The Cajun rice bowl ($27) with the blacked salmon and shrimp was delicious. This place is called a diner but their food is exception. Service and friendly and fast, too. Their prices are a bit high, but what do you expect at a place that mostly caters to conference goers and tourists?

Was staying at the hotel and wanted a quick bite and we were pleasantly surprised with this as it was in a hotel. Service and food are good. Not the best Rueben I have ever ate but it was solid and not saturated with butter. I also ordered a chocolate milkshake and it was nice and thick. If staying here you must try.

Friendly staff. Great tasting food. Prices not bad. No wait. Nice atmosphere. A+

Google
I just paid 21 dollars for a three-egg Omelette. I was told I can only have three item added. I might be wrong but for 21 dollars I think you could Spare some vegetables. At the end of it all it was just so so. Place looks like an old diner, Except the staff is more interested in talking to each other than taking care of the patrons.

We were here on a Business Trip. I had the rice bowl with the blackened shrimp and Salmon. It was cooked to perfection and seasoned very well. The Atmosphere was very welcoming and pleasant. Our waiter, Aldo, was outstanding! He catered to all of our needs and made our experience here a wonderful one!

Google
Such a cute place! Staff were friendly and the food was good enough. I forgot to take pictures of the beef burger that I ordered but it tasted good. Their dessert was good as well. My friend had the veggie burger and was super happy about it so that might be a good option if you are vegetarian. They also offered vegan dessert which was a bonus!

Google
Nice ambiance. Ordered a Caesar chicken salad to go. Portion is really small for a $25 chicken caesar salad and nothing spectacular. The front desk who took my order initially told me that it's $35 and when I questioned her, she said firmly "yes, that's right!". I was about to about to walk away and she said, "oh... Something wrong..."

Google
Exquisite selection of all American favorites but in a fancy way and great quality and quantity. We tried latte and cappuccino and overnight oats. Coffees were full flavored and excellent foam. The over night oats were amazing!!! Delicious soft with blueberries almonds toasted coconut and honey!! Conley would have like more blueberries and more almonds in it but was really delicious and large quantity. Ruben was very tasty and their omelettes are great.

Yelp
Ate dinner at the B-Line on day 1 and then breakfast on day 2! Overall a really solid place. It's a pretty large place with lots of seating. Service both times was spot on. And everything was clean from top to bottom. For dinner, you're looking at mainly sandwiches and burgers. My rueben was really good for a "diner". We got cheese fries as an appetizer and wow, it was huge. Really, very tasty indeed. Breakfast was pancakes and omelets. Again, exactly what we wanted. Perfectly cooked and look at those home fries! The only reason to not give it 5 stars is it is pricy for what it is. But, it's a hotel restaurant so that's to be expected. Overall, definitely a solid place to eat if you don't want to leave the hotel.

Yelp
Omar was our delightful server. Two delicious & brewed fresh iced teas. Two avocado salads. So plentiful, fresh and colorful! Delicious! I would order this again! Most adorable decor. Retro diner ambiance with charming juke box.

Genie M.

Yelp
We ate here three times in two days. The food was seasoned well. It felt like it was prepared with love. The veggies burgers were great with all the extras, onions fresh salsa, avocado, etc. The tuna fish had eggs, onions, celery and seasoned well. The fries were good! The omelet was cooked perfectly and full of veggies. The ambiance is open and bright! The desserts are made fresh daily! We shared a mousse cake and it was awesome! Service was fine! Highly recommend if you are anywhere near the Orlando Convention center!

Yelp
Upscale diner within the hyatt regency which is open 24 hours. Overall a pretty big menu with prompt service. I got the salmon bagel. I only had white bagel option and the capers tasted stale. The dish was served as an open faced sandwich and was priced right. Overall a decent option but average taste, nothing exceptional for taste profile

Jennifer J.

Yelp
Had a breakfast meeting here during a convention. The service was great and the menu had all the options you'd want. The place is larger than it appears with a back room area. It was perfect with plugins at every table for a work meeting. The avocado toast was delicious!!

Veronica C.

Yelp
Lunch- The food was great for lunch. I had the Caribbean bowl with salmon and shrimp and it was DELICIOUS!! Favorite thing from here. Dinner/room service- Also, ended up getting room service of the chicken tacos and banana split ice cream which both were delicious. I was nervous the tacos would be small since it only came with 2 but they were THICK and yummy. Lots of chicken. Breakfast- Lastly, we came back for breakfast the next morning and this was my least favorite and why I put 4 stars. I ordered the skillet but it wasn't really a skillet. The quality of the breakfast wasn't as good or tasty as the lunch and dinner. The pancakes were good though Ambiance was amazing and loved the staff.

Yelp
I love this diner ~ it makes me smile. New this year is an old time juke box located right when you walk in. No quarters needed ~ just push the buttons for the song you want to hear. Employees are still incredibly on top of their game. Daily Blue Plate specials are delicious. Portions are generous. Tables are turned quickly, but I never felt rushed. Just a happy place with delicious food.

Yelp
Hotel restaurant with: Quick service Good food with a decent sized menu Cute diner decor and vibe inside

Yelp
I got to enjoy lunch as well at breakfast at B-line Diner and I was very pleasantly surprised. The service was wonderful, everyone was very friendly including our servers. I love the jukebox right when you enter and the ambiance of this restaurant and having it located inside Hyatt regency Orlando hotel was so convenient. The chicken sandwich I had for lunch was delicious and the fries were amazing as well. My friend really enjoyed the Carribean rice bowl she ordered as well. Then we ordered room service for dinner from B-line to the hotel room. We were soo happy because the banana split we shared was delicious!! (eat dessert first, life is too short). Then the mac and cheese i ordered was good but also HUGE i barely dented it and I had so much leftover. My friend got the chicken tacos and was nervous it wouldnt be enough but they were thick tacos so she was happy. For breakfast I got the all-American breakfast and we got a side of pancakes to share. I'm really big into breakfast food so I have high expectations and their breakfast did not disappoint either. Would definitely go back and highly recommend!

Yelp
This is a cute restaurant in the nicest Hyatt in the Orlando area, and it's not terribly overpriced, so it's always the first pick anytime I'm at this hotel. There are plenty of options, and food quality is better than expected. Seating is limited, especially during conference times, so I usually do takeout. The servers are friendly, even during rush times. Brunch is busy, but worth it. I would definitely do breakfast/ brunch here and dinner elsewhere. The desserts are the best part! There are so many delicious desserts, that they are basically the reason we keep coming back. Even if we don't get a meal, we always get a dessert.

Colin D.

Yelp
Decent hotel diner done in a 50s style. Open early, so good for breakfast and lunch as the other places are mostly closed until dinner time. Came here once for dinner and a second time for brunch. Brunch was better than dinner. I got the cajun seafood bowl for dinner and it was ok, but almost all the protein was shrimp. Also, it was a bit too salty. Some of the veggies were still frozen. My son's burger looked uninspired, but he seemed to like it well enough. Brunch was an omelette with hash browns and toast in the side. I think because breakfast food is more suited to diner style than dinner, it was a lot better. In terms of ambiance, they nail the 50s diner style even with a cool retro juke box. That said, the acoustics are terrible and it's very hard to hear even the person across the table from you--never mind the music.

Yelp
Had breakfast here this morning since we are staying at the hotel. The food was good. But they forgot to give me the toast it came with, which I didn't realize until I got my check, they charged me $1.50 for the cheese on my eggs, and a cup of black coffee was $4.00. Prices were overall steep, and the waitress was inattentive. Will not be back.

Tina F.

Yelp
It was overpriced but expected in a hotel like the Hyatt. I went during the Zumba convention so it was very busy. I was seated promptly and coffee ($4) was poured for me while I reviewed the menu. Breakfast was very basic, eggs, sausage, hash browns and toast for $19.25. My eggs were cooked how I wanted them but the hash browns were a bit burnt. I had to flag the server down a couple times for coffee refills but other than that, she was attentive.

Tina D.

Yelp
The ambiance is so cute, bright and welcoming. I perused the menu ahead of time, but I was not sure. I asked the hostess what she would eat. She suggested the Caribbean Rice Bowl or Jerk Fish. I asked the waitress, and she said the Caribbean Rice Bowl. So, I went for it and it was amazing. The blackened shrimp and salmon were cooked perfectly. I absolutely loved the flavors in the dish. I plan to have it again before I leave. My waitress, Elilah, is amazing. I had such great service for dinner that I went back lunch and she was my waitress again. I also got the carrot cake, which was delicious with cream cheese frosting.

Yang C.

Yelp
I stayed in this hotel during a conference. Had to order room service/to-go since there are too many people during lunch time. The ordering process was okay but how to get the link is trick. You have to scan the bar code on the TV to get into the website. The To-go service does not a lot of options. I tried their grilled chicken sandwich with a side salad. Overall, the food is okay, but a little overpriced. The pick up process is easy and quick.

Kyle A.

Yelp
Really nice to find this diner-themed place at the hotel. Definitely felt like a150's diner with some new twists on old classics. My folks would love it here. There were lunch and dinner options available when I arrived but I just really wanted the creme brulee, which was really good. By the counters there a nice selection of cakes and deserts. Omar was my server and he was great, very polite and friendly. Will definitely stop by again before I head home from my work trip.

Donna W.

Yelp
The food was great. Quick service. Reasonable prices. Desert was heavenly. Staff made us want to keep coming back. Had dinner at B-Line Diner all 5 nights while staying at the Hyatt Orlando Convention Center. The Sirloin Steak (med rare) with veggies was the hit. Also liked the Reuben. The restaurant gets noisy when busy (6-8 pm). Tried dinner early at 5 pm. The noise level was much lower.

Joe M.

Yelp
Great, quality, comfort food and great service, Limited menu and prices are "ok". Not great prices but not bad for a hotel restaurant. Super clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Very fast service. Cool environment. Love the fries. Delicious, good quality food and fast friendly service. Would recommend.

Susan W.

Yelp
We didn't eat here, as it is inside the Hyatt Hotel and not visible from the street. The available parking seemed to be behind the hotel and we wondered how long of a walk it would be, as we are elderly and walk with difficulty, with canes. So we passed.

Kerrie D.

Yelp
The B-Line Diner was my go to for the week I was staying at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. The B-line is one of the restaurants within the hotel. I dined in twice while I was there and got take out three times. Service varied wildly each time. I waited anywhere from no time to 45 minutes to be seated and order and 40 minutes or so each time ordering take out. Overall the food was ok, they were the only on site restaurant serving a full breakfast and I will say their BLT was excellent.

Zain K.

Yelp
So, the main reason I ate here (and did so on back-to-back days) was to get my $30 guest parking validated (take that as a hot tip if you're visiting the hotel or the convention center for whatever reason). Given that, I wasn't expecting or needing my experience here to be great, but I was actually quite impressed by both meals I had. On my first visit, I had the braised chicken tacos, and on the second, I had the blackened mahi-mahi sandwich. Both were nicely presented and very satisfying. On top of that, service was prompt, friendly, and competent. I wouldn't hesitate to return and am only withholding the fifth star because (a) if you don't require parking validation, it's overpriced (of course) for a diner, and (b) the ambiance is a little drab, especially for a restaurant in higher-end hotel.

Melissa T.

Yelp
Cute diner located inside the Hyatt hotel... cute, bright, and clean. We arrived about an hour before closing. We were seated promptly. And, that's where the fun ends. Our waitress, Natalia, seemed annoyed with any questions I had about the menu. When I asked for an extra plate, she brought me a tiny saucer, when I asked for something a little larger she was sarcastic and brought an overly large plate. We ordered an entree that contained salmon, shrimp and rice. The salmon and rice were delicious. The rice lacked flavor but was fixed with a dash of salt. I would only recommend this place as a place if you are desperate for food. If you're staying in the hotel, it's very convenient.

Thomas B.

Yelp
A shockingly good diner in a Hotel! Cool diner feel with some really good food! Well the Breakfast I had 2 mornings was great anyway. Everyone in my group left full and happy too. Pricey but you are in a Hotel diner. I had the corned beef and hash. With some eggs over easy. Everything was super yummy. I cleaned my plate! Service was great. Very clean nice place. We were all happy.

Corin W.

Yelp
Really amazing food, good service, and very delicious dessert. Will be come back again!

Gabriel C.

Yelp
I'll give it 2 stars since the food was edible. It's incredibly overpriced but it's in the hotel. Ambiance unremarkable. Wait staff was nice and friendly. The check won't show your gratuity; I got the sense the waitresses aren't paid well so tip them double just in case if you have the means.

Cheri Y.

Yelp
Hubby & I picked up food to go "take away" to our room so we could kick back with our majestic views from the 13th floor. I got a Cesar salad and added grilled salmon to it. The salmon was grilled perfectly. The white anchovies were a bit fishy thou, so i tossed them aside. Hubby got the Ahi Tuna which was very nice. Wish we could have known the sauce was super sweet as we would have gotten it on the side. FYI. The seaweed salad it came with thou was absolutely fabulous. will return. Recommend.

Drew H.

Yelp
Nice atmosphere, I was seated at the bar. I had walked past this place at least 15 times before i actually ate at B-line diner. I actually ate here twice, once for breakfast and once for dinner. The service was prompt and I was looked after. For dinner I got the jerk fish sandwich, it was pretty good, very pretty. For breakfast I ordered the Pina colada French toast. It was very custard-y, not my favorite French toast but it was full of flavor.

Eddie G.

Yelp
Ate here several times during my recent stay. Food was great! Service was great. Very convenient. Highly recommend.

Melissa C.

Yelp
We are here twice out of necessity. We had the "grass fed" burgers for dinner...they were obviously frozen premade patties, and way overcooked/dry. Our server never checked in on us - I had to flag her down to get an ice tea refill, which they ran out of after our first glass...? We decided to go ahead and order breakfast (no one can screw up oatmeal, right?!!). Ordered oatmeal and crisp bacon - I emphasized crisp. Bacon, of course, was undercooked, and oatmeal had a strange taste. I will leave the hotel to eat before I eat here again.

Sher S.

Yelp
I attended a conference and stayed at the Hyatt. I lived the salmon shrimp yellow the bowl so much I had two nights for dinner. It did seem like when I ordered it to go vs eating in that I got a smaller portion which was fine for me but for the price maybe not.

Tamie F.

Yelp
Fast and friendly service located in the Hyatt Regency. The avocado toast hit the spot and we both agreed the coffee was very good! I tried the egg white scrambler and it did not disappoint. We stayed here for 6 days and enjoyed breakfast here almost every day. A definite perk of staying at this property!

Lisa D.

Yelp
Late night dinner Cheese burger with french fries And Short ribs with mashed potatoes and broccolini All very good , burger cooked exactly the way it was asked for and the short ribs melted in your mouth Breakfast 2 eggs sunny side up with well done bacon, hash browns, and rye toast Eggs were perfect , bacon wasn't what was asked for but it was cooked , potatoes were ok , was served only one piece of rye bread , questioned why and was told , so many pieces of bread are wasted we only bring out one but if you eat it you may have another Hmmmm , Thank you

Melanie F.

Yelp
Ambiance and service were good but the food, overall, is not. I had the displeasure of eating the driest pastrami sandwich I have ever eaten that I thought I might choke on it. The coffee was weak and watered down and had grounds floating in it, and had the faint taste of leftover coffee that's been microwaved. My dining companion commented that the grilled cheese she ordered wasn't great either. I assume this place stays in business not because of the food but because it is in the hotel with so few options to eat around it that people go there for the convenience. I will say that our server and the host who seated us were attentive and provided good service.

Daniel W.

Yelp
This was one of my highlights for meals when visiting Orlando. The restaurant was in our hotel which was convenient and they were open in thanksgiving. When going in, I could feel the vibes of the place. The food was amazing and tasted delicious with lots of flavor. Also, our waitress was kind-hearted and very hard working. This is a must try diner when in the area.

Taylor L.

Yelp
I have been to this restaurant several times over the years. They have so many options. However, I was so pleased that they have added vegan options for breakfast and lunch and dinner that are specified on the menu! It's a great stop if you're at the hotel with plenty of options for everyone.

Jeffery O.

Yelp
I was charged for an entree that I didn't order, then when I discovered the error, it took 20+ to resolve issue. Food was mediocre at best

Lizzie S.

Yelp
Good, convenient diner in the Orlando Convention Center. I love the aesthetic and vibes. Service could be friendlier and faster to fit the diner vibe, but I know customers can be rough--most are here for an event or trade show or conference. I was low-key worried we wouldn't get our food in time for our panel, but everything worked out. Portion sizes are pretty good.

John M.

Yelp
I chose to give it four stars because I took its situation into consideration. By that I mean that it is a hotel casual dining restaurant that caters strongly to the trade show crowd (it is located directly across the street from the convention center). I was there for that very reason. I headed to International Drive to meet with clients at a trade show and when lunch rolled around, we walked over there. There was a line to get in, but the line moved fast and we were seated after about ten minutes. I started with their chicken noodle soup, which was a disappointing start, but their Ruben was pretty good and the portion was nice. It came with fries and a pickle. All in all a decent respite from the trade show and a good meal. If you find yourself at the convention center, bypass the overpriced offerings in the building and walk over. You will be glad you did.

Jim S.

Yelp
This is a great upscale diner, the food is always good, especially breakfast. You get a full view of the cooking line at breakfast and it's great to watch a well run kitchen. The hash browns are cooked fresh and to perfection, It would be hard to pick a favorite breakfast item. For lunch the blackened mahi-mahi sandwich is very good, cooked to perfection, moist and flavorful. I haven't tried the deserts but they are in full display when you enter the diner and they look amazing.

Rachel C.

Yelp
I was running late and stuck my head in B-line and asked if I could get in and out in 24 m (all the time I had). The hostess said yes and seated me at the counter where I was promptly and politely served. I had steel cut oats with bananas and pecans, and fresh coffee and was out in 23 minutes. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I only got oatmeal so I didn't get a chance to put the menu through its paces. I was pleased that when I went back the next day to complement her, the manager called her over and gave her the recognition she deserved, as well as some sort of scratcher card where she could win some extra $. I like when managers recognize their employees for their good work!

Craig W.

Yelp
3 stars isn't bad. 3 stars is average or just above average. There's some positives and some negatives. I mean, what do you expect from a casual hotel restaurant? The jukebox at the front entrance is really cool, has a million selections, and is absolutely free. Punch in as many songs as you like and you actually will hear them. I naively thought this was a 50s-diner because of the "diner" name. Other than the jukebox, this is really just a normal restaurant. The food is pretty decent and the portions are good. The place is apparently open 24 hours and that is good especially if you are traveling and need a convenient late night or early morning bite. Our server was on the slow side but was very friendly. The place itself is kind of tired looking and, during our visit, there were a number of tables which were left uncleaned. That's an easy problem to remedy but something which should be addressed. The food was, overall, pretty good. My portobello quesadilla was really good, if you're looking for a less caloric and/or vegetarian option. The wife's chicken sandwich was solid. The kid's turkey burger (with cheese added) was huge and pretty good. The milkshake was good (but what milkshake isn't?). So, nothing fantastic, nothing terrible. It's pretty good.

Julie H.

Yelp
We had several meals at the B-Line while staying at hotel. Everything was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed the sirloin steak which was served over a pile of fresh veggies. We also thoroughly enjoyed the chicken tacos and the portobello quesadilla with chicken. My favorite item of the weekend was the berry tart. Even the kids loved it. All the servers were attentive but my favorite was Mo! He was amazing.

Dennis S.

Yelp
A pleasant surprise in a huge convention hotel. Looks like a pretty authentic diner, and dang convenient if you're in tower one, it's right downstairs. Above average attention to quality. Burger patty clearly fresh not frozen. Not a burger to write home about, but solid and satisfying. Same for breakfast. Not exactly diner prices, but that's to be expected. At breakfast there was a choice of chicken sausage or turkey sausage. I asked the waitress what the difference was and she said one was made out of chicken and the other was made out of turkey. Now that's authentic diner trash talk. Love it.

C L.

Yelp
Had two business lunches at this restaurant in the Hyatt while attending conference at the OC convention center. Maybe it's because I had low expectations but the food was excellent. First day, I had the blue plate special which was blackened salmon with vegetables. Second day, I had the mahi mahi with cilantro rice and vegetables. Service was efficient, food came out quickly, not too crowded, right level of noise, etc. Perfect for a business lunch.

Cristina C.

Yelp
Came here for lunch with the girls before our flight and it was such a delicious and filling meal. I wasn't expecting much from this place but it exceeded my expectations. The staff was welcoming and hospitable throughout our entire meal. I started with the cream of broccoli soup and it was so good. It was seasoned perfectly and definitely hit the spot. Everything on the menu sounded really tempting to get but I settled for the chicken mac and cheese. The portion was huge and it is on my list of one of the best mac and cheese I've ever had. The top was baked to perfection without drying the inside and it had the perfect amount of cheese. My friends had the chicken sandwich and corned beef reuben and there was no complaints there. Can't wait to come back when I have the c

Yelp
Food: I had The Portabella quesadilla and Keylime pie. My food was great there was a seasoned sour cream that came with it. AMAZING! The Keylime pie filling was very very tasty, it wasn't quite a slice of pie in which I thought from what I saw on the dessert case. The crust kind of hard for me (it was a bit hard in a way that could be their signature style) I sat at the bar which was open seating in front of the kitchen staff. I enjoy watching the food being prepped. Really nice how their kitchen staff work so well together! Everything they prepped looked amazing. When my food came up I was just coming back from washing my hands (but because I was a guest and not a worker assuming i spotted my food ready in the window and it was but I let the staff do their job) Unfortunately it was a little disturbing the manager looked right at me, finally picked up my meal but walked right past me and towards the back end of the restaurant, backtracked and then gave me my meal I thought that was kind of awkward because no one else was at the bar on the side I was sitting on. She seemed like something was wrong running my meal then eventually became a little friendlier. The restaurant was pretty busy there were several conferences going on. So my server wasn't as attentive and seemed bothered-ly concerned when someone attend it to me. Kitchen staff most definitely checked in on me as well as my server when he was available to do so. So what I did not care for, is I'm thinking is, there's an automatic 20% gratuity although I was dining alone! I did not keep my receipt, I just assumed the pie was expensive and they charged me for the guacamole I requested in order for my bill to come up to $31 and some change. The next day I noticed on my account there was my food bill, the $6 tip (because tips are put in at the end of the night for most servers, and a $6.33 separate charge which I'm believing was the suggested tip which was apart of the suggested amounts at the bottom of the receipt. There was 3 tip suggestions. By the time I returned home from the trip there was "another" pending $6 on my account. From the time I noticed everything I had went back to the restaurant. They were extremely busy and no one was up front, so I left assuming that everything will calm down by Monday and I'll call when I return home. I called the restaurant several times no answer I reached out to the front desk a young lady took my concern and all of my information it's going on in 48 hours and I haven't heard back from management In the photo, this was the second screenshot when the new $6 amount being pending and the my $6 tip plus the $31 merged after settled bill. Traveler typically use cards... I suggest cash from my experience.

Jo-Anne L.

Yelp
Really happy I read and trusted some of these Yelp reviews! For a place called a 24-hour diner, it was much, much better than I could have expected. First of all, service was faultless. I did arrive before the rush, but the waiters were some of the most attentive that I've ever had. Seating was very prompt, the menu and drinks were brought to the table right away, questions and changes to food orders were taken without complaint, frequent (but not too frequent) check ups and water refills were made during the meal, etc... Food was delicious - and not in the greasy diner way either! Flavours and textures were surprisingly delicate, presentation was wonderful, and portions were quite large and filling. Price-wise I also found everything quite reasonable, given that the restaurant is in the Hyatt after all. All in all, I had an extremely good dining experience here. Of course, you do also have to give credit for the fact that they are open 24/7!

Jorge D.

Yelp
Slow service and overly expensive/bland food. Had the hash brown and eggs... how do hash browns taste nothing like potatoes??

Alex M.

Yelp
While the service and atmosphere were decent, the food was very mediocre for the price you pay.
