would listen in on our conversations in the lobby before we would go out and then message us on Grindr about them. At first I had no idea who this was and was wondering how someone had known what I was doing when I only talked to my friends about these things but then figured it out. The funny thing is he would never even say hi or even look at us when we were downstairs but was very chatty online and knew all about what we were doing and had done. CREEPY! The second issue is that the day after I checked out and was back home unpacking my luggage, I realized that I had left $500 worth of clothes in a drawer in the wardrobe. I immediately called the hotel and asked if they could ship me my clothes and I would pay for it. The guy at the front desk said he would check with housekeeping and get back to me the next day. He took my email and phone number but there was no response back at all. I tipped housekeeping well when I left but I guess they didn't care about that or my clothes. It would have been quite obvious that I had left my clothes on accident since it was packed full. The fact that they did not respond back to me or that housekeeping didn't even turn anything in is really maddening and piss poor customer service, especially after we booked 4 rooms there and spent a good amount of money in the lounge too. I know it is my fault I left my stuff but they could have returned it since it was a lot. I doubt I will stay here again after these incidents which is too bad because I liked the hotel.

Yelp
Unfortunately, I wanted this hotel to be a great gay place to stay. It did not turn out that way. Biggest problem was cleanliness. They do not do a thorough job. There was literally dust fur all over the black walls and dust and hair balls rolling around the room. The cleaning staff is very inconsistent, taking all glasses one day and not leaving new ones then another day not taking anything dirty. The front desk is staffed by cute people, but clueless on solving any problems. Nothing reported ever got fixed during our stay. The design is very forward, but that means there is not enough light in the bathroom to see in the shower, and the shower floods the floor every time you shower.
