B2 Black Business & Budget Hotel

Cleanliness is about 6.5 out of 10. For this pricepoint you'd expect at least 8/10. Some rooms have a really good view of the doi suthep mountains and forest. If you want to do any hiking this is a good place to stay. The trails up into the hills start about 1.5km away. Check in time is a bit late at 14.00, 12.00 would be better.

Ants in the room. Some of the wooden coating was splintered. Soap from the previous guest still lay in the shower. There was also mould in the shower. Roadside, low floor rooms are even noisier than other rooms at night.

Nice and clean room, acceptable price and good location (with car)

The hotel is not bad, but the room didn't have a chair for sitting, so it was impossible to work.I asked at the reception, and they gave me a chair. My room didn't have such a nice view, because it didn't have a balcony. But some rooms should have a very nice view like on the photo below

The hotel does not control booking services. I booked and paid for accommodation at the hotel, but when I arrived I was told that there were no rooms available. I was forced to look for another place to spend the night. Also I need to wait for the service to return the money. Highly recommend to check your reservation after payment.

Dirty, old and worn. Needs complete renovation. No frills. Spend $10 more a night and get a newer better hotel. Not recommended. Pictures are when place was new. Only good thing was high floors on back have a nice view of mountains. Not a bad location. Near zoo and Maya shopping and CMU.

The hotel overall is excellent. The staff provides great service and helpful advice. The location is right by the main road, making it easy to find, but shops or convenience stores near the hotel are somewhat far away.
