azuLine Hotel S´Anfora & Fleming

Booked this hotel as a late cheap deal, went mid Oct 24. Our kids are pretty much adults (19 & 17) & this was our 1st mini 5 day break without them as a couple. Hotel is basic but we got exactly want we wanted & paid for. Rooms are quite dated/a little run down & could do with updating but beds were comfortable. We booked bed & breakfast but only ate the morning after we arrived as there wasnt much to eat at all due to shut down but it didnt bother us & we found somewhere to eat instead. Hotel was clean, pool is a good size, plenty of sunbeds & space, we didn't buy drinks as we got them from the little supermarket next door & took them to the pool. The staff we came into contact with were polite, friendly & helpful especially the lady on reception who checked us in. Our room was cleaned & towels changed daily. I was worried about the noise but as there were only about 20 people staying in the hotel we weren't woken up by noise. We went in mid Oct 24 the last weekend of Ibiza shut down, perfect, not too busy & super hot weather. Hotel is a good location, walk about 10/15 mins to main shops, beach, restaurants & night life. We ate every every night at the Pizzaman restaurant, the staff & food was fabulous. Ibiza (san antonio) is not for everyone but as 2, 45yr olds looking to relax, unwind & reconnect it was the perfect place, hotel & time of year. Would we go again....yes.....same hotel.....yes as long as the price was right & the same time of year but there are nicer hotels for not much more money. I loved the holiday that much I was actually sad to be going home.

Who would imagine going to Ibiza and not being able to sit on balcony!!! No chair or even chairs on balcony. 10 min on arrival went to reception which took 20 minutes of negotiation with male receptionist even offering deposit for chair for balcony, this is not an unreasonable request!!! Worked in hospitality industry for over 40 years myself and never experienced a such difficult staff whom do not seem to care at all, staff seemed like, all guests were to treated with contempt!!! Security staff ( blonde woman) really needs to go back to training, consistently verbally abusing people for all kinds of things eating , drinking by pool? First hand experience myself with this excuse of a security staff when she approached us when we were waiting for taxi to go to airport our clothes completely dry as leaving now at 10 o’clock at night, two young girls having fun decided it would be even more fun to jump in pool!!! Realise pool closed at this time, bar staff screamed at girls, immediately called for badly trained security staff ( blonde woman) who appeared when two dripping wet girls tip toeing behind her literally 2 metres behind her decided to scream at us about pool being closed and to get out of this area, as we were sitting on chairs by door just making sure we got everything and keeping cool as taxi was coming in next 5 minutes!!! Would never stay here again not sure coming back to Ibiza again as it has become very unfriendly which is very sad as be coming to the island for over 30 years with children and then with friends. REALLY Not a good hotel …

Please do not stay here if you value your safety and privacy. 3 separate occasions a man entered our room in the mornings, either when we were in bed or in the shower - hoping to get a good look? the sign “do not disturb” was on the door throughout the holiday and was just ignored. No lock on the door so no way to prevent this. Felt so unsafe.|Room is basic, no fridge, hair dryer or seating on balcony and the double bed is just two singles pushed together - which i’m sure we have bed buds from.|Noisy rooms as staff just stand outside and chat loudly while you try to sleep and you can hear every word of the conversations of the rooms around you.|Ants on absolutely every surface in the room.|Bar staff will try their best to ignore you. |Clean at least. |Pool was nice and it’s very close to town - only perks!

Security was rude and thought they were deffo some sort of VIP security trying to run at one of the people I was with for eating her kebab in the corridor. ||Bar staff was rude, one older lady with short black hair was lovely but the woman with brown hair and the man pablo was so rude! ||Aircon in the room was broke so basically woke up every morning feeling like a baked rotisserie chicken & the toilet chain thing was broke so it was hard too flush and I constantly heard it filling back up alllllll night I kid you not. What’s a girl got to do for a little bit of kip after the strip!! ||Let’s not forget the screaming from immature little boys over chargers and girls. I can’t lie, we wasn’t quiet all the time, we went tooo partyyyyy, but who stands on a balcony at 5am screaming and genuinely crying over a charger, just go in the room???||Another one from the booking had their bracelet stolen by the cleaners, it was gifted on Valentine’s Day to her from her partner, when reception was alerted they said they will speak to the manager and cleaners but nothing came off it. ||Basically don’t bother just stay more central like vibra, or even the other side we went to Ibiza rocks hotel and for £36 a night sometimes on a good deal, you may as well just go for it the vibe there at Ibiza rocks was immaculate.

I had a very satisfactory experience at Azuline S’Anfora Hotel during my stay in Ibiza. The hotel was clean and well-kept, there was a refrigerator inside my room, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment I arrived. The staff were genuinely friendly and very accommodating. I left happy and would definitely consider coming back!🤍

Booked last minute with Jet 2 for a four night break.||Transfers were 25 mins from the airport. If you have a budget room, there's just a small balcony with no view.||Some people upgraded.||Breakfast is good, with a coffee for 10 euros.||Draft beer 3e for half, 4e for pint.||Small wine 3.30, large 6.60.||Spirits with mixer 12 euro!||I slept well every night with wax ear plugs. |Rooms have sockets by each bed and my firestick fitted into the socket behind the bracket. Worked well with Vodafone. WIFI is expensive, about 4e a day.||Rooms basic, no fridge, I took a travel kettle.||Pool is very clean as is the restaurant. No bar after 9pm.||Outside, the kebab shop is good and the Toben snack bar. Best value is menu del la dia in the Thai restaurant Casa Thai 15euro with 3 courses and a beer. Vodka in Spar was 12 euro but only 6 euro in Lidl.||Would use again

AzuLine First and for most I will state that the hotel will probably reply with some gas lighted comment as I’ve seen them to with other people who have reviewed this place negatively. So I will advise you whatever they put in response is probably not true. Price of the hotel was great that’s one of the things I cannot fault it was very affordable. Got there on our first day at the evening. I’d previously read a review about the “terminator” (blonde security women) god was this true. Walked through the doors and smiled at her saying hello to which we got dirty looked by her and no response. When we got to reception the reception was very slow and also quite abrupt. When we got to our room we immediately noticed the aircon wasn’t working at a good standard. We complained to our holiday provider whom contacted the hotel and they sent someone up to show us how to use it like we were children (it wasn’t working and later in the review I’ll mention why). After a few days my partner came down with an awful cough, we didn’t think anything of it until we discovered black mould in the bathroom. This is against health and safety standards. We again phoned our holiday provider and the hotel tried lying saying there was none (well too bad for you we got pictures). They then sent someone up who changed a singular roof panel with had the most mould on it. They then asked us if they could disturb the mould to which we refused as we didn’t want to end up ill due to that. We asked for a change of room but the hotel claimed there was no available rooms to change to. We was going to change hotel altogether. Later in the day we then came back to our room to find the roof panel had leaked all our clothes (some of which were designer) and then they magically had an available room for us to change to this was a 2 person room (there was 3 of us) they just carelessly put a mattress on the floor. However I do find it quite funny how a new room only became available after the leak started not when black mould was in the room. I will say the new room was a lot nicer with working aircon however it should have still worked in the old room however I will credit the hotel in this case for actually having working aircon in that room. And I will also say all the maids were lovely and pleasant. Towards the end of our stay we decided to go to the pool. God did we make a massive mistake. The hotel is clearly putting too much chlorine in the water. I had been in the pool a good 2-3 hours on a floatie and was wearing a pair of white shorts. Once I exited the pool I then found that my shorts had stains all over them from where the chlorine had discoloured them. On the 7th day of our stay we decided to try the breakfast at the hotel. We wasn’t expecting anything fancy or lavish just a basic breakfast. However what we found in our food was certainly unexpected. My partner had found a drawing pin in his food! This could have completely ruined our holiday if he swallowed it luckily he saw it before he actually ate it. When we approached the bar they just gave him a free drink as compensation no offer of refund for the actual breakfast. I do believe this was caused because the board where they display orders for the kitchen was directly above the grill. Which I cannot imagine is very safe at all. Overall we really wouldn’t stay here again. We also encourage our holiday provider and any future holiday providers to not work with this hotel as the level of standard certainly isn’t to a basic level. I do understand it’s a cheap hotel but I’ve stayed in much cheaper places and had 1000 times better of a stay I would just urge anyone to just pay the little extra and not stay here because it did cause me to have quite a stressful stay as I was constantly on the phone to my holiday provider.

Amazing staff, nothing like some of the reviews I've read, myself and my sister literally had no complaints what so ever, staff went above and beyond for us both. Cleaners came daily, literally a ten minute walk from the bay. The reviews are nothing like what we experienced. We will most definitely be back! Thank you for making our experience amazing!
