Great pure un-adulterated charcoal grilled smokey kebabs! Simple and good . We had the spicier Adana and Ciger (liver) kebabs. Both smoke infused with a good balance of veggies and sauce with spices. Add extra Italian Parsely, roasted peppers (beware some are really spicey hot), Turkish cucumber pickles from the center dispencers; and red chili powder, oregano and cumin as you like. Very tasty and satisfying, but maybe not quite to the level of the hype. Still highly recommend, just keep your expectations in check. The prices in Turkey are a little out of line.
