I’m impressed. The overall room, price, and service were very good value for money. The hotel is close to the street art area, so it’s nice to walk around there. It’s a bit far from the street food area, but if you’re not too concerned about walking, it’s not a big issue. Overall, it was a great experience.

this is a nice hotel at a very good price, it’s located right in the centre of georgetown so you have all the sightseeing spots and nice restaurants at hand. the staff is friendly and helpful:) i’m giving it 4/5 because of the rooms - they are really tiny and not too comfortable for a longer stay. there is no fridge or an electric kettle in the rooms (there is a big fridge, a kettle, tea and coffee available for guests downstairs so the lack of these implements in the rooms is not too bad). the bathrooms are also not the most comfortable. the rooms are clean though, so there is nothing to complain about here. the price compensates it all :-) to sum up, this is a nice hotel if you are planning on staying in georgetown for 2-3 nights and you do not mean to spend too much time in your hotel:-)

Have been a long time customer in this hotel every time i have a work trip around Georgetown. Strategic location with walking distance to many of the places. Clean and comfortable bed, good sound proof, and nice customer service.

Really nice hotel, cheap prices, kind staff, really clean and comfy! I regret that I didn't have windows in my room but it's okay, for the price and the provided service, I'll give it a 5 star review anyway !

The hotel is in great area within walking distance to all of central George Town. The superior room was a small but comfortable size for a couple, with a nice view over the city. The bathroom and hot water were all in working order. The room cleaning was a bit lax and there were some spots of the room that were dirty but overall the room was fine for a 4 night stay. The staff were friendly and we would recommend this hotel for the price. Bring ear plugs as the 5.30am prayer will likely wake you.

Guests coming here should definitely avoid choosing rooms with windows; you can hear the sounds of cars, motorcycles, and even people talking from outside. The worst part is that every night around 3 AM, a group gathers outside the hotel making a racket. The hotel staff say they're members of a club, but it’s just too disruptive. I intended to stay here for three nights, but two nights in a row have been like this. There's only one parking spot outside the hotel, and it’s first come, first served. I parked my car in front of the hotel worried it might get messed up by those night-owl troublemakers. I can only say that parking, soundproofing, and those club members (who I’ll just call the "crazy night owls") can really ruin a great trip. Not wanting to have bad memories during Christmas, I chose to move to another hotel for my last night. I don’t know if the rooms without windows have any soundproofing issues, so everyone should think carefully about what they want.

I don't understand this hotel's high rating. I had a room with a window facing the street --and the music club across the street. Sleep was impossible until 3:30 or so in the morning as the music and the revelers were very loud. I complained the next day, but the front desk staff just apologized but said there was nothing he could do. I had paid for 3 days but left after one. Not the kind of vacation I was looking for. Perhaps if you get a windowless room away from the street, you'll have a better experience. I, however, won't be returning.

The room we booked have some problem so they just upgraded the room for us! Nothing much to complain about room, its just hair dryer is too old and weak, and the toilet bidet is leaking, everything else is perfect Location wise, for people who drive will have a hard time to get a parking near the hotel, because it's a busy area. The reception was just friendly and no problem at all checking in and out.
