B2 Black Business & Budget Hotel

Ants in the room. Some of the wooden coating was splintered. Soap from the previous guest still lay in the shower. There was also mould in the shower. Roadside, low floor rooms are even noisier than other rooms at night.

The hotel is not bad, but the room didn't have a chair for sitting, so it was impossible to work.I asked at the reception, and they gave me a chair. My room didn't have such a nice view, because it didn't have a balcony. But some rooms should have a very nice view like on the photo below

The hotel does not control booking services. I booked and paid for accommodation at the hotel, but when I arrived I was told that there were no rooms available. I was forced to look for another place to spend the night. Also I need to wait for the service to return the money. Highly recommend to check your reservation after payment.

The hotel overall is excellent. The staff provides great service and helpful advice. The location is right by the main road, making it easy to find, but shops or convenience stores near the hotel are somewhat far away.

Beautiful view hotel, you can see the mountains behind the hotel. The staff are quite helpful and the room is clean.

Dirty, old and worn. Needs complete renovation. No frills. Spend $10 more a night and get a newer better hotel. Not recommended. Pictures are when place was new. Only good thing was high floors on back have a nice view of mountains. Not a bad location. Near zoo and Maya shopping and CMU.

This is the worst hotel we have ever been to period. Booked 4 nights paid in advance. Stayed one night & left losing all paid for. First night get there supposed to be a Superior Premier room phone etc. No phone ask why ...Oh phones broke to we took out? Next bathroom so dark you need light from your cell phone to see even with both of their lights on. Call support on our phone as room has none..They say yes B2 Black style supposed to be dark??? So dark you need cell phone to shave as you cant see yourself in mirror? Maybe better you dont see because once I used cell phone light I saw a filthy bathroom...I'm not kidding I used my slippers to shower it was that bad...Ok go to sleep maybe tomorrow complain or change room...Sorry no sleeping here with Air con sounding like a freight train + mosquitoes...I guess they like the dark place? Next day we go find a good hotel but do not check out till last day since we don't want them charging another unsuspecting victim on our dime. Avoid this place it is a total sh!t show
