I’d bought something from another store before and liked it so much that I decided to stop by the flagship while I was nearby for work. My Ayame flip-up sunglasses had started to loosen at the hinges, so I figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask them to take a look. The staff, with their calm and measured demeanor, not only inspected them but adjusted and fixed the issue on the spot.
While waiting, I wandered around the shop, passing the time among the carefully curated pieces. The space was sleek, minimalist, and perfectly aligned with the brand’s identity—a place where everything felt deliberate yet inviting.
What struck me most, though, was their kindness. Even though I hadn’t originally purchased the glasses at their store, they treated me with such care that I couldn’t help but become more of a fan. It’s a rare kind of hospitality that leaves an impression long after you’ve left.
I know I’ll be back again. Thank you for everything.
