What a wonderful groomer - Tony is an absolute treasure 😍 My 7 year old grumpy cat had some matting on her back as I did not comb her well enough after I gave her a bath as she had some flea eggs in her coat. Tony managed to get rid of all her matting, made sure to give her 2 flea baths with a product she tolerates (she's been allergic to some flea medicine), followed by a regular bath to get rid of the chemical smell. He managed to trim her claws in seconds, whilst I have never been able to do it! Evie was very scared, and scratchy, at first but Tony didn't give up. Instead, he called me and asked me to come stay with her to try calm her down - once she was calm enough, he worked his magic around me as to not stress her unnecessarily. She also had some dandruff but Tony explained how to manage it at home, without having to spend a penny. Honestly, this was Evie first grooming experience but I cannot think of anywhere else I would ever take her, or any of my other cats! Tony, thank you very much from all of us, Evie is very happily cuddling her papa now 🥰

What a great pet store! I bought a Wuffer Ball Thrower in the limited edition purple from here. My dog absolutely love it. We taken it to the park and the beach. It’s lightweight and the special zig zag handle makes it easy to throw far. It’s a fab toy! I highly recommend Wuffer Ball Launchers and this amazing pet store!

I went to Ayla’s after my neighbour passed away and I was temporarily looking after their dog. The staff here were very helpful and kind, and sorted out what I needed with advice and things to help calm the dog. Thank you so much!

There’s no sense of care or professionalism here. The groomers seemed rushed, like they just wanted to get through as many dogs as possible. My dog’s coat was uneven and still had tangles.

I can't believe my very shy cat who hides from everyone, had all of her nails clipped in under a minute, without any fuss. Thank you for making the experience perfect for us both.

Having been told my pointer Bronson would have to have teeth extracted as a result of plaque Tony at Aylas told me to get a new vet. He assured me he could get them sparkling. Using ultrasonic and scraping he was true to his word. Incredibly reasonable but more importantly he really cares about dogs. Coming back to collect Bronson, and despite the prodding and poking he had endured, he didn’t want to leave and I had to practically drag him to the park. I cannot recommend highly enough
