This is not a hotel. They are apartments with zero service. Zero feeling of being in a hotel or on vacation. The marketing is misleading. The rooms appear nice on the photos and inside is relatively ok if you do not breath. Extremely musty smell, the closet doors do not work and the room not very clean. You are expected to take your garbage out or you will receive a penalty fee. It is a pet friendly hotel but if you do not announce that your dog is coming they will penalize you 50€/day. We were obviously not hiding our very large dog, we simply were not aware of this policy (to be fair it is written in the terms but who reads all the fine print). Either way, if they noticed we had made an honest mistake, they could have spoken to us, written us a note on the door an email etc. to let us know, instead they waited until day 3 to charge us 150€. This is pathetic and dishonest. I can not recommend this place to anyone.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at B-aparthotel Kennedy, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a friendly smile from the staff. The self-check-in process was very easy to understand, as they sent a well-written email beforehand. They do need some information before 12 pm the next day to ensure your stay, but this is clearly communicated with a letter in your room, making everything smooth and efficient. The rooms are modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities made it feel like a home away from home. I was particularly impressed with the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed me to prepare meals at my convenience. The comfortable bed ensured I had restful nights, and the quiet atmosphere was perfect for relaxation. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent location. B-aparthotel Kennedy is conveniently situated near major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Public transportation is easily accessible, which made getting around a breeze. The hotel also offers great facilities, including a fitness center, a cozy lounge area, and a convenient laundry room, which we used a lot. Just make sure to bring your own detergent and fabric softener. There is a grocery store, Albert Heijn, an 8-minute walk away that will provide all necessities. What I loved the most is how well communicated and informed this hotel is, with printed-out instructions everywhere. The laundry room has clear instructions, the coffee machine has detailed usage guidelines, and the automatic door has a sign advising not to force it open. Unfortunately, not all guests know how to read, apparently. I loved that B-aparthotel Kennedy is a pet-friendly hotel. We had to stay there for a bit more than two months, but fortunately, I could bring my cat. This, of course, was informed beforehand, and there is a 240-euro pet fee. Again, this is communicated by email accordingly, and it is to ensure that any damaged furniture will be covered. If everything stays undamaged, you will receive your pet fee back one week after check-out. The staff at B-aparthotel Kennedy went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. If there were any logical inconveniences, they always solved them immediately with a smile, kindness, and understanding. They were always available to assist with any inquiries and provided excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. In conclusion, B-aparthotel Kennedy exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend this aparthotel for its outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location. I look forward to my next stay!

Terrible place, don't go! No atmosphere, not clean, very rude staff and zero sevice. You can get much better value for your money in The Hague. Also the location is crowdy in a residential area. Photographs do not match the real situation at all...

Nice and modern apartments, good equipped kitchen. They don't have housekeeping everyday, but that is more than okay. As this helps to protect our environment. The beds are large and comfy. The beach and the city center are both in walking distance. Can recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Must confirm that the people around have zero understanding and no desire to help. There are 4 coffee pods in the room but they are not replaced. There are no place to put cloths or suitcase. The ‘suite’ is just a room with a partition at the foot of the bed. The breakfast boxes are industrial food in plastic and don’t think of an early start : have to wait for 8AM, the end of people checking out or unblocking their cards after a late arrival. No coming back

Room itself was fine, good location. Didn't like the bed. Kitchen was unusable first day due to lack of usable pans and knifes, those present were small, scratched and rusty. Took them way too long to send up replacements, brought by rude annoyed staff. They changed outside access key without informing existing guests. At checkout staff did not care about my bad experiences. Clear that this hotel does not value the comfort of their guests, they just want to make as much money possible with as little effort.

The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and always friendly. We had a lovely stay and had a warm welcome as new residents in the Netherlands. The laundry service and gym was very convenient and in good condition.

We stayed 2 nights here, without the additional breakfast.||The apartment was comfortable, with clean linen and comfortable bed. The second bed was a sofa bed which was adequate, but not great for a week.||The kitchen on the room was great, checking in late at night by ringing the night porter only took a couple of minutes.||It was nice and quiet in a good setting, about 10 mins on the tram from the centre of town.||It is close to the museums and this is the stop to get off at.||I would definitely stay there again.
