Visited Bread Factory by Azad and had a very good experience. They have a wide collection of different cakes 🎂🍰 — from classic flavors to special varieties. It’s a perfect place to buy cakes for birthdays, celebrations, or even just to enjoy a small treat. The best part is that they bake their own bread 🥖 You can feel the freshness and softness in every bite. The aroma of freshly baked bread itself is so tempting. Quality and taste are consistently good. The shop is neat, well arranged, and the staff are polite and helpful. Overall, it’s one of the best bakery options near Medical College. Highly recommended for cake and bread lovers! 😊

One of the best bakery chains you can find in Trivandrum. Amazing variety of cakes, snacks, sweets, and chocolates — you name it, you’ll find it here. Quality is consistently good and the selection makes it a go-to place for any occasion. Parking can be a bit tough, but the place is worth it. Highly recommended.

One of the smaller branches on the side of the main road near medical college. You get all kinds of sweet and savoury snacks here. Wide selection of breads, cakes (whole and pieces), brownies, indian sweets, cupcakes, doughnuts, puffs, rolls, cutlets etc are available. Lunch packs like biriyani, fried rice, chapathi, veg and non veg curries etc arrive between 11.30am-12.00pm. Barbeques, pathiri etc are available only in the evenings. Parking is difficult as this is a crowded area. Good service and polite staff.

Amazing quality of bread, purchasing for nearly 4 years. . Absolutely brilliant. But the rating is based on bad service based on branch manager, despite of multiple plea.. with the same issue. Yet they simply deny our request, Paid 735 Rs. For 10 packet bread.. even the damage is to one piece or two piece of bread. . Its taking a toll on us. When it happends more than once.

I’m a die hard fan of there cakes n stuff, but last week take away didn’t impress me much , ordered appam n butter chicken , appam was nice, butter chicken just didn’t add up to their standard, but overall a nice experience & a message to management “ please make a solution for upi payment s , it’s been almost a month since u guys hav stopped taking upi payments due to some technical glitches “

We recently visited Bread Factory and purchased a few products. While the quality of the products was excellent (5/5), our experience at the billing counter was disappointing. When we requested the bill, the staff member responded in a rude and unprofessional manner, saying it would take time and that we could take a photo and leave if we wanted. Considering Bread Factory's reputation, we expected better customer service. A more courteous and professional approach would greatly enhance the overall experience. Hoping for better service in the future!
