This resort is located in one of the most naturally beautiful parts of coastal Ghana. There are different standards of rooms and so suit varying budgets. Checking in rather late in the day, the staff levels were low but we were well attended to. However, in the morning because we had a few small complaints the hotel management were most accommodating changing our rooms and these were faultless. All the rooms I got to see, are large and equipped with air-conditioning, large opening windows with magnificent views, large comfortable beds, tea making facilities, a refrigerator and en-suite bathrooms. The décor is lovely, making use of local hand made wooden furnishings which created an atmosphere and reflected the region.||||Probably due to the fact that we stayed off-season there were several items on the menu which weren't available. Having said that, the food served to us was excellent. We mostly chose local dishes which were cooked to perfection, generous portions and beautifully presented. If you're particularly hungry, I'd recommend phoning your order through in advance because everything is prepared fresh and to order which justifies the wait. We also tried the pizzas which were recommended to us by another guest - with no regrets.||||There's a large children's playground, large clean swimming pool and generally the grounds are landscaped and well tended. The beautiful sandy beach has a lifeguard on hand with sun beds, cabanas and lined with shade giving coconut trees. All in all, my family and I had a wonderful stay. We'll definitely return given the opportunity.
