Wonderful food and amazing experience with the super friendly and welcoming boss. The flavor is so rich and all the sides are giving various mouth watering upgrade to the Dürüm! I had 4 dürüm, one after another, becuas it is just so addicitive. Must go when visiting the Grand Bazaar.

For me definitely the best Durum around. Accidentally bumped into this place 3 years ago tried it and loved it. Ive been craving it since then. So this time around in Istanbul I made sure to look for it. Was happy to have found it once again and the Durums are still amazing. My favourite is the lamb liver, but the kofte is just as good. Enjoy!

A hidden gem in the alley of Grand Bazaar serving delicious grilled sandwiches. Limited communal seating but it is worth the wait.

We measured all future kebabs against the high quality of this place and we couldn't find it's equal in the rest of Turkey. The best! They are also very honest. My wallet with my ID and visa fell out of my bag, they found it and kept it for me so I was able to get it back. Wonderful food and people!

Great pure un-adulterated charcoal grilled smokey kebabs! Simple and good . We had the spicier Adana and Ciger (liver) kebabs. Both smoke infused with a good balance of veggies and sauce with spices. Add extra Italian Parsely, roasted peppers (beware some are really spicey hot), Turkish cucumber pickles from the center dispencers; and red chili powder, oregano and cumin as you like. Very tasty and satisfying, but maybe not quite to the level of the hype. Still highly recommend, just keep your expectations in check. The prices in Turkey are a little out of line.

Great place to take a break and fill yourself up with excellent adana, liver and chicken durum sandwiches. Mostly local customers. The owner Gõkalp is a great guy and is attentive and on top of things all the time, just follow his advice...a place to go and not have to wait in the long lines of Saheen Usta Doner, this place is as good and in my opinion better. My wife and I had the Adana, Tavuk and Liver...as you can see we had everything except the Urfa kebab but we will be back.

I ate a sandwich here today 29/9/2025 it was very spicy but very delicious 🤤 and tasty the most important thing is the prices to good and not expensive , like the other places of istanbul 👌🏻 i recommend everyone who come to istanbul please try it
