Terrible Experience I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about this hotel. From the moment we checked in, things were off. Our bed sheets clearly hadn't been changed — they were stained yellow, full of sand, and had chunks of hair all over them. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable for any standard of accommodation. They did give us 2 free cocktails, to compensate. We were supposed to have a fridge in our room, which was but it was missing. The air conditioning worked when it felt like it. In the heat, that’s not just inconvenient — it’s miserable. The worst part of our stay happened on the second night. At 3am, a security lady tried to evict us from our room claiming someone had signed our room number in relation to a warning at 11pm. The problem? We weren’t even at the hotel at that time — we were out, and had proof. We asked them to check CCTV to verify this, but they flat-out refused. The situation was handled with zero professionalism and complete disrespect. When it came time to check out, they refused to return our €50 deposit, still blaming us for an incident that clearly had nothing to do with us. It’s deeply concerning that they allow anyone to sign using other people’s room numbers — what kind of system is that? To top it off, the receptionist started making up stories, claiming the cleaners reported hearing nitrous oxide (NOS) canisters in our room — a complete lie, as we had none. She was rude, dismissive, and told us to leave. Overall, this hotel was a nightmare. Rude staff, dirty rooms, and a total lack of accountability or professionalism. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here — spend your money elsewhere and save yourself the stress.

Overall, the hotel is budget-friendly but a little too basic for my liking. || Compared to other hotels it's definitely a cheaper option and we got our room for a decent price for booking Ibiza two months before. ||But not having a fridge is a letdown for me. Also, we only had one chair in the room, and that wasn't the best for our pre-drinking antics. We expected for there to be balcony chairs at least. ||In all fairness, the staff were really accommodating and friendly. ||I guess this is a 2-star hotel after all, so don't expect much with the facilities.

WARNING DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVEN IF YOU ARE JUST LOOKING FOR SOMEWHERE CHEAP IT IS NOT WORTH IT! I stayed for 8 nights and payed 1300 for the most horrendous week of my life. I would have got a better nights sleep in the middle of amnesia. Every night there was constant, shouting, screaming, people blaring music from their rooms and balconies from 10pm to 10am without a doubt every SINGLE night. The walls and doors are like paper! I could hear every conversation, every footstep and even the sound of people blowing up balloons! Reported it to staff and security and they didn’t sort it all. THEY DO NOT CARE. There response is nowhere is quiet in the hotel??? And not to mention all the staff look miserable when you ask for anything! You would think me asking them for a towel, that it comes out their paycheck. The rooms are also dated, dirty, moldy and look like prison cells, the worst condition of hotel rooms I’ve ever seen! Also to use a hairdryer that was probably the first hairdryer made by man they charge you €10 euro deposit then €3 euros a day to use it, disgusting! My whole holiday was ruined from the behavior of the guests and staff in this hotel, the state of the room and I had to cancel multiple events due to me not getting any sleep and becoming ill. Please take this review as a warning, you can find many other hotels for the same price or even pay a little more for something better so you don’t have to deal with what I dealt with.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my boyfriend. Room was very basic, we had an issue with the bedding being stained but the cleaners came and sorted it so can’t fault them. We did keep finding random long black hairs stuck to everything even after the cleaners cleaned. No fridge or chairs on the balcony but the spar down the road sells a cool box so we used that. Only main issue was we wanted the safe key but they’d lost it. Pool area was nice and had plenty of sunbeds and chairs. Personally I wouldn’t stay here again but it’s tolerable for a few nights.

Rooms are basic, but everything you need. Can be noisy at night Service is excellent at reception and cafe. Location is good. Bus and taxi service outside, 10 min stroll to the nice beaches

DO NOT STAY AT THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A HOTEL. Worst hotel I’ve been in. Terminator’s everywhere having your pants down rinsing you for money. Literally have to pay them just so they can do one. Imagine. No such thing as a ‘good time’ here. Walking through your door unannounced and can hardly play your music. Never, ever again. It also stinks.

Stayed here this past week with friends. Had two separate rooms as there was 6 of us. The room I stayed in had flees so we were bit head to toe every night till I got us some bug spray to put on each night. The second room had vomit stains down the curtains. Sink taps when turned on smell like rotten eggs so we had to use the bath tap to brush our teeth. Way too much chlorine in the water so all bikinis that are light in colour are now yellow. Cleanliness was just basic nothing detailed. Majority of staff I interacted with were lovely and only a couple were rude. The overnight security woman was strict but im glad she was it made us feel safer plus she was very caring when my friend was hurt by carrying her to our room and getting ice for her foot. If the cleanliness was better and the sheets were clean and free of bugs/ants I think it would do better.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here over a week ago, we were told we had to pay a deposit of €100 and that it would get refunded after we left, we asked the receptionist how long it would take for the refund to go in our bank accounts and they said 24-48 hours and we still have not received our refund, I have emailed on numerous occasions and not heard anything. We paid over £1000 each for this holiday and only stayed for 5 nights and were fully expecting our refund back so it is really disappointing. |On the other hand, the minute we entered our room it was ant infested and had other insects on the walls and in the bathroom, we did complain but there was nothing they could do.
