We chose Ayana Villas Bali as our honeymoon destination, and it couldn’t have been any better. The views from our oceanfront villa were absolutely breathtaking, and the level of service, from check-in to check-out, was truly world-class. Every staff member we interacted with, from the representatives at reception to the butlers, room service, and housekeeping teams, were exceptionally kind, attentive, and personable.||We are so happy we chose to stay in the Villas. The butler service allowing us to quickly request a ride to anywhere in the resort was so convenient. A big shoutout to Gus who we had multiple times and was great a representation of the high quality service that Ayana provides. We were so appreciative of the priority we were given as villa guests at all of the restaurants and amenities on site. ||We can’t speak highly enough about our experience here. Ayana Villas was the perfect place for us to relax, unwind, and celebrate such a special time in our lives. We will be back!!!

This was easily the best experience my wife and I have ever had while traveling. I think the thing that stood out the most was the amazing service and people. I cannot tell you how many gestures and little acts of kindness we received. The drinks, food, and room were all immaculate! Every single person we came across was so kind and accommodating. The villas are a little more expensive, but I am so happy we spent a little extra for our honeymoon. The butler service, and other perks are WELL worth the slightly higher cost. ||Please, if you are hesitant about booking here… don’t be. It is worth every penny!

We stayed at Ayana Villas and our villa’s ocean view was absolutely breathtaking. Every facility provided by Ayana was stunning, making this trip truly unforgettable. I would like to sincerely thank our butler, Mr. Dewa Yoga, whose thoughtful guidance and warm service allowed us to enjoy every moment in complete comfort. Thanks to him, we discovered and experienced so many beautiful places with ease. We are already looking forward to returning next year, and we truly hope to once again explore the resort under his kind care. An experience we will cherish for a lifetime

We went for our Honeymoon and had an excellent experience at the waterfront villas. Our driver, Anom, was world-class and legitimately felt like a long-time friend by the end of our trip. Entire staff did a great job with us!

I never believed in Ultra luxury resort in Bali, simply because there are so many choices, but my husband convinced me last year that Ayana Villa is his bucket list. Having such a wonderful experience last year, we have returned this year again. What I amazed me is not only the variety of things you can do at Ayana, but there are staff at the spa and restaurants remembered us from last year, plus the little gifts for returning guests make us feel so welcomed and special. If any luxury hotel chain wanted to learn about customer service, they should speak to Ayana! I highly recommend staying at the villa, the breakfast at Dava and the exclusive access to buggy and the instagram pool were a treat. To those reading this review travelling to Bali for the first or second time, if you aren’t bothered too much about visiting touristy spots, you can experience Bali in the Ayana without having to step outside the resort. This is my 25th times in Bali and I have watched Bali’s traffic becoming unbearable, spending two hours each day to travel 10-15km is not a holiday so trust me and look no more at other resort options. If there is a 6th star category, I would have given it to them because of their sustainability initiatives. You see very little plastics at the resort compared to other Indonesian hotels.

The positives about this place is endless. The service is world class. I really have to give a big shoutout to our butler drivers, Gus, Arim, Wyasa, Awan, Adi, Bagus and Putra. All of you guys truly made our stay so seamless, and taking us all over the place. You guys made our stay here that much better and we appreciate every single one of you guys.
