We had the most delicious meal here at Ayasoluk during our week-long visit in Turkey. The hotel is a gorgeous setting (we did not stay at the hotel, but all are welcome to the restaurant). We were greeted by a wonderful team - Murselin and his nephew, Rojhat. My father and I sat out on the patio overlooking the beautiful valley at sunset. Our server, Rojhat, was the most attentive and kindest human we met in Turkey. He provided top notch service.
We shared the Tavuk bohça (chicken parchment pie) and Tirshik vegetables, which were both delectable and full of flavor. I truly recommend eating here. There are many Turkish food offerings on the menu (which I found many other restaurants lacked authentic Turkish cuisine)
Do not miss this place!!
