What a great hotel to stay for business. The staff were friendly, respectful and attentive. The rooms were clean and had the necessary amenities. Might be strange to some, but I had one of the best meals in Russia in the hotel restaurant. The train station is a short 5 minutes walk away.

I stayed in a standard room and it needs a little remodeling, but it was still good for one night. The staff is exceptional, very friendly and professional. I had space with breakfast and I was surprised by the number of options it had and everything fresh and delicious. I would definitely stay here again if I come to St.Petersburg.

Excellent hotel! We stayed there as a family, had 2 adjoining rooms. My family had a family suite with bunk beds for the kids - they thought that was the coolest thing! And there was a separate bathroom for the kids in their area. My parents stayed in the smaller room next to us. Our room had corner views which were breathtaking, you could see the sea in the distance. Rooms were very clean and had all the necessary amenities. I liked how they stocked the bathroom with number of toiletries matching length of stay right up front (we stayed 3 nights so we had 3 sets of everything already in the bathroom), so you didn't have to get your room cleaned if you didn't want to. Location is excellent, close to a lot of great attractions. Convenient on-site parking.

The staff is absolutely awesome, from understanding needs and ensuring you're catered for. ||Please ensure you have a translation device to ease communication. Be careful with the entrance if you have a wheelchair. Seek help.||During my visit money changer and atm was out of service

Large hotel with many people staying but the staff is doing their job very well. The air conditioning in my room worked great, which was a huge relief after spending a day in the city during such heat. Rooms were a little small but nice and cozy. Loved it, definitely will come back.

I have stayed in this hotel for one week in the November of 2021. I don't know what changed after, but back then their elevators were constantly not working and stairs are closed due to "covid". Only one elevator was functional through my all stay. It was taking long time to just go from room to lobby. Besides, I think the buffet was good enough and meals were decent. Reception was qucik to respond and spoken English too.

A nice hotel near the city center, worth it's money. Fascinating view, wish to have more choice for breakfast. Rude staff in sky bar. Front office employees were not interested in our problems. However, all that hasn't broken our vacation.

We will most likely stay here again once we can travel to St. Petersburg. It is an excellent value for the price. Our room and bath were both very clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. There were some great food options, especially for breakfast. We had an excellent view of this Magnificent city and its White Nights facing the river. The room also had quality blackout curtains for when we needed sleep. This hotel offers cozy ambience in such an immense building, and it seems to have its own unique way of reflecting the city itself on those long summer nights. Best location!
