I only have good things to say about this place! The service was outstanding from start to finish — warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The rooms were super comfortable, with heated floors that made all the difference during the cold days. The views were breathtaking, and the breakfast was simply amazing — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had in Queenstown. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Azur Luxury Lodge. The staff was exceptional—professional, caring, and very helpful—from booking and tours to check-out. The lodge is beautifully styled, cozy, and very comfortable. The highlight was the stunning view of the Remarkables; I couldn’t take my eyes off the starry sky through the window at night. Additionally, they offer a free chauffeur service to town once a day, which we used every night for dinner. It was incredibly convenient and made our evenings effortless. Overall, Azur Luxury Lodge offers a blend of comfort, style, unforgettable scenery, and thoughtful amenities. We highly recommend it for a memorable and scenic retreat.

Azur Lodge was everything we were hoping for and more. The view is truly incredible, the villas are divine and equipped with everything we needed and the service was exceptional. Words do not do justice to the stay we have just had at this beautiful lodge. Thank you for a week we will always remember.

Great location outside of town, the most friendly people-very accommodating for vegans. Loved our stay! Everyone was so easy to talk to and had great suggestions throughout our stay. They even had vegan treats for us during turndown service! And the night sky is breathtaking from this location! Make a point to spend a lot of time on the lanai in the evening! One of my favorite parts of the stay!

Azur Luxury Lodge was a fantastic place to stay in Queenstown. The views were absolutely stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows that made it feel like you were immersed in the landscape. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with a cozy yet modern feel.||What really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff was warm, attentive, and always a step ahead in anticipating needs. One of the best perks was being able to order from local restaurants, have the lodge take delivery, reheat the meal if needed, and serve it in the room—a great way to enjoy Queenstown’s dining scene while relaxing in the villa.||Overall, a perfect mix of privacy, comfort, and five-star service. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our favorite hotel throughout our NZ travels! Such a haven, the views and private bungalows alone were to die for. We loved having a breakfast spot, comfortable beds, and convenience to town. We hope to come back some day! Staff is wonderful!

Comfortable quiet couple villas set on a steep slope with great views, whirlpool tub, double sinks, heated floors, strong water pressure, plush bed with excellent privacy 5 mins drive to Queenstown in the right direction to avoid traffic congestion Distinguishing factor: Particularly excellent service and great unobtrusive housekeeping I would like to especially commend Nadi for her excellent service and coffee making skills Great varied breakfast - both buffet and ala carte Able to help with Uber Eats delivery, reheat the food and deliver piping hot with proper cutlery Tips: For one of the best walks in the nearby area - head to Moke Lake for beautiful reflections in a still lake and super friendly ducks (bring duck food!) note: bring sun protection or even an umbrella as most of the walk is not shaded. Another v strong contender for best easy walk would be the walk around Lake Hayes. Much better than Glenorchy or Lake Wanaka Also highly recommend The Bunker for excellent food & highly recommend their Brussel Sprouts Best activity - over the top helicopter full day excursion ride
