Ayasoluk Restaurant

This charming hotel is perfect in every way. It's very clean, the rooms are comfortable, the court yard is like a friendly village, the restaurant is lovely with amazing food and beautiful views.. They sell Turkish carpets here of much higher quality than you find at the tourists stops. Bought a rig here, 5x the cost of the cheaper tourist places but 100x the quality. If you see and feel the difference you will understand.

We had such a lovely dinner. Staff was great, chicken sis was delicious and some extra salad with cheese and tomatoes. Sunset views were amazing.

An absolute gem of a restaurant. The food was incredibly delicious and satisfying, the space beautiful and relaxing, and the staff wonderfully friendly. We had a lovely meal and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

What a great hidden gem! My husband and I found this place strolling around Selçuk and decided to pop in for dinner. I’m so glad we did! The food was tasty, the view was lovely, and the service was perfect. Get the lamb shank. It’s to die for!

Canadian here....we traveled Turkey for 10 days and had lots of food experiences. This was one of our best! We had both the 'chicken stew' and the 'chicken saute'. Both of the dishes had incredible unique flavors. We appreciate that this restaurant provided water free of charge and that the menu had limited, high-quality options. The portions match the price. Finally, I would say the 'tzatiki' wasn't our favorite, but it was good to try anyway.

Delicious! We ate here for two nights and enjoyed dinner both times. I highly recommend the lintel soup and the meatballs!

Excellent place. The menu is limited to a relatively small number of well prepared dishes. Only comments: the chicken kebap is slightly bitter and the humus underwhelming. Otherwise everything else was excellent.

We stayed in this hotel and we had several meals in their restaurant. The restaurant had amazing food, great service, and a wonderful view as an add on. There were days when we had time constraint and we pre ordered our food to be served at a specific time and all our requests were done perfectly. That is great service. Just remember that if you want the lamb shank - highly recommend this dish - they need 45 mins to prepare it. We pre ordered this for our lunch. It did not disappoint. Lamb Shank was so soft and flavorful but not overwhelming. Lamb Chops were soft and succulent and cooked perfectly - this is my favorite! Steaks were cooked perfectly and succulent When in Selçuk and you want try something different - treat yourself to an amazing experience in this restaurant!
