Azora Ranch Apartments

Where do I begin??? This place is amazing from the customer service, the maintenance team, and the office staff. Noah and Porcia are both really sweet. There has never been a time where I've come to the office with a request and it has not been fulfilled. The maintenance man (Kacey) is also really nice. I recently moved to a new unit and from start to finish, the entire team made my transition flow smoothly. The complex is very quiet and the grounds are pretty well kept. Nowadays, its hard to find excellent customer service. Honestly, Noah and Porcia make you feel like family. I promise you.....you won't be disappointed if you decide to move here. I'm not sure who the owners are but I pray, you keep these staff members around long term. The Property Manager is really nice too! Thanks Noah and Portia for all you do and for making my stay enjoyable!!!

Amazing experience at Azora Ranch Apartments! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just signed my lease, and I have to say the entire process was super smooth and easy. A huge thank you to Barsha from the leasing office—she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient throughout everything. She answered all my questions clearly and made sure I got the best option for my apartment. The community here is clean, quiet, and very well managed. I truly appreciate the excellent service from the team!

I lived here for two years and there are some pros and cons Here’s a list of Pros first Apartment was very clean staff does and good job of making that top priority hardly any bugs other than occasional lizard or spider normal stuff didn’t see a single roach here!! Appliances are really good and up to date Morgan who was the maintenance man when I lived there was literally the best very helpful always came same day I requested gave me advice on certain projects I was working on great guy The office staff was mostly helpful too CONS! Way to expensive for where it’s at Apartments are cheaply built Absolutely zero parking enforcement and gates where always broken I’m grateful for azora ranch for giving us a place to live and would recommend it if you have the kind of money they ask for but it’s a stepping stone not a home thanks

Noah was incredibly helpful in securing my apartment quickly. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. Because of my work schedule, I wasn't always available to answer calls, but he was very responsive and able to assist via email, making the whole process very efficient.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The maintenance team and office staff are absolutely amazing. When my laundry machine stopped working, they fixed it ASAP. This is truly one of the best apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in. I 100% recommend it!

I lived there for two years. I had a 600 square foot one bedroom apartment. It was tiny for what I paid. It has a beautiful design but very cheap materials. My fake wood floor peeled instantly and always cut my feet. I always had to wear shoes inside. I put in orders to fix it and I never had anything fixed. Has holes in sheet rock above my kitchen cabinets. I was the first person to love in my unit. My toilet seat fell off instantly. The fake drawer in the bathroom fell off instantly. They don’t enforce parking. I always had to park 3 buildings away because of the lack of visitor parking and all the buildings surrounding mine had covered parking that was assigned. I never felt safe. I came home one night and a man was sleeping on my steps right outside my front door. It’s not in a good part of town even though close to a lot of things. The surrounding neighborhood residents walked to the pool and crowded the area and left trash and also trashed the weight room. Also played loud music until early morning. Absolutely no security. Even police won’t show up. Upstairs neighbor was so loud dropping weights every single day at every hour and office never did a thing. But you better believe I was charged for dirty carpet when I moved out. Never mind the damages and lack of maintenance during the time I lived there. These will be trash in a matter of a few years. Pay the few extra money and live somewhere better!!

This apartment complex was high on my list and as soon as my tour was done I signed a lease. There are many things to rave about when it comes to this complex. The management team is absolutely amazing. They communicate extremely well, and were able to answer all of my questions. The units themselves are absolutely gorgeous and so spacious.
