Ayasoluk Restaurant

Loved this restaurant to be simple! Food was great although options were a bit limited and some options need a bit of longer time to prepare. But quality of each material was top notch. Also the design was very appealing to my eyes. This place also offers a wide range of wines if someone is interested

I tried the food here and let me tell you it was wonderful. Very clean restaurant with limited options but taste is next level. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and prices are reasonable

Went to the restaurant here and it was a great meal. The outside terrace is beautiful and peaceful and has magnificent views over The Valley. Food was great, best lamb I’ve had so far on this trip. Prices were reasonable for the food and service and ambiance received. Everyone was super friendly too. Would 100% recommend.

We had the most delicious meal here at Ayasoluk during our week-long visit in Turkey. The hotel is a gorgeous setting (we did not stay at the hotel, but all are welcome to the restaurant). We were greeted by a wonderful team - Murselin and his nephew, Rojhat. My father and I sat out on the patio overlooking the beautiful valley at sunset. Our server, Rojhat, was the most attentive and kindest human we met in Turkey. He provided top notch service. We shared the Tavuk bohça (chicken parchment pie) and Tirshik vegetables, which were both delectable and full of flavor. I truly recommend eating here. There are many Turkish food offerings on the menu (which I found many other restaurants lacked authentic Turkish cuisine) Do not miss this place!!

We've been in Turkey for a few weeks now and this was the best food and best view (sunset) yet. Friendly staff were great too!

What a view! What a place to watch the swallows and the sun set. My guveç was delicious. Compliments go to the excellent chef, whose nephew, Rojhat, looks after guests superbly. Highly recommend the food, the people working here and the location.
