azuLine Hotel Llevant

Since our flight was cancelled on short notice and we needed a new hotel for the night we came across this little gem. Even though there weren't much rooms left, we've got lucky and could even check in earlier than 4pm. The pool area was very nice and the hotel is located close to the port & lots of restaurants. Also the staff (especially Maria) was very friendly and helpful! I'd totally recommend the hotel and will definitely come back when I'll be in Ibiza again. 🫶🏼

Reading the reviews we was abit on edge before staying, but when we arrived at the hotel the reception were lovely and so helpful with everything we asked for. ||The rooms were very clean, the cleaners come round every day. They offered us more towels everyday. ||It wasn’t a loud hotel at all, the pool was pretty quiet, No drama at all. ||The location was perfect, 2 mins from the taxi rank so was easy getting cabs. Even the hotel reception would call cabs for us. It was also a 3/4 min walk to the beach which was handy. ||We paid the 10€ euro for a safe. ||The hotel must of had a renovation because reading the reviews it was completely opposite to what’s been said about it. || |Highly recommend staying here, nice and cheap and does a job for a boys/girls holiday.

Stayed 3 nights with my teenage daughter. We were very apprehensive before arrival having read all the reviews here. |However!|Hotel was in a brilliant location close to bars, restaurants and beach.|Staff were so lovely, including those working at the pool area which is literally about six steps away from the front of the hotel. They play really bohemian vibe music at the pool (I meant to ask them what the playlist was!)|Room was basic but VERY clean. Beds were comfortable. |I hardly ever write reviews but feel that this hotel deserved an honest appraisal in the hopes that other people will not be so worried to book here!|Would definitely return :) xx

Staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is great as its very close to the bus station. The room was nice and bright. However, there were some things that made my holidays a bit unpleased, the toilet was not working properly, there was zero pressure in the shower, we basically spent our two nights here just for the maintenance, and maybe the room would be prepared for the next guests. The suggestion here is to check if the room is really ready instead of making the holiday experience this bad. There is no hair dryer and no iron, so I am not sure if I would stay here again or recommend it.

The Receptionist Maria is very Kind and helpful. The Pool is near and clean. The room was okay, I missed just The hair dryer. The Location is near to restaurants and Shops.

I have stayed here many times as well as other Azuline hotels in Ibiza but I will never be going back to any after my most recent disturbing experience. I extended my stay so booked to stay at this hotel again as it was decent - good location and cheap - and when I went to check in the receptionist said it couldn’t have been possible as the hotel had been fully booked - I then showed him my booking confirmation and he showed me to my room, but this should have been a red flag to begin with. I then checked into my room and went out to Pacha afterwards, and my plan was to arrive back at the hotel at 6am and leave at 7am to make my flight back to London; when I got back in to my room and begun showering I heard sex noises which I thought was perfectly normal as it is Ibiza, however I then started hearing s*x noises from both rooms opposite me as well as from other rooms down the other side of the building and then hearing people going in and out of rooms to have s*x with a new person. It was extremely disturbing as these people were freely walking from room to room talking about s#x and it was like the place had turned into a s*x hotel. I was completely shocked that the hotel would allow an org# to take place like this considering it is a family hotel where children can stay. I actually suffer with anxiety and i felt so uncomfortable leaving my room that i missed my flight home, as I wasn’t to know what I’d be seeing when opening my door (id like to illiterate I have no problem with people having se*, it’s normal! But a se* party makes me feel very uneasy) When I tried to report this the staff tried accusing me of lying, and blaming me for going to pacha that I missed my flight; regardless of the missed flight, they didn’t once address anything that went on and when I spoke to the manager Natalie she confirmed that there was a private booking and my room should have never been booked for me to use that night, but when I spoke with customer services over email they denied this again. Also the staff member ‘Maria’ was extremely helpful in my first few days, but after this incident she began being extremely rude pointing in my face and talking about me to other staff members in Spanish (which I was able to understand and videoed as evidence). This also makes me question if the staff were involved in this strange orgy as they were very defensive… All I asked from the ‘private party’ or hotel was to refund my hotel stay at minimum (£42) and possibly the missed flight (£82) as it was their error for allowing me to book whilst they had a planned org* going on, and I should never have witnessed it but they have said they will not be refunding me so I will be going public with my experience. To cut a long story short, unless you wish to be involved with strange individuals having org**es at a family friendly hotel DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Firstly not all bad, the best part of this hotel is the location is 5mins from the shops and bus station.pool is huge however…||Pool is dangerous deep and not advised for young kids. ||Our room air con didn’t work| tv in the room didn’t work |Shower barely washed us tripped out.|All sunbeds where broke round the pool,we did look for a one that worked but could not find any so had to lay flat on the sunbed||Staff didn’t no our transfers time home|Staff would not give us safe deposit money back end of the holiday. ||DO NOT STAY HERE ITS RUBBISH !

I would very highly recommending not staying here. The location yes is very good but that’s all it has to offer. I stayed in this hotel for a few nights. No power coming from the shower. The door handle broke upon entering our room. We then got sent help and the guy who was fixing the door took the broken lock and closed the door resulting in us all being locked in the room for 20 minutes I missed my flight and checked into Vibra hotel for one night until I could get my next flight. My friends were staying in this AzuLine Llevant hotel and upon the morning of our flight I went to meet them at the reception of the hotel where I had the worst experience I ever had in my life. I was told I’m not a client of the hotel. The man by the name of Larosi then approached me for sitting down he proceeded to shout at me and tell me get out right now before he calls the police. Then I stood up to ask him would it be okay to just sit in the reception while I waited for my friends to come down from the room and check out. No he kept shouting and stood right into my face pointing at me this was very intimidating. He then after that proceeded to put his hands on my personal belongings he threw my suitcase across the floor. I went and picked it up and went to stand outside where he stuck his middle finger up at me. I am a big believer of give respect get respect. I gave this man no excuse to behave in the manor that he did. It was so rude and violent and I don’t want anybody else to experience this type of encounter ever. I would avoid at all costs
