B2 Black Business & Budget Hotel

Dirty, old and worn. Needs complete renovation. No frills. Spend $10 more a night and get a newer better hotel. Not recommended. Pictures are when place was new. Only good thing was high floors on back have a nice view of mountains. Not a bad location. Near zoo and Maya shopping and CMU.

This is the worst hotel we have ever been to period. Booked 4 nights paid in advance. Stayed one night & left losing all paid for. First night get there supposed to be a Superior Premier room phone etc. No phone ask why ...Oh phones broke to we took out? Next bathroom so dark you need light from your cell phone to see even with both of their lights on. Call support on our phone as room has none..They say yes B2 Black style supposed to be dark??? So dark you need cell phone to shave as you cant see yourself in mirror? Maybe better you dont see because once I used cell phone light I saw a filthy bathroom...I'm not kidding I used my slippers to shower it was that bad...Ok go to sleep maybe tomorrow complain or change room...Sorry no sleeping here with Air con sounding like a freight train + mosquitoes...I guess they like the dark place? Next day we go find a good hotel but do not check out till last day since we don't want them charging another unsuspecting victim on our dime. Avoid this place it is a total sh!t show

Front door and lift should provide air-conditioned during hot season.Cleanliness must upgrade..

Very dark, so black is a good name. The traffic is noisy so ask for room facing back. I requested but reception gave me room facing traffic. Restaurant next door is busy at night, no dining option here in this hotel. Good for staying if passing thru chiang mai.

I stay at 8th floor. Room very hot cuz wall keep hot weather all day and release in night. Have only 1 plug port above the bed. Ceiling lamp very hot too and not bright enough.

For me personally i don't like the hotel inner, dim light, first room i have go into have to use my cell phone light because it's too dark and furniture like very long never maintenance cracking here and there, so i go to counter and they change a new room, after change to new room the room brighter but the mattress like too old, you can feel the spring touching your body, water heater tap spoilt, floor we have to use wet wips and wip the whole room, sink with rust. poorly renovate hotel, inside look half job done. Plus you can easier hear the car, the air plane flying. please spent some money for better place.

stayed in 208. Room was in terrible condition. Tiles were cracked and broken, they should have been fixed or blocked for renovation before assign someone to stay without a need from the guest to inform when the housekeeping should have notice while cleaning the room. Mosquito issue. Water pressure was bad, and the shower head seem to be aged from cleaning. Noisy from the other room even someone pulled the chair or move something, imagine if it happened at 2am and you need a good sleep before the hard coming day. The hotel doesn’t have anything even the iron to borrow why the other B2 even have such as a simply item as iron. The reception staff didn’t seem helpful or giving any enthusiastic to help with inquiries. Do not expect anything with this hotel because it’s worth only if you want a place for a shower or a short nap from your early departure flight or a day use for a short period but not for a relaxing or a hospitality standard even. Budget hotel, budget service and yet a budget hospitality level

I really like B2 hotels fot it's price and amenities. Will stay here again.
