Azure Palm Café

This place is unassuming, but low key luxurious. To date, it's really the only decent breakfast spot in Palm Desert 🌴 The hazelnut coffee and golden late are superb. I had the avocado yesterday and returned the very next day for the Brioche breakfast sandwich. Both were amazing.

The food is better than I expected. This place has great healthy options. They have vegetarian choices. One of the spa workers recommended that we order our food online while we were outside enjoying the spa area because the food could take awhile during busy hours. We did that and that was very efficient. Order was easy to place. The ambiance in the cafe is pleasant with many seats available. We decided to eat at the balcony across from the Cafe that had a good overlooking view. The portions were small though. Otherwise I'd give 5 stars. The Chicken Sandwich looked the most filling out of our order. Chicken Sandwich: 4/5 Mushroom Pizza: 4/5 (very small pizza) Orange Immunity: 5/5 (small size)

This place is so lovely! I almost bypassed it since it’s attached to a resort that I was not staying at but so glad I didn’t. Maribel was so kind and helpful. My omelet was delicious. The mocha I got was delicious - not sweet. Highly recommend breakfast here!

DELISH healthy, fresh food!! So many gluten free and vegetarian options. I had the GF keto quiche and it was truly the best quiche I’ve had in my life. My family got the avo toast and the breakfast burrito- also delish. Alyssa the cafe manager was wonderful and so friendly. It’s such a cute environment — cozy and welcoming. It’s inside the Azure Palm hotel and you can park right out front. Thank you for a lovely experience!!

Gorgeous views, unique menu, excellent food!!! The only thing I can say about this place that is not positive is that it it a bit pricey, but also worth it for me because I love trying unique things, like their mushroom drink, or their breakfast quiches! .. And the atmosphere is just astonishing!🤍

We have stayed at Azure 3 years in a row now and don't even leave because the food is THAT GOOD. The hearts of palm dip with taro chips is my personal favorite. Their burgers slap. The service is exceptional and we cannot wait to come back next year!

Maybe breakfast is better? I thought it was pretty mediocre and overpriced. Portions were pretty meager and the tuna was unsalted, prices were high, and service was quite slow. On the bright side, the space is pretty and smells nice, the decor is tasteful and the furniture is new. Especially for those staying at the hotel, it is especially nice. I also liked that they have many healthy options which is not always easy to accomplish. Wish they had avocado toast all day, that looked really good from the pictures.

dined here 3 times already. the staff is very friendly and the food surprisingly good given how healthy they all are. i love the ambience too. it also has a fireplace that’s super cute. the only thing is that afaik, it closes at 7 pm so if i want to have a late dinner i’d have to go elsewhere.

Azure Palm is one of those places that, when you walk in, you KNOW it's a cornerstone of the community. From the welcoming atmosphere to the friendly patrons and easily customizable menu items, it was one of the highlights of my weekend in Desert Hot Springs. The drunken noodles and eggplant dish were my favorites, spicy and flavorful. I made the mistake of ordering my yellow curry medium hot, and it was too mild for me, but it was hearty and filling, loaded with vegetables and tofu. The large portions and fantastic flavors had me coming back a second time in 2 days, just to try more. I hope to come back and experience more of the menu.

Beautiful hotel! We stopped in to see the property and decided to grab a pumpkin spice latte ($4-50) which was fantastic! We stepped out to the nature patio area overlooking the valley & mountains to enjoy our latte.

Spreading the good word from our trip a few days ago! - Taro chips + hearts of palm dip is incredible and would love to buy both in a huge bag to take home with us next time! - banana bread mini loaf was so moist and homemade - iced coffee is still on point - love the watermelon and the lemonade bottled juices as well; natural sugars - cremesito is a must try for coffee and ice cream lovers - egg & brioche sammy just like I remembered but would have been awesome to get a lil salad with it too (comes with some potato fyi)

Situated in a spa hotel, Azure Palm Cafe serves healthy and nutritious food in adequate portion sizes. Service was fast and efficient, with lots of spa and hotel guests coming for their mid day meals here. I ordered what I thought was the most unhealthy meal on their menu, the cheeseburger, but surprisingly it wasn't too greasy and I didn't feel really heavy afterwards. The couscous salad accompaniment was nice and refreshing as well.

Love Azure Palms Cafe. It's really the only place in the area that has healthy quality food in a beautiful and relaxed environment. There is a "Local Resident Rewards" program which is a nice feature. For every $5 spent you get a stamp, for every 20 stamps you get a $20 credit! Anyway, today we had the chicken pesto sandwich and side salad, flourless chocolate cake, coffee, and orange cranberry muffin. My mom and I split it and it was enough. It's air conditioned, and just nice inside. Great place to relax and have a meal. The service was good too - we were well taken care of by Hailey! My mom says it was worth $60-70 and it was $33! She says this is her new go to lunch place whenever I come to visit for the taste of food, quantity.

Azure Palm Café is a high end cafe and restaurant located within the APHS Resort and Spa in Desert Hot Springs, CA. This cafe has wide selection of coffee and tea. Similarly, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. I came and ordered a Super Green juice and Wild Caught Salmon x green string beans and rice. Food was good and flavorful. Bottled juice (12oz) was okay. Food portion was really small as well as the juice. Prices were expensive. Service was a bit on point. Atmosphere was relaxing. Overall, it's a decent cafe that provide top notch high end food.

I had one of the best meals, ever! Happened onto this place while in Desert Hot Springs. I had seared salmon, green beans, brown rice, but done with a sauce that was perfect! My server Aiysa was assertive with the chef on my behalf because I asked for one change from that stated on the menu. So I was able to get just what I wanted. This restaurant is inside the Azure Palms spa hotel. We had heard that their outside dining area has beautiful views of the canyon and yes, this was true! The menu was limited and health oriented. Great food, that left a lasting impression. Service attentive and helpful.

My daughter and I gave each other a Christmas present of a massage at the Azure Palm Spa. The spa was nice, the massage was nice, the hotel room was nice. But...none of that compared to the food from the cafe. The freshest, tastiest, healthiest food I have eaten since my mother's cooking. Highly recommend this place. My only complaint is that the menu is limited. But try it, you'll like it.

Great food service is excellent. The restaurant is very nice. Looking inside and out. I would definitely go back again little expensive but still great food.

I was skeptical when we pulled up here. The hotel looked a little run down and I was not sure what I was getting into. Once you get in, it's another world. It's actually quite a nice hotel and the restaurant is modern and cute. The food was super healthy and very good. The tuna bowl was solid. Servie was efficient and friendly.

We spent the day here and enjoyed our breakfast and lunch here! I had the pleasure in trying the avocado toast, breakfast burrito, chia seed pudding, and the brioche sandwich for breakfast. The favorite out of these was the brioche sandwich as it was yummy and soft! The breakfast burrito was the least favorite for me. The avocado toast could have used more flavor but the presentation and toppings were good! For lunch I got chicken pesto sandwich with taro chips. The taro chips are a MUST! They are so good! The sandwhich was also very good but could be messy. Would definitely order this again!

Breakfast one morning while in town, was looking for a close place and the cafe inside was my spot. Walk through the front lobby of the hotel and look to your left. Walk up counter and seated service both. I grabbed a seat on the wall and a small table top. A small concise breakfast/brunch menu. After a quick peruse. Settled on the veggie omelet with coffee. The service was professional, friendly and prompt. The coffee very good and my omelet prepared property and in a timely manner. The omelet itself was cooked nicely, the vegetables thoroughly cooked inside and lightly seasoned, I added S&P. The side salad was very fresh and a nice add, the potato needed seasoning were okay. Comes with your choice of a side of toasts as well. It served its purpose and met expectations for the locale. 3.5 Stars rounded up for the solid well brewed cup of coffee. 00945

I ate here during my stay at the associated spa. The food was delicious; both my sister and I enjoyed the tuna bowls and felt like they were the perfect size portion. The server was nice and it was a great addition to our spa experience. I would also recommend the Watermelon Ade juice and the Chai latte.

Breakfast we had Avocado Toast which is two slices of Organic grain bread cut in halves with Avocado, pickle hard boiled egg slices & sprouts I can see why it's fan favorite Greek Yogurt with blueberry compote & gluten free granola Super yummy pretty filling too Veggie Omelette with various veggies inside and Avocado on top No cheese Good flavor my foodie husband didn't speak the entire meal - that means it's delish' Service - excellent prompt food came fast I appreciate great service here Ambiance absolutely beautiful ! A cute cafe located inside the Azure Hotel. I stayed at the hotel and was able to order a vanilla latte in the morning. Clean and quick service! They have other breakfast items, but mostly seemed to be vegan. The cafe also has grab and go items like juices, cheese plates, salads. Service was good! The lady that worked the cashier also made my latte and was nice!

Cute place, keto quiche was really good and nice bc I'm trying to go gluten free. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly, decor is superb. Hidden away in a hotel, regular coffee wasn't great, my latte was good.

I live the aesthetic of this place. It is very relaxing while looking out in the mountains. I love the accommodating Cafe with Chagachino and healthy options of salads and oatmeal. I love the relaxing music and the quietness of the place. You can indulge in their $69 weekday or $79 weekend hot Springs admissio, or better, dwell into their spa menu starting from $20 collagen mask to 3 hour massage packages ranging $100 to $400

We were in town for a modernism tour and only had about a half hour so we chose well coming to this place! It's a fast causal style ordering. My boyfriend ordered chili and it was the fanciest chili I've ever seen. It included rice in the bowl and some blue tortilla chips on the side. It was maybe a cup of chili, but he said it tasted good. I got a salad with salmon and it was fine. The employers were friendly, the food came out fast and we were on our way!

The hotel manager said the burger is so good you'd want to write a song about it. Well, I had the black bean burger and I AM SINGING an ode to the scrumptious creation. YUMMMMM!!' And they came out to light the fire pit on a breeeezy February afternoon making the perfect ambiance. My brother enjoyed the wild salmon, green beans and side salad. We vow to return! Lovely outdoor setting with chill vibe over the even more chill pool. Really tremendous little spot.

I needed to get a quick lunch ended up at Azure Palm Café had the hamburger it was stellar, and the service was great. I did not stay at the spa. I only went for lunch I would recommend it. Service is adequate. The menu is a little bit limited but the food quality should be good.

I ate here twice while in the area. I had the Brioche breakfast sandwich on a GF bun the first time. It was tasty. It came served with home fries, that I didn't care for. I had a salad the next time and got the Keto Quiche to take with me on the plane. Enjoyed both very much.

2nd time I come here the ambiance is so peaceful Breakfast was good CANT ever go wrong with some brown sugar oatmeal & some fruit! Food here is great it's super healthy and homemade

Ambience is great, seating and decor are nice. I ordered the toast and it was merely small pieces of bread with jam on it. My boyfriend ordered a small sandwich and that was good. We were both extremely famished after! Go elsewhere for a meal if you can.

Super cute café inside hotel/spa with great healthy selections of organic, gluten free options. Their keto quiche is great. A bit pricy at $30 for two lattes and two muffins but breakfast options around the area were slim pickings. You can take your food to go and have it outside overlooking the pool/spa area. It's a calm environment. Not sure what the rooms look like inside but outside felt pretty posh. Closest thing to Palm Springs in Palm Desert. For those of you following AForkOnTheRoad.com, if we come back to Palm Desert, we may look to feature this place in the future.

Wanted to try our local Cafe after the gym and phone in ordered a breakfast burrito and matcha latte. Walked into a clean hotel, followed by a clean cafe. Was greeted by Alexis at the register, who checked me out, but seemed stressed/unhappy to be there. No smile on her end after a few thank you's on my end. Maybe just a stressful morning? The breakfast burrito was BEYOND! The greens that came with it with the dressing on them were delicious, and the salsa was a great pairing with my burrito. I will come back just for that again and again. Didn't get a photo because I was famished and it was insanely delicious.

Great spot at the hotel! I spent time trying to search other food in the area or on door dash but don't bother! Just eat here :) I recommend the burger for lunch/dinner and the burrito for breakfast! Coffee was good too. You can order online as well!

Almost didn't pull in when we realized it was in a hotel, but we are so glad we did! Super simple, clean space. Excellent service and the food was so, so good. We will recommend this place!

It depends on what you order. I've been there multiple times but my husband only went once. He won't go back because he really disliked the green goddess salad and didn't like my choice either. I have had a couple sandwiches that I thought were pretty good and I really love the taro chips. I was most dissatisfied by the keto quiche. They had run out on two occasions when I tried to order it and when I finally got a piece, it was dry, dense, and lacking flavor. I also accidentally left my best sunglasses at the table. When I quickly called after leaving to see if I could have them saved to come pick them up, no one picked up or ever responded to my voice message.

everything I have tried from this cafe has been 10/10 with my favorite being the chicken pesto squash!! would recommend stopping by even for your morning coffee/matcha.

This cafe is located in a resort/spa and was a convenient option for us since we were spending the day there at the spas. What we ordered: -- Thai Tuna Rice (Warm Entree Bowl) -- Margherita Flatbread Pizza -- Black Bean Walnut Burger -- Pumpkin Chocolate Muffin The dishes were all healthy and delicious but not super filling given the prices (although it's to be expected considering the location). We were just about full, but we are small ladies, so you might want to order more or go elsewhere if you're looking for a more filling meal. I personally had the Thai Tuna Rice, and it was surprisingly very flavorful. The muffin was delicious. It was also very dense and hard to finish in one sitting. Service was friendly and checked on us to make sure we were good. The cafe itself was cute and had a good amount of seating. There is a parking lot available.

Today I came here for breakfast it was so good and French toast nice and soft had lunch here before too and they have amazing burgers definitely great food and very relaxing hot springs resort

This place is a gem. It's quite literally one of the most beautiful places I've ever been to. We ordered inside and sat in the outside patio overlooking the mountains. Very picturesque. The cafe is really cute, everything looks homemade and Maribel is so sweet. The quiche is absolutely delicious, and the orange cranberry muffin was soft, moist and had a great flavor. 10/10 recommend.

If you're looking for a cafe that truly focuses on healthy offerings, this is the place. Although their primary mission is in support of their hotel and spa guests, one can't go wrong by stopping in and partaking of their healthy teas, smoothies, and natural juices. Their menu is relatively sparce, but when you really delve into it, you'll quickly realize how much thought they've put into it. Add to this, the view from their patio is absolutely stunning. Cute little hidden gem in the desert inside a spa. The margherita pizza was delicious. The juices were fresh. I highly enjoyed the orange immunity. The place has a beautiful view in the patio. You can see the pool from there. Perfect little place to enjoy some air and relax

Stale burger buns with frozen "grass-fed" Pattie's (prob from costco), $16 base burger with $4 up charge for cheese/avocado, and salad that is god awfully bland with sliced egg with yolk that is more translucent gray then yellow - I can't for the life of me wonder why they charge so much for such basic food that does it worse than my local liquor store. Would not recommend the beef burger for lunch, salad feels healthy just because it has no taste whatsoever, but I personally think you can maintain healthy-good ingredients but still have taste. Come if you have no other options. We just didn't want to drive out for food, but starting to regret that now. TL;DR - burger was awfully small and bland with laughable up charges - salad was not seasoned at all. Given vignette on the side which was almost literally white vinegar with lemon spritzed - boiled egg yolk was sus translucent grey, my guess is they just bulk buy pre-made mixes and egg from Costco or some retailer. - skip if you have the choice - def don't drive to just dine here

They only let him leave by double charging him . Thanks for wasting and ruining our short one evening of baby moon vacation over an issue with your system. Was so appreciative of the extra time they took with taking our special order - until now they've kept my partner there for 30 extra minutes with our take out refusing to let him leave with the food even though he's already paid and we have receipt of payment . Now you expect me to spend even more time on it when I get home calling the bank during business hours and trying to deny the charge. Y'all suck

The Keto Quiche was AMAZING! I was hesitant because of the previous poor review but then saw she was crabby because of her lost glasses. The Keto Quiche was NOT dense or dry so don't believe the previous review. I'm from Los Angeles and go to the best healthy restaurants and this one is right up there with them. The owner is a badass woman entrepreneur and the food was incredible (my wife had the avocado toast and it was delicious). Thank you Azure Palm Cafe! Keep crushing it!!!

Simple, pleasant, satiating, energizing and delicious. We stayed at the resort and decided to give this place a try because it was so easy and convenient. It turns out it was a fantastic choice. I prefer healthy fuel when possible and all the recipes I was able to try were winners. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast menu, as well as the burger. The Chagaccino was delicious. The burger and the Avocado Chicken Wrap were other favorites. As you can tell, we kept going back. A wonderful contrast to so much heavier fair around the area, and capitalized on the wellness/spa vibes. Parking was easy, service was great.

Wow! What a pleasant surprise. I'm local to the desert and was in the area runnings errands. I was craving a unique salad with fresh ingredients but it can seem impossible to find a place with whole, fresh ingredients out here. It was worth coming to a hotel cafe because the food and beverages did not disappoint. This is exactly what I was looking for and Maribel informed me the dressings and juices are all made from scratch. I'll definitely be coming back when I'm in the area. Not even to mention the ambiance and design is stunning. The cafe is located in the lobby so you don't need to search for it. The staff was all very pleasant as well.
