I am a local, an employee who paid a visit here in Early May 2025. The hospitality of Staffs and their Warmth is excellent and fresh. The location of hotel makes the feeling of staying the center of the city surrounded by banks, Bus stop and local market yet the beach side is not so crowded but still clean where a few walk from mobbed area. Rate and cost are reasonable and worth with the charges of hotel.

It'll be better if it has a colder air-conditioning.

Stayed from 27-29 July there. It was low season so not so many guests were occupied. We stayed at Grand Deluxe and the room is wide and faciliated pretty much everything under the title "Resort". The biggest hightlight I wanna make is that the Azura's staffs services are far more than superior I guarantee. 27 July was my wife's birthday so I secretly arranged room deco with Azura team before visiting. And as you can see in the photo, they support the best they can. Not only that while we were having dinner at their restaurant that night, all of a sudden the team members came with a birthday cake for my wife as a surprise gift from the resort. Next day on 28 July afternoon, when we were having complementary tea time snacks, we saw that a small bug crawling with the mayonnaise of the sandwich and so we reported to restaurant staffs immediately and the staff apologize, offered us to take replacement fruit dessert as complementary but we refused and forgot about that. In the evening, someone knocked at our room, we just ran up and opened and found out that the restaurant team and the manager came with a food tray (which includes 2x chicken fried rice and fruit dessert) to apologize for what happened at tea time. (They gifted chicken fried rice because they memorized what we told them that morning breakfast time, we said chicken fried rice is really good). As I said, it was low season and there were only a few rooms available so the breakfast was not buffet but ala carte. Services are far more than superior and the staff wear smiles all the time. 10/10 I'll visit again whenever I arrive to Chaung Thar again. Kudos to the Azura team! The only downside is the pool which is quite small and shallow but I saw they are building a new big pool so maybe this could be resolved soon.

Location is good, a walking distance away from Chaung Tha City center. Rooms are decent. Staff service is not in satisfactory level. Breakfast is just so so 👎👎. Amenities are too bad. Body Towels are too old. Even face towels were not provided. A lot mosquitos, pet control to be improved.

Everything is great so far except the housekeeping where you have to contact the reception quite frequently. The buffet breakfast has quite alot of variety and great for muslims.. Overall, the experience is very great and value for the money. Edit- the house keeping has improved significantly. And yes the breakfast is still top notch. However it would be great if tea and coffee were served separately with sugar instead of being mixed in advance. It would be great for diabetic people.

We booked a room with sea view and a normal room. The rooms were okay, spacious and clean enough, but our room’s AC wasn’t working so we had to change to another room. Wide bathroom with toiletries provided, but the water pressure was low. Also great location for people who prefer privacy because they have bungalows in their garden next to the beach. Serves breakfast and tea time (3-4PM) for the day. Has a pool both for the kids and for the adults too. Closed at 8PM. Electricity is limited, provided by EPC and their power generator. Free wifi but very poor internet connection. Overall, satisfied with the 3 days vacation there. Overall 3.5/5.
