3 Best Day Trips from Berlin to Hamburg, Leipzig, and Potsdam | Condé Nast Traveler

"At B10, a casual, laid-back restaurant from Australian chef Paul Berry, a Southeast Asian–inspired menu has a little of this and a little of that. Go for the fantastic shredded duck leg tacos with spiced cucumber, spring onions, and hoisin sauce and the Asian-style grilled calamari salad with grapefruit and an orange-tamarind dressing. There are daily fish, curry, and pasta specials, as well as reliable crowd pleasers like a ceviche-like shrimp salad with papaya, coriander, and coconut milk. Desserts are skippable, but the G&Ts are not." - Liz Humphreys

Very expensive place for me for no reason. The service was very slow and chaotic. The waitress was not wearing a bra (and this is every time when I eat there) which is not appropriate for a reastaurant of such category. The food is well presented but nothing special and doesn't justify these high prices. The atmosphere is nice but the chairs outside are cheap and uncomfortable. In general I don't recommend the place.

Great food and fine menu. The Caesar salad is fantastic, most certainly the best I ever had. The rooibos crème brûlée was a perfect, delicate end to this nice meal. Service was nice. I highly recommend.

One of the few places in Leipzig that is not 20 years behind of the culinary world. A georgeous space somewhere between museum Cafe and west village eatery. Crowd on a Monday was everything from wanna be hipsters with worn sneakers to arty people and fat ladies with ponytails and designer bags. The menu is weird. Italian classics next to French icons and Thai and Malaysian salads and curries. I love it. Honest and very kind staff. Starter was beautiful and fragrant with very nicely cut veggies. Thai glass noodle salad had Nahm BK class. Many dishes available in half portions. Kudos. Main was a bit boring. Better fish would have been nice but I understand that many people prefer a bigger portion over better fish. One of the better wine lists in Leipzig. Question please: if someone obviously knows what he or she is doing why keeping old fashioned, big names? You don't do the same with the awesome play list. Bread would have been nice for a place in that class.

Leipzig's little gem! Great vibe, awesome food and a wonderful experience. Sitting outside, enjoying the sights and sounds of the Music Viertel in Leipzig while relaxing with a cold beer.... Waitresses are friendly and attentive and simply nothing beats the B10 tuna tartare... except maybe their beef tartare! Extensive wine menu with reasonable prices and I can't wait to return!

Short visit to LEJ, but this is the best place in town. Local or from out of town this place is a must! Great atmosphere, fantastic wines and food to travel for...

Yelp
Had a really good Hugo, and I ask for a lot... nice stuff and really thoughtful Ambiente, during corona drinks to go and sushi as well as other small dishes. Hugo had just about the right amount of mint and lime some monin syrup - not my favorite but suited well. Good ice cubes. Well done!

Yelp
This is a fabulous local find. My good friend just moved to Liepzig and insisted to bring me here because he knew I would love it. I did! Excellent service from start to finish, cocktails, wine, selection of appetizers and entrees. We had salt & pepper calamari with a spicy sauce, perfectly cooked Australian Flank steak with mushrooms, pommes (sweet or regular) and salad paired with a smokey bottle of red Australian wine. Please go. Paul the owner is a trained chef from Australia and makes you and everyone feel welcome. Take his/their recommendations and you will have a fantastic evening. Great for cocktails after dinner the place was lively after dinner too. Make a recommendation as it does fill up. We made the day of (got lucky).
