We had twin beds room with sea view. Room size is not big but sufficient. Bathroom is spacious enough. A modern room decor , kept simple and necessary. What I like in the room is the many hooks to hang your clothes , which is useful especially in winter when you wear many layers. Breakfast spread is decent. It is about 15-20min walk downhill to the train station and central square. It is located uphill so one can get a good view of the sea.

Fairly fast elevators.|| I had a single room on the 7th floor, small in size. The bathroom with a sliding door, did not close completely, inside the shower. There is shampoo and shower gel.||Near the entrance there is a small hanger, a safe and a small refrigerator without a freezer compartment.||The bed is double with a comfortable mattress, there is a socket next to the bed and turning off the general light.||There is a large LCD TV.||The breakfast is varied, we had chum salmon, herring, seaweed, egg porridge, sausages, pastries.|| Good value for money.|| Measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19: the requirement to maintain social distance, wear a mask, employees wear masks.|| If the review was helpful to you, please like it!

I am a guest already checked in at the hotel and arrived at 1100 am at the hotel with a cab. My taxi fare was 203 rubles and the driver did not have change so I decided to ask the front desk..There were 2 women staff members. I asked if they could change the 5000 bill..They said they didnt have change.. I asked one who seemed totally disinterested in helping me. I asked her if they can give me the 203 and since I had my credit card on file, she can charge it.I told her I was a guest . She didnt care. ~She said if I had taken her taxi it would be ok..That is poor customer service. I normally stay at Lotte hotel and since im using my Airline points on personal stay, I would try this hotel out. Im sorry but when you have staff that are not interested in helping out your guests., I will never stay here again..The breakfast is very nice..Housekeeping was great, The suite was adequate. But the service is crap..Never again. One more night then ..Goodbye. I will get her name so that she be spoken too in the event management decides to.

Its nice and clean. We booked our room using booking.com, when we arrived to the hotel the receptionist asked us how did we book and we told her through booking app, she started to make calls and checking saying that it shows that the room is paid, but it doesn't show how!! Which is not my problem, she let us wait for at least 20mins knowing that we had an 8h flight!! Thats not professional at all. At the end, I got angry and asked her if it is okay to go to our room since it is paid and she can check by herself and she said yes!! So why she didn't do so from the beginning. The room we booked was superior, but it is super small. Restaurant and food is tasty, breakfast is very good and tasty.

A modern, comfortable hotel in a convenient location in the city. Lovely views over the sea and sunsets if you have a west facing room. Great breakfast buffet and a good dinner menu with efficient service. Nice bar and lounge in the reception area too.

Clean and kind service was so nice to traveler. But, room size was a little bit small, and dryer was weak. And, thier location was so far from Arbatt street, and The hotel comes out only after passing a high hill. Even so, However, all of them are forgiven for their good service and facilities.
