The room doesn't have aircon but one wall fan. Our room's location makes no air circulation with a window dancing inside, so it was really hot to sleep in. The location is great and staff is helpful. But they did charge me the VAT tax that I need to try hard to get refunded.

I stayed for 12 nights in a triple room with a terrace overlooking the front street. Pros: The staff are absolutely wonderful, helpful and friendly, always with a smile. The rooms are very nice, spacious and comfortable. Extra blankets available if you get cold and very nice modern bathrooms. I recommend paying slightly more and taking a triple for more space over a double room. Bakery right underneath the hotel opens early for morning coffee, and breakfast. Location is amazing. Right in the heart of Laureles on a nice tree lined street across the road from a supermarket. Restaurants all within walking distance. Cons: Needs stronger Wifi. Apart from that my stay was perfect and I was more than happy. Thank you :)

A cheap and clean place at a great location. Beneath the hotel is a "Tostoa" where you can get a coffee and something to eat. The hotel is located in Laureles, with many restaurants and bars closeby. But beware light sleepers: some rooms at the frontside are close to a busy street. Photos can differ from what you get. Only thing I didn't like was the shower but for this price at this location, no reason to complain.

I booked double room for 3 nights. They checked me in a room where I could barely open my suitcase. Literally when the suitcase is open, you need to squeeze in between it and the bed. There was no hot water!!! I had no breakfast thought my booking included it. No one speak English in this place. When I tried to explain how unfair they treated me, they ‘allowed’ me to pay $15 for the tiny room which was more expensive than double room I should have had with my Genius discount. Applause to the worst business in Medellin. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

They advertize parking but when u drice all the way here they dont have it! Does not look any boutique anyway! Adios!

Great restaurant under the hotel. Swiss couple runs it and it is excellent.
