The perfect stay for your Disneyland needs !!! Great price without breaking the bank. Only a 10 minute drive to the Park. Plus, they were kind enough to waive the $15 /night parking fee for us. Our room was spacious and spotless when we arrived. Comfortable beds and beautiful bathroom with a nice big tub to bathe the kids. Front desk staff was very friendly and hospital- especially Omar who stood out to us. Complimentary breakfast was ok, but the dining hall was nice to eat at. I really can't complain for only $109 a night! I definitely would book here again and would highly recommend this place!!!

Google
We had a great stay! The staff was great, very friendly & the free breakfast was cooked perfect. Our only complaint is having to pay for the parking while we’ve already paid to stay there. Seems like that should just be built into the price. Room was spacious and the hotel is centrally located. Great stay for the price.

We stayed for 4 nights and we enjoyed our time in Ayres hotel! The breakfast is free and the food is fresh everyday. The rooms were clean and the bedding was so comfy which was much needed after a long day at Disneyland Park. The hotel is so cozy and homy and the staff were very welcoming and helpful! The location is great, a few mins drive to the park, and close to most of the stores you’d need. We were comparing to big chain hotels and we never regretted picking this hotel for our trip!

Me and my daughter really liked this hotel. It was clean, and the rooms were comfortable and large. We loved the partial wall separating the beds, the bathroom layout and spaciousness of the shower/toilet area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were attended to daily, something a hotel across from the parks did not do. We opted for a hotel not on Harbor across from Disneyland and were very happy with that decision, so we just had a quick Uber trip to the park. Great for tired legs, not having to walk to a hotel. Breakfast was OK but to be fair we didn't try it until 9:45, at the end of the availability. But there were lots of options to please everyone. Even though it was near the freeway we did not hear it at all. Very quiet. We plan on bringing the whole family at the end of January and get two adjoining rooms for our next trip.

Google
The staff were very caring and helpful to special requests. Facilities exceeded all expectations and left me feeling not just comfortable, but hopeful for another stay. The rooms were beyond clean, comfortable and gave peace of mind in a safe and inviting environment. There was plenty of parking and easy access. The breakfast was prepared with fresh and standard options and provided ample options each day allowing choice and variety without losing quality. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking in the area!

Google
We loved our stay at Ayres Hotel! My husband and I grew up in this area but left 9 years ago. Needless to say, I was picky about where we stayed especially now that we have kids. Aryes is clean, friendly, and you really can't beat the free breakfast which was always delicious and never too crowded. The hours are long enough people come at a steady pace. A great variety of foods and drinks that really helped us start the day off well. We never had any issues with noise throughout our entire week stay. Housekeeping would put the plushes our kids left on their beds in fun poses when they made the beds. Our room was clean when we arrived which always makes you feel better when you have a long stay at a hotel. We interacted with many staff members, even before our stay, and they were all friendly and welcoming. There was a few mix ups on Priceline's end and the staff helped it all get sorted out with ease. If you are going to Disney, check out their Disney discount on their site. It's not far from the park and their sister hotel next door has a shuttle if that's your jam. It was such a solid and warm experience. I don't know if it's busier during the summer, but we stayed the first week of November and there were hardly any people using the pool area, which was also excellent. It was exactly what you'd want out of a hotel experience for vacation. 10 out of 10 recommendation!

Google
Hotel is real nice, breakfast is great and the front desk staff is really helpful and nice. That being said, the rooms are pretty noisy. I was in room 314 and I could hear the room above me walking back and forth all the time and it was loud. Also, I had my do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:50am when check out time is at 11am. So the hotel is nice but I was not able to get a good night's rest.

Heidi D.

Google
Ayres provided luxury bedding on clean, comfortable, cool bed and has oversized tub. There is a door to separate the toilet and the counter with sink. There is a lift for the pool and the hot tub. Pool is clean and warm. Hot tub is well maintained with a hot temperature. We loved our stay here with the highlight being the best hot breakfast!

Yelp
This our home away from home. We stay here at least 4-5 times every year since 2019. This is a well earned 5+star review. We just checked in today around 4pm by Brian, the friendliest heart warming gentleman. And we got our favorite room again! Our many check-ins were also with Brook, super upbeat and cool. And Natalie, sweet enthusiastic efficient and attentive- she also worked in the dinning area. There's warm fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal raisin cookies, iced tropical punch and hot coffee in the lobby. All rooms are immaculately clean! They have microwave, fridge and fully stocked toiletries. Free breakfast buffet with eggs, pancakes, sausages, bacon, fruits, cereal, coffee, yogurt, pastries, salsa, cereal ... just about everything for everyone. Gabriel and Guadalupe and the team keep the breakfast items well replenished and fully stocked. They deserve big recognitions and TIPS! The gym is fully equipped, located on the ground floor next to the dinning area, for a workout and catch-up daily news, after eating that huge breakfast buffet. Plenty of parking spaces and easy in and out. Good night all! It's great to be here again, sweet home away from home.

Yelp
Orange Ayres Hotel is a lovely experience. Clean, wonderful staff, comfortable. Pleasant breakfast options from hot to cold items. This hotel is nearby lots of resources from food, entertainment and shopping. It's rare to find a hotel with free parking. Ayres hotel only charges about $15 a night which is half of most. I will stay here on future trips to Disney.

Yelp
WOW!!! 5 STAR EXCELLENT RATING Ayres Hotel is a such a gem here in the orange county. Location is great as it is close to anaheim and freeway.Lots of shops, restaurants and stores you can see and visit. But- please be aware that there is a daily parking fee of 15$ daily which is affordable compared to other hotels like 30-50$ a day. Check in was a breeze and BROOKE in the front desk is amazing with Charming personality,Very professional and Have a positive attitude. KITCHEN/DINING AREA staff are amazing as well. They are hardworker and doing multiple task to make sure that the food, drink station are refilled. The dining area is clean and organized and fully stocked with condiments, snacks, fruits and all the dinnerware that you need. shout out to staff like Brooke,Eduardo,Julia,Guadalupe and all... also to the housekeeping staff in keeping the Area immaculately clean. We will be back for sure.

Yelp
Color me impressed! I booked this hotel for one night while I was going to be in the area. Location-wise there is so much around so that's a plus. There was plentiful parking when I arrived and during check-in the female receptionist was very pleasant and got me situated quickly. Once I got to my room (2 queen bed), I couldn't believe how spacious it was - this would be a great choice for families. Everything looked clean and not outdated. The bed and pillows were fantastic, I slept so well. The walls weren't paper thin so I had peace & quiet, yay. I also made it a point to check out their jacuzzi/pool area. They have towels, mobility chairs, several loungers/tables, and a bathroom. It was cold outside so I didn't try the pool but I did enjoy my time in the jacuzzi, jets and heat were perfect. In the morning they do provide a breakfast buffet that does include hot items (eggs, bacon or sausage, etc). They have a variety of juices alongside the typical coffee and water. Great way to start the day! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing accommodation in the area. :)

Yelp
5/5 - customer service - the front desk staff (Brooke and Brian helped me) were delightful and helpful! 5/5 big rooms and ample parking including a garage in the back, 3 Tesla chargers, 1 regular electric car charged. Location is quite good right off the 5 freeway and 10 minutes from Disneyland! The reasons why I'm giving one less star... 4/5 - somewhat thin walls - I could hear my upstairs neighbors running a marathon across the room at all hours of the night and early morning. Probably some kids having fun but it echos to the first floor wing. 4/5 - breakfast... to be fair Ayres is one of the only hotels who gives an actual full breakfast as part of their rate. Just make sure you go right when it opens or wait for fresh food. When I went at 9:30 on a Saturday it was pretty picked through and the sausage was dry, pancakes were cold and eggs not as fresh. No more juice either. However when I went on Sunday (same items but bacon) when it opened at 7am much fresher but also you're with the crowd of families trying to pick up food before heading to the parks. 4/5 - internet- I had a fair amount of work to do on a weekend and all of a sudden I lost connection across my computer iPhone and even when I picked up the hotel phone no dial tone. I was about to walk out to the front desk to find out but it was restored about 30 minutes later.

Yelp
This was a quick overnight stay after finishing our cruise. We had tickets to the Angels game and this was the perfect place to stay. It was in great proximity to Angels stadium. We were able to check in early and get ready for the game. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful . Shout out to Ree and the other young lady (sorry forgot her name) Breakfast was great and we even did a quick workout at the gym. This is truly a nice little gem in Orange.

Yelp
Very clean and very good breakfast, has all the amenities you need and want. It was quiet at night and the staff was very professional and timely with responses. We will stay here again. Way better than the tangerine and holiday inn.

Susan L.

Yelp
Nice hotel overall. Room was clean and roomy. Had safe, microwave and fridge. Shower was really nice and worked w/o any issues. Safe area. Mexican food restaurant was next door. Front desk people were friendly. Free breakfast had a variety of food items. Great value for what I paid for two nights.

Yelp
I absolutely love staying at this hotel after a long day at Disneyland! It's an 8 minute drive from the Disney Parks. My favorite perk is the complimentary breakfast in the morning from 7-10 AM. They have a variety of food options from baked goods, juices, coffee and tea, fruits and yogurt and my favorite, pancakes, hashbrowns, eggs, and bacon. This was our second time staying here and the hotel is always very clean and well maintained. Complimentary parking is also available which is awesome. Our room was spotless and smelled great. We are looking forward to our next stay here!

Yelp
We stayed here for five days during a conference at the Anaheim Convention Center. It's a hidden gem! It's only a six-minute drive to the convention center, which is conveniently located across from Disney. The staff was incredibly friendly and the customer service was excellent. The rooms were clean and well-kept, and the hotel was quiet and easily accessible to everything we needed. Parking is only $15 per day, and they even have an EV charger. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was excellent and well-stocked. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Yelp
I love this hotel at this location! Staff is always nice! Lots of parking! And I love the rooms and it's cleanliness! Oh! And the breakfast! We always try to stay here when in the area.

Yelp
My wife, 16 year old son and myself stayed here on New Year's Eve. We only live 60 mins away but we had Disneyland tickets for New Year's Day so we wanted a place to stay and be in the area the next morning so we can hurry and get to Disneyland. We checked in around 3pm and the staff was super friendly. We watched videos online so we already knew what the place looked like, it's a very beautiful hotel. I was impressed how beautiful the lobby was and the halls and elevator had beautiful wood molding around the doors. It looks like a very upscale hotel. The rooms (we were in 405) were pretty darn big and again, was beautiful with wood floors and wood molding. I hate carpets in hotels because usually they are stained and gross looking. The room was spacious and had a small fridge and microwave in them. I seldom see hotel rooms that have small micros in them. The beds were nice and the pillows were awesome. The rooms and hotel itself get a 10/10 from me and my family. My only issue with the room was, in the bathroom. It isn't a huge deal but first off, there's no removable shower head but was a surprise because majority i stay in have removable shower heads. Also, the shower head was so damn high....I'm 5'9" and I had to seriously reach up to change the shower head setting. My wife is 5'4" and she couldn't reach it at all. So know if you're short...good luck moving or adjusting he shower head (see pic) We didn't use the pool or Jacuzzi. I was told the pool was heated to 80 degrees, but after feeling it and wanting to go in, I decided not too because it felt a lot colder then 80 degrees. The gym area was small but do-able. I was really bummed that Spoons wasn't open for New Years Eve and New Year's Day. I saw the menu and food online and we really wanted to try them. My only complain (and it's super important to me and my family) was the free breakfast they offer. We stay in alotta hotels and we always get ones that have free breakfasts and I was so excited about this breakfast. But unfortunately it was BAD. There's a lot of space and not hard to find a table and the presentation was awesome, but this has to be one of the worst breakfasts we've ever had. The coffee was sooooooo strong. I use vanilla creamer and I had to use tons of it to cover the strong coffee taste. Maybe some people like strong coffee but to me, it was way too strong. The offered scrambled eggs which were ok. They offered bacon but it literally was fried to a crisp pieces of fat with barely any meat on the bacon strips....it was barely edible and dusgusting. They also offered pancakes that weren't round but more oval shaped and majority of them were burnt pancakes, definitely not golden brown like they are supposed to be. I had my weed through the burnt pancakes to try and find a couple that I considered "less burnt ". They also had shredded hash browns but ironically, those weren't cooked enough and seemed kinda raw. Maybe we had breakfast at a bad time but it was lousy. I really wanted to like the breakfast because the hotel was an A+ to me. Would we stay there again? Yea, it was super nice....just hope they do better with the breakfast next time.

Yelp
I was so pleased that I booked our stay with this hotel. Last time we visited the area, I passed it up with another location around the corner (they were great too) but this time I wanted to try Ayres. 2 thumbs up! CLEAN, lovely decor, soft-cozy bed, breakfast was good-staff kept providing hot items and making sure area stayed clean. Only downside to our stay was lack of parking spots if you come back late. Otherwise, great stay! No bed bugs, didn't see any spiders/roaches and everything was clean (no dust on furniture)

Yelp
Ayres Hotel truly has the friendliest staff as they are all so warm and welcoming. I loved the welcoming touch of the cookies by the front entrance. The room itself was pretty standard, but what really sold me was the complimentary breakfast!

Yelp
We've stayed here a number of times over the last few years and every stay has been great. The hotel is always super clean, the staff is helpful and the breakfast buffet is perfect. The pool and hot tub are great year round, and it's close to many things. This continues to be our home away from home when we're in Orange.

Yelp
This was a very nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms! It's also conveniently located about 10 minutes from the Disney Parks!

Robert J.

Yelp
Ayres Hotel Orange is my new FAVORITE. This was my second stay and every staff member I encountered was exceptionally polite and helpful - truly wonderful people who seemed genuinely interested in making my stay perfect, again. The accommodations exceeded my expectations in every way. The furniture in my room was absolutely luxurious: They understand exactly what comfort should feel like and deliver it without compromise. As someone who is particularly concerned about cleanliness in hotels, I was thoroughly impressed. The bathroom and bedding were immaculate - spotless in a way that's rare to find these days. This indicates that the housekeeping staff is AMAZING too, and hiring good people is a part of the culture there. The overall value for money was exceptional. You simply don't expect this level of service, luxury, and cleanliness without paying premium prices, yet Ayres Hotel Orange delivers all three without breaking the bank. I can't recommend this hotel enough for anyone visiting Orange County for a Disneyland adventure. It's like finding a hidden gem that somehow combines luxury, cleanliness, and value all in one perfect package.

Yelp
4 Stars (but truly 4.5 if I could) This hotel came so close to perfection! Three notable things stood out during my stay: Brooke at the Front Desk - Accommodating, easy to talk to, and refreshingly straightforward. She even shared my sense of humor, which tells me she's sharp--something every hotel should prioritize in welcoming guests. Omar from the Restaurant/Bar and the Shuttle Driver - Both were genuinely friendly and engaging. At this point in life, no one has time for fake smiles, and these two were the real deal. Gym and Room - Spotless, well-organized, and equipped with everything I needed. The attention to cleanliness and functionality was impressive. The only reason I'm not giving the full 5 stars is the lack of coordination between Ayres and Chapman University. The shuttle and discount issues were inconvenient, which was disappointing given the otherwise excellent service. That said, the incredible people here truly made my stay enjoyable. Their warmth and professionalism are the hotel's greatest assets. Highly recommended!

Yelp
A really amazing hotel! I couldn't have picked a better place to stay during our family trip! I almost don't want to write this review as it feels like a hidden gem. There were so many more benefits to staying here versus hotels that were within walking distance of Disney. The lobby was so pretty. It felt like I was walking into someone's living room. My favorite part had to be the giant fireplace, I could just sit there and stare at it all day long. Loved the tall ceilings! We requested a room on the second floor and it was nice to have the option to take the stairs or elevator. There was even a small seating area on the second floor that overlooked the lobby. The room we got had a divider in the middle that separated the beds. It was spacious and clean. Having a microwave and mini fridge already puts this place legions above the hotels near Disney without burning a hole in your wallet. Bathroom was clean and spacious. This is the biggest shower/bathtub that I've ever encountered in a hotel. The water pressure was on point. There was also body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles attached to the wall. Breakfast buffet was top tier! Everyday had something slightly different but there was something for everyone that's for sure. Their bacon and spicy pork sausages were my favorite offerings. There's also a gym, business center (with printers and computers) and outdoor pool. The pool was even heated but didn't get a chance to try it out this time. Both the pool and jacuzzi looked well maintained and clean! This place was close to the highway so Disney was just a quick 10 min drive away and back. They also have free parking. Like can the perks of this hotel get any better?

Yelp
My family and I stayed here for a night while visiting Disneyland. The morning of check-in, I was texted and asked if any special accommodations were required, which was really good customer service. The pool was heated and the hot tub was perfect! Getting to relax after a long day Disneyland was just what we needed. There is a Mexican restaurant. Located in the hotel, which was wonderful and very convenient to have dinner before heading back into the park. The hotel was very clean and the staff was pleasant. The hotel staff explained how the shuttle bus works when traveling to Disney and they made our trip easy and worry free. The only concern that I have was around the pool. It was a bit slippery for my toddler. I would definitely stay here again when traveling to Disneyland!

Richard S.

Yelp
Really nice hotel in a great location for Orange. Perfect when you have students at Chapman University. Even close location for Disneyland! Staff is very good. Shout out to MZ in Housekeeping!

Yelp
The hotel appearance is very attractive from outside, to the lobby and inside the room. Very clean, staff is kind and attentive. Beds were comfortable and clean. The pool/jacuzzi was pleasant. Good breakfast. Easy parking. Went to Disneyland and checked in around midnight with no issues after communicating with them ahead of time. (Only a few minutes away from the parks) We will definitely stay here again and recommend others stay as well. Great stay for a good price!

Yelp
We always stay at this Ayres location for the last 8 years when going to Disneyland. Very clean hotel, friendly staff, comfy beds and very clean bathrooms. From the kitchen staff, housekeeping and front end staff this is thee best location!

Yelp
Gosh we fell in love. We stayed here for 5 nights while on a trip to Disneyland and this hotel was such a refreshing part of our vacation. Everything from the complimentary breakfast and parking, Disney shuttle, rooms linen service, hotel attendants customer service, open lobby, outdoor pool, to the chimes in the elevator, AND the added security of needing room keys to open all doors, it ALL speaks volumes that they value their customers. A couple weeks before our stay, I emailed them about a pack-n-play and if there was a curtain or divider that separated the beds in a 2Queen room for my mother that was sharing our room with us. They responded quickly and told me my requests were noted on our account. - Upon arrival I checked up on that request and was told the pack n play was being set up and once we got to the room we saw that they gave us a room that had a wall to separate the beds! It was perfect. It was also a great size with high ceilings, it never felt crowed with three adults- and my husband is 6'5- and a 14m old baby with a pack n play! I am almost hesitant to spread the word for fear this gem will loose what we adored about it. Yet how can I not rave about this plve,

Praveen B.

Yelp
Smooth Check-in: check Comfy spacious room for 2 adults and 2 kids under 7: check Includes breakfast to fuel up before a day at Disney: check Location: grocery stores and restaurants nearby check Parking: free and plenty of it - even when one returns late from the parks Room amenities: refrigerator, microwave available in the room. Highly recommended.

Yelp
We booked this hotel through a Get Away Today package. We stayed here while going to Disneyland. Before arriving I was a bit worried, this hotel was a down grade from the hotel we were staying at, but cost wise allowed us to add two more park days for the same price as what we were paying to stay at the Delta. I've stayed at the Delta before, and it's an okay hotel. But Ayres Orange was probably one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at in this area. It's a smaller hotel a little farther from the parks. The rooms are spacious and modern. The bathroom was huge. The towels were fluffy. The room was spotless upon arrival. Tons of storage space which was great so we didn't have things everywhere in the way. The breakfast is mediocre, but for free breakfast you can't complain. They had a decent variety to choose from daily. We never had issues finding parking, but at night we did usually have to go to the parking garage behind the hotel. The pool was empty every time we went over there, which was nice! I do wish they offered a Disneyland Shuttle service. There is an ART bus stop nearby at the ALO. We had passes to it but ended up getting a refund on them as we had tried to use it multiple times and we're not able to get a ride. The only reason I would go to another hotel is because some offer their own shuttle. Parking at the parks every day is a great way to burn through money, but when you want to get there in a timely manner it's really the only way.
google avatar

Cathy C.

Yelp
The location is convenient if you're going to Disneyland/ California Adventure which is about 2 miles away. I must say DO NOT use Siri to give you directions to this hotel, you'll end up at a gym or at an apartment complex. Use Google Maps instead. It's close to the freeway and across the street from UC Irvine Hospital, and about a 4-minute drive to the outlet. We booked 4 rooms for our group. I asked if my room is adjoining with another room for our group and I was told no. But it was. My room was on the 4th floor (they only have 4 floors). The rest of the group were on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor. The rooms are spacious. You get 2 queen beds, flat screen TV, a fridge, microwave, coffee and tea, and toiletries. There's a gym, a pool, and a mini jacuzzi. Please note the hours for their breakfast service. Weekdays 6:30am-10am, and weekends 7am-10am. They have fresh fruits, pancakes, breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, cereals, bagels, bread, yogurt, juices, coffee, and milk. One day they served sausage links, one day sliced kielbasa, one day bacon which were limited to 2 strips per person (due to current pork shortage). The downside of being across the street from a hospital is that you can hear ambulance sirens. If you're a light sleeper, bring noise canceling headphones or ear plugs. If you want to use the shuttle going to/ from Disneyland/ California Adventure, make sure to download 2 apps: A Way We Go and Token Transit. It's a little confusing so let me help you... You buy your ART bus pass using Token Transit. $6 for 1 day (ride as many times as you want and it's cheaper than the $4 one way pass), $16 for 3 days, $25 for 5 days, and $51 for 15 days. Your 24hr cycle starts the moment you purchase your ticket. After buying your pass, go to the A Way We Go app to schedule your pick up. Tap on "Trip Planner". You starting location is Chapman Ave WB @ City Drive (Alo Hotel bus stop), destination Disneyland Park. Tap on "On Demand" and select the time that works best for you". Take note that the bus is late towards 10am and later. The app will show you where your bus is and if there's any delays. You'll see your bus driver's name and the bus' plate number. If you hop on an earlier bus than what you scheduled, make sure you cancel your ride, otherwise, you'll get a message that you were a no show!

Yelp
This hotel is incredibly nice. It's only three miles from Disneyland. The hotel staff is welcoming and check in was smooth. Parking is free which is always nice considering the area. Breakfast is also free and the food is good. The rooms are nice as well. We comfortably fit 3 plus sized women in a two queen room. It's spacious and the furniture is nice. The beds are comfortable and the shower is spacious. The tv gets all the good channels for when you're winding down after a long day at Disney. They have a dinner place in the hotel but I wouldn't recommend it.

Yelp
I stayed 5 nights at this location for a training every. The staff was wonderful and super helpful. The rooms were spacious and neat. More than enough room for me however I believe that I could have fit my family of 5 if we stayed at this place with no problem. The bathroom was large with a nice large tub. The housekeepers were great. The best part of my stay here was the morning breakfast. Mexican inspired food. I've never had chilequiles served home made at a hotel before. Super delicious and there was something new every day. (Omlets, hasbrowns with chorizo, and more). Lastly, the pool was awesome along with a huge hot tub. My only negative was the hotel bar. Basic drinks, nothing too popular but although I don't drink alcohol, can't knock them down for that. Stay here at this hotel. Great location.

Amber C.

Yelp
Great hotel, great location, comfortable beds, and amazing staff! We absolutely loved our stay! My only suggestion would be adding trash cans into the bedrooms for the convenience of not having to walk to the bathroom to throw something away.

Yelp
Excellent staff, service, room and amenities. Brian L at check-in was great! This was my second time staying at an Ayres hotel (first was for business in the Ontario area) and I really enjoyed my stay. First, Ayres Hotel Orange is easy to locate. It is just off the 5 freeway on The City Drive and Chapman. It is minutes away from the outlet, Disneyland, UCI Health, Christ Cathedral, Burke Williams, and much much more. Secondly, the staff was wonderful. Upon check in, during my stay, and checking out, I was impressed by their service. Brian L at check in was great. We also needed an extra pillow and towels, and they quickly brought it to our suite. The ladies at the complimentary breakfast station each morning were great. Thirdly, the room was amazing. It is probably the cleanest hotel I've stayed at (and I've stayed in many). Compared to other hotels, I really liked that Ayres Hotel Orange had clear glass shower doors with large shower head! I cannot emphasize how much I enjoyed my shower here because I usually get grossed out at other hotels. Here, the shower is bright, spacious, clean -- it makes me feel right at home. Lastly, the layout is open. The amenities in the King Suite include a TV, personal fridge, microwave, coffee maker, writing desk and sofa, iron and hair dryer. I stayed in a room close to the exit so parking was super close. They also have a parking garage -- it was perfect for those sunny days -- and a charging station for electric vehicles. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Ayres Hotel Orange. I highly recommend it here. I loved the cleanliness of this hotel and their wonderful service. I look forward to my next visit! Thank you, Ayres Hotel Orange!

Yelp
It was a nightmare. Took over 3 hours to check in. Don't know why their desk clerk didn't know how to use their system.

Yelp
Convenient location, nice rooms and friendly staff. Stayed at this hotel for a work event last month. It's a close drive to freeways, restaurants, gyms and other businesses. Parking was easy but at times got crowded. On one occasion, I ended up on the roof in employee parking. The rooms were spacious and clean. The sleep quarters more than comfortably fit the king sized bed, a desk, dresser and sofa. The bathtub was oversized. Staff was warm and friendly. The restaurant (Spoons) was open for breakfast (free buffet for guests in the AM) and after 3 or 4pm for drinks and/or dinner (see separate review). The conference rooms were nice and staff was accommodating. The hotel fitness center was sufficient for a hotel of its size. There were 2 stationary bikes, 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, 1 rack of free weights, kettlebells, an incline bench, balance ball and a multi-station weight machine. Overall, this is a very good hotel that I would visit again.

Yelp
Alejandro/Alexander whichever shorter chubby fella was rude at the front desk. Not someone you want to be greeted by when it's the first person you see, put someone more friendlier. Everyone else was nice, but this guy really threw off the vibe. Otherwise Hotel and breakfast was nice.

Yelp
Second time staying here and Ayres always exceeds expectations. We booked a 2 night stay in the corner king suite. Huge shoutout to Brian at the front desk. Usually check in is at 3pm, but we called to see if our room was available to check in early. Brian was friendly, quick, and professional! Early check in was allowed and Brian was extremely helpful throughout the whole process so again, THANK YOU BRIAN!! The hotel itself is very clean and I feel comfortable and safe with my stay here during the pandemic. Our room was clean: no dust, no hair, the bed was made, towels folded, and everything was sanitized and wiped down. Plus, the beds are comfy! * Free parking with your hotel ticket (they give it to you at check in). There is parking in front of the hotel and in the parking structure behind the hotel * 5/5 stars! Highly recommend staying here.

Yelp
We Love, Love, Love this hotel and here's why.... 1. Amazing Location just miles from Disneyland! 2. Easy access from interstate. 3. Rooms are spacious and so clean!!! 4. There is always hot water!!!! 5. The staff is phenomenol!!! They are always so kind and helpful!! They go above and beyond to help you and to make your stay great! 6. The FREE breakfast is better than most hotels I stay at. The wait/cook staff works so hard to provide a great breakfast experience. 7. Wonderful pool and hot tub!!! 8. The cleaning staff is great as well and here is why.... Since Covid, hotels have mostly stopped cleaning rooms daily and freshening them up. Honestly, I don't even expect it anymore but after our first day out of the room and at Disney all day we cam back to a clean room, fresh towels and toiletries and this happened everyday of our stay. We did not have to ask them to do it. This hotel loves to serve their customers! We stay here every time we go to Disney, it is just an all around wonderful hotel!!!

Yelp
Best hotel I've stayed in for a very long time. The staff is amazing and so friendly. The room was clean, nothing felt missed in terms of cleaning, and the room was a great size. The beds are not top of the line, but not the worst I've had either. Loved having a fridge and microwave in the room. The hot tub and pool were very well maintained. The breakfast was actually one of the best I've had at a hotel breakfast. The pancakes were delish, decent bagels, and I hope you are there on bacon day because that bacon was amazing. Each day they have different choices for the hot breakfast items, so the breakfast never got too boring. They even had oatmeal, lots of fresh fruit, and yogurt for those eating healthier. Really I don't need to say more because it was all awesome, especially for the affordable price.

Yelp
I'm really glad I decided to stay at this hotel during our Disneyland trip. Although it's not walking distance from the park, I'm pretty sure it is cleaner than all those other hotels near Disneyland. Transportation to the park was not an issue as the ART shuttle was close by. We got free breakfast and parking as we stayed a total of 4 nights so we got an awesome deal! Highly recommend this hotel. I will be booking here again for my next trip in this area.

Yelp
I wanted to write this review for many reasons - The staff is amazing (huge shoutout to William!!!) - from the front desk, to maintenance, to housekeeping, to Omar in the dining room (Spoons). Everyone is so nice and helpful, making everything a nice experience. The hotel is extremely well maintained and clean (and I am a clean freak, so that is saying something!). I have been staying at Ayres in Orange twice a month for a year and a half and there is a reason that I keep coming back. Thank you, Ayres management and team!

Yelp
Honestly really nice and would stay again. Free parking, very clean, thick walls (the only noise I could hear was traffic, next time I'd request a room not facing the highway), breakfast was a typical free hotel breakfast. My nitpicks are that the bed / pillows weren't firm enough, and the fitness center was bare bones (no squat rack / bench press).

Yelp
Stayed at the Ayres Hotel Orange this entire week. I arrived late Monday night; staff was friendly and very effective with checking me in quickly. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast had a good selection. It had different juice flavors, coffee, teas, milk and a good variety of food. Eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, different flavor oatmeal, cereals, you also had bagels and pastries, and more. Staff was always friendly, hotel is kept very clean, as I was there for work, it was nice to have a quiet hotel even when it was packed. There is a gorgeous eating area/hangout in the back, outdoors pool and jacuzzi, gym, laundry, conference rooms and a gorgeous lobby.

Yelp
Winner, all the way around. From the moment you enter the lobby, you know you in a high class hotel. Pool is nice, rooms spacious, price was right, parking free, breakfast good, close to Disneyland. Also safe area. This is definitely a new stomping ground for us when we arrive in town

Yelp
5 stars coming from a clean freak!! Cleanliness is the most important aspect for me for every hotel stay. I won't sleep a wink if I see any dust, hair, or fingerprints in a hotel. Ayres was CLEAN! The rooms are huge and it came with its own bathtub. Check in was a breeze. The girl at the front was so bubbly and friendly-- even at 9pm! All the staff greeted me every morning so customer service was PERFECT! The morning buffet surprised me because it came with meat, eggs, potatoes, different types of pastries, and cereal. Juice, milk, and coffee were also a part of the buffet. Perfect way to start the day! We never had issues with parking, even after coming in at late hours. The ART bus is SO convenient as well! It's super safe considering they will not pick up anyone who did not request for a ride on the app. It picked us up right in front of their sister hotel next door & always came within 8 minutes of my request time. All in all, this was a pleasant stay & I will be staying here again. I enjoyed the short walk from the lobby to my hotel, especially after long days at Disney.

Yelp
Always a pleasure staying here. This time Beatriz and Brian assisted with our check in this week (we came back a day later). Had a nice conversation with Beatriz and she put us on the top floor. Rooms are clean and roomy. Free parking, restaurant and bar on site. Never any issues here. Close to outlets, hospital, restaurants and attractions. The only thing I don't like are the complicated thermostats in the room lol. It's not an easy on and off system. (User error)

Yelp
Very clean, staff very courteous, service prompt even when we checked in late. Rooms clean, stocked with all necessary items. Room temperature was comfortable when we arrived. We did not have to wait to try to cool down our room due to the hot temperatures earlier in the day.
