I stayed in this hotel for 11 nights & must say its not a 4 star property. Bed sheet of my room was not replaced and it was kept same all days. Air conditioner was not working on first night of my check-in and they fixed it next day. Next day onwards there was lot of noise through the air conditioner duct of room. Most of the staff at reception is rude and hardly any staff understand English, which they have misguided through their website that their staff speaks English. Wifi will suddenly stop working and the lan internet wire of the room has stopper malfunctioning. During all days of the buffet breakfast, they had kept a sticker on the bread toaster that it is out of order. You have to pay for the room service food bill at the time of delivery of food in your room as they have not got the system to add the food bill in room and seek payment at the time of check-out. If you order food in room service and pay by cash, they do not have the change. If you pay at the reception before hand, they will ask money repeatedly on another day saying that the bill was not paid by you. They have done misrepresentation on the invoice that they provide complimentary late check-out & room upgrade service as both of them were not provided to me despite expressly asking. Moreover housekeeping started banging my room at sharp 12 pm on the day of check-out.

The hotel is near the tram stop so travelling was a breeze. The room was very comfortable. They replenish the coffee, tea, water, and toiletries every day. The room and the hotel common areas were very clean. We are beyond pleased with the hotel service. The staff in reception were hospitable, friendly, and helpful. They are very accommodating to assist with requests and inquiries. We are very grateful to them. Miss Olga in particular extended a lot of assistance to us. There is nothing that we didn’t like about the hotel.

Overall: Good for the price! Especially if you have Azimut's discounts. Positives: - Good design, very cozy! - Good service - The location is alright - The gym is ok Negatives: - Slow internet, at least in the room 318 - Bad noise cancellation. I hear everything in the hall. - No spot to charge my phone near bed, this is shocking

The location of the hotel is very close to metro Tulskaya. You just need to make 2 short stops by tram and your are next to metro Tulskaya and Erevan plaza shopping mall.||Very nice and responsive stuff. Will help you with any issues. ||Rooms are very nice, do have drying fan, toiletries, small fridge, complimentary water, tea and coffee, TV and Wi-Fi. ||On the floor you can find iron and ironing board, together with a water cooler. ||I also order an open buffet breakfast which was quite good, you can’t eat everything at one time))) ||The restaurant Manifactura that is located on the bottom floor of the hotel provides the guests of the hotel an open buffet business lunches for a very reasonable price for weekdays.

This is a modern loft-style location. If you need fast way to the city centre or downtown (Moscow city) it is really convenient location. You can take a taxi or use subway which is near the hotel. The rooms are small, but comfortable and clean. -

Cool location with converted factory buildings and great running options alongside the river. Accommodating staff and good breakfast. Room quite small and very hot. Rooms facing the courtyard are better as the street noise on the other side prevents you from opening the windows to get some cold air in. [Stayed January 2020]

Quiet and clean hotel, friendly personnel, breakfast was very nice - a lot of tasty food, I was surprised. The only unpleasant point - the room was very small, you can barely find a space for your suitcase if you want to open it on the floor, but if you find enough space - there is no space for walking in the room😜 But there is everything you need in the room, even tea, coffee, cattle, water, tv of course...Bathroom and toilet room were separated, everything was in order, also towels, robe, shampoo and shower gel. Price was ok, hotel is very good, I liked it.
