First of all - DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE INTENDING TO BRING CHILDREN - it is not suitable, so no point coming on here gurning about it if you do. It's definitely club 18-30 lol. ||7 night stay July 2023 with 5 other lads. ||Check-In took about 45 mins - few other groups in front of us. ||Once checked in, up to the rooms - not bad as a base to be fair, no furniture on balcony, just lift the chair from under TV desk. No ashtray supplied which is weird, had to either flick butts onto the ground below or fill a glass with water and use that as literally nowhere else to put them! Beds aren't the comfiest but do the job. Bin was unbelievably small.||Bathroom is actually decent, good shower & bath in the room we had. ||Pints aren't great but again do the job, cocktails are actually nice. Food is grand if you are only eating out of pure necessity as we were||15-20 min dander down to the strip, reception get taxis pretty quick if you can't be annoyed walking. ||Pool area is good, always got a sunbed no matter what time, can bring your own speaker down and work away. Few hopefuls for Love Island staying the same time we were I reckon... few obnoxious people staying in the hotel but hardly the hotels fault, always gonna get that type if you book any 2 star hotel in San An. ||All in all if your coming for a group holiday, don't have kids, enjoy getting blocked all day/night, don't care about a bit of noise, this is the perfect hotel. Staff probably have enough to be at never mind listening to you complaining because someones music is too loud for your liking. ||Other than that there is literally nothing else to do in the hotel, so go out and enjoy Ibiza!

So you get what you pay for! It is on the cheaper side, but all the staff are very nice, the rooms are very average, but really you are out a lot in Ibiza, as long as you have a bed to rest your head and a shower, do you need much more? ||The accommodation in each room is very basic, twin beds and a futon or couch cushions as a third bed, by all accounts very comfy! The room isn’t the biggest and ours, 308 was configured really strangely.||The beauty draw set was very close to the wardrobe, so if someone was doing their hair or make up you had to shimmy by! In the bathroom the loo and toilet were probably an inch apart, making to really difficult to have a wee!||Breakfast was rolls, hams, cheeses, fruit, cereal and toast so again not fancy, but ok.||There was 17 in our party, and we all enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very central so easy to walk places, taxi rank right outside, a supermarket next to the hotel and two food takeaways or sit in opposite, open til 5am so quite handy!||Overall ok - they even had shampoo and body wash in the bathroom!

Hotel is great for what you pay. Location is good, short walk to beach and restaurants. Good priced supermarket very close. Staff friendly and helpful especially Carlos on reception. Our air con wasn’t working and he came straight away and resolved the issue. Room was clean and tidy. Shower good, bed comfortable, pool area not the biggest but clean and lots of sun beds.

Just had a really enjoyable 5 night stay at this hotel. I have to say I was impressed how nice it was, especially after reading some of the reviews.|The room was spacious, clean, had a good bathroom with a really nice hot shower.|The breakfast, although continental, was nice, with a great modern coffee machine. It had plenty of choice too.|Our room was cleaned every day.|The pool area was nice, with plenty of sunbeds, and the music was not too loud at all.|Overall a big thumbs up to this hotel, and its staff. It exceeded expectations.|I would not hesitate to stop here again. Very good value for money as a package deal thru Jet2 holidays.|Well done!

I'm giving such a high review with the context that I stayed here as part of a large group of friends. If you're wanting to come to Ibiza to party and not break the bank booking somewhere high-end, there's only a handful of things you can realistically expect from a cheap hotel. Fortunately, this place ticked all the right boxes. It has: Good, friendly staff. Never had any bother with them. From the receptionists (who spoke brilliant English) to the bar staff, to the cleaners, everyone was spot on. Nice, vibrant pool area. It was always busy with people sat around, music playing, but never too busy that we couldn't all get sat and enjoy a few drinks in the beautiful weather. Reasonably priced bar. I never ordered any food from here, though they do serve it and the pizzas some of my friends got looked good. For me, I was just happy with the 5 euros for a pint of lager (factor in the exchange rate and that's even cheaper than a lot of places in the UK). Adequate location. You're roughly talking 15-20 minutes' walk to the top end of San Antonio, which is where you'll find places like Lineker's bar, Ocean Beach, Bam-Bu-Ku. Not so short a walk if you're headed directly to the sunset strip, but that will only set you back about 8 euros in a short taxi ride and they can be easily flagged down on the street outside. So that's my review of this place. If you want to budget on your accommodation, this place is perfectly decent. Whilst I'm getting a bit old for it now, if I ever did want to book another trip to Ibiza with mates, I'd happily stay here again.

Tbf the hotel is fine for the price you pay on a package deal, they just need to sort some areas out. ||The towels in the room were really unacceptable, stains on them and big holes/rips in (see pic attached) and at breakfast, we observed the waitress pick up a bread roll that had been on the floor and throw it back into the bread basket. ||The shower is really powerful and hot, no complaints there. Air con (once we got it working) was great. The rooms are quite dated but served their purpose. Check in was lengthy, we just wanted to get out and have a drink and something to eat! ||The vending machines robbed us every time we tried to use them, the hotel staff just said they’re always broke so don’t bother using them. ||Found it odd that the pool doesn’t open till 10am. I’ve normally been for a dip twice by then! The pool area was fine, clean pool, lots of beds and seats. Our only gripe here was that the bar staff were making a packet out of us by not telling us there’s a €1 deposit on each plastic cup served. To me this is very dishonest, they were making around €25-€30 per collection around the pool. It wasn’t until the final day that another guest told us about this charge and others were furious they’d lots out so much. Honestly, we tipped already surely that’s enough you don’t need to deceive us any more. ||Hotel is in a good location next to supermarkets, fast food outlets, taxi ranks and only 10 mins away to all the action. ||I’d return here, but would ask them for clean/new towels and maybe find a more modern room. Don’t be out off, I’m sure we had a fab time from what I can remember :p

First impression on arrival not good, the check in took ages. We got to our room in the old block and as other guests have said it looked dated and had no fridge. The aircon was not working however the hotel staff arranged to get it sorted and they did. Very busy hotel and not for children or older loan travellers going for a rest. |Our room was tided every day and I found it clean. |Breakfast was as expected, the snack bar us reasonably priced and food is good.|Overall the staff are all helpful and its a good place to stay and I would definitely return.

Never ever write a review but I couldn’t not after staying in this hell hole.||||Check in was quick, got to our room and to be honest I really don’t think anyone had even attempted to clean it, suspicious white stains on the bed, hairs in the bath, dirty sink and what looked like projectile vomit up the bathroom door.||||It was very noisy all through the night with people coming and going which we expected in a budget hotel in Ibiza. Could hear water running all night, and lots of banging from somewhere. ||||Breakfast is a cold buffet, the only things we could eat were croissants and toast if you had a spare hour to wait for the bread to toast. Coffee was ok. ||||Then on our last night my fiancé became very ill with food poisoning. I went down to reception to explain and ask if we could keep the room a bit longer as he was very ill and we had a late flight. I also told them we may need a doctor, the reply I got was ‘I’ll leave a note for the reception manager and they will come to your room later’ no one ever came. ||||After we checked out I asked if he could could have a room to sleep in, they sent us to a dark, fusty lounge area downstairs with a sofa and said he could lay there. It was better than nothing. ||||Then about an hour before we were due to be picked up, we asked to use the showers and get our luggage out of the luggage room. We had to ask for towels. ||We got to the shower room, which is a small bathroom and was absolutely horrified to find piles and piles of wet towels, used tampons on the floor and around 20- 30 bottle of shampoo and shower gel all thrown around, hairs and sand all over the floor. ||||Then, when we went back past reception we were asked to return the towels! We had left them on one of the piles with the others, i told him how disgusting the bathroom was and he just shrugged his shoulders and couldn’t have cared less. ||||We go to Ibiza every year and will definitely not be returning here!
